The UPS Store #6371 offers the best customer service Ive experience in any type of store in years! I was amazed that in the midst of pre-Christmas shipping the pleasant and very competent counter clerk went out of his way to get my package going quickly and helped me save money at the same time! I was in and out so fast I could hardly believe it...and I was smiling.

Im an Ebay reseller and I often buy items in other cities and have them shipped to me so that I can resell them. I have to figure in these initial shipping charges into my sale price and with people like Bear it makes my ability to make money much easier. I use UPS stores and all of their competitors to ship items to and from all over the world but this store goes above and beyond to offer the best customer experience one could possibly have. If you have a package to ship in the West, North or Northwest suburbs of Chicago, do yourself a favor and just go straight Bear and/or his staff. Like many other shipping stores, youll receive a fair price for the shipping and packing services he provides but the real advantage here is that youll walk away feeling like a truly valuable customer. And theres just no price to be put on that.

Absolutely incredible service, prompt and professional and compassionate people work here to help you with mailing printing and more. I’m so grateful to have a post office box here and they help me with my printing to make excellent marketing materials. Thank you!

The best UPS Store in the north suburbs - I love this place. The folks who work here can be a little strange, but they always care about doing a good job for you. They go above and beyond to try to understand your need, and then follow through.

I use The UPS Store for my menus. These employees are great! Always friendly and they always have my menus done before the estimated time they give me. Theyve even delivered them to me after hours! Ill use them every time!

Staff at UPS store in LF is friendly and accomodating! They have a solution for any item you may want to ship (and a box to put it in). I hope I NEVER have to go back to the post office. The ups store can also take USPS items as well as Fedex ground items - one stop shopping
