I will say they are very nice to deal with but, there free shipping is horrible. The shipping is with XPO Logistics. My shipment has been sitting in the trailer in Phoenix at XPO for going on 7 days and its probably going to be another week until they get around to just unloading the trailer. I purchased a pro2 ($4000+), you would think I could receive it in a reasonable amount of time!

If youre looking to pick up some high quality 3D printer filament, Matterhackers is one of the best sources. Their little office / warehouse just Southeast of Irvine offers order collection of online purchases as well as walk-up service. Slightly off the beaten path, but potentially worth the trek if youre in the LA area or if you want to actually touch the material before buying.

Ive been using matterhackers for my filaments and supplies exclusively for a couple years now. They have quality products and keep them in stock consistently. Their prices are very reasonable as well. Any time Ive had a minor issue they have gone above and beyond to take care of it. I highly recommend them.

It was a very good experience. I was helped very fast and the receptionist answers some questions I had. The PLA is a nice color and a good price. I recommend buying plastic from instead of Amazon. Support your local businesses.

Best 3D printer manufacturer and supplier EVER. I have been using Matterhackers for a couple of years. They are consistently improving their company, adding product and services WITHOUT losing stellar small company style customer service. I recently bought a nozzle and had issues with it. I called and the wonderful lady was very helpful, listened closely to my concerns and properly addressed them. She offered to resolve the issue, but since I live relatively close I decided to visit the store. When I arrived the same person I talked to continued to help, brought a technician that was equally patient, understanding, helpful and insightful. He offered several solutions, any one of which was more than satisfactory. In the end Matterhackers went well beyond reasonable customer service and exceeded anything I could hope for.Thank you for helping me with my hobby and making the experience better and more enjoyable.

Probably the best place to go to if you are a hobbyists or even an engineer, I have been going to matterhackers for almost 3 years now and bought 2 Rostock Max V2s from them. Every problem or concern I have had has been solved by their helpful and tech savvy staff. To this day I will still refer people to MatterHackers because of their knowledge and experience in 3D printing.

Your response was great!!! I was able to reach someone on the phone ( on Saturday I cant believe it)and explain my problem with the matter control touch and after emailing a couple of files. Kevin was able to narrow the problem to the auto print leveling. I reconfigured auto print leveling and now every thing is working fine. I have had my printer for over a year now and used several open software programs but had to switch back and forth between them until I found Matter Control software after trying it I was sold. It is the best software yet. After using this software I purchased the Matter control touch which is one of the best add on device I have found for my printer, Way to go Matter Control !!!!!!!

The Pro series is very good quality PLA and the red is opaque and bright which is hard to find. Works great on my Makerbot Replicator 2.

I suggest avoiding this store altogether. I came all the way from Bakersfield just to have them adjust a printhead, and i was treated like a rat by Matthew, the product manager. Maybe it was because he didnt want me to leave the store without being charged first, i dont know. But charging me $70 for something that only took a couple minutes is INSANE, AND he wasnt even the mechanic to repair my printer! Before they moved offices and changed faculty, they didnt have a corporate attitude where theyd charge you $70 for a simple adjustment. Do NOT go to this store unless you want a rude a-hole charge you $70 every half hour, when hes not even the one fixing the printer to begin with. Apparently, Matthew had a very elitist attitude, and ONLY cares about selling expensive 3D printers. He needs to work on his personality, because it is HORRIBLE. I will give another star only because the mechanic solved my situation kindly at no cost.
