Dont use them! I sent in my Ipod to get the battery replaced and never heard back. They wont return e-mails or phone calls. I complained to my credit card company and hopefully enough people will that theyll lose the ability to process card transactions.

This place is a SCAM. I mailed them my iPod in a box that they supplied and never got it back. Spent the bulk of 2 months CONSTANTLY trying to contact them with no results. Finally, called my credit card company and had the charges reversed. I at least got my $74 back, but lost my iPod in the process. Thieves. They got 1 star because the review wont go through unless you pick something, thats the least it would take

I dont even want to give this company a single star, but I cant post unless I give it at least one star. This company is a sham. They sell defective batteries. If you pay to have it installed, and then the battery fails, no longer will charge after a few weeks, like mine did, you have to ship it back to them and pay again to install a another battery. They tell you that the battery is warrantied, but the install is not. What good is that if the battery itself is defective? An honest company would stand behind their products and take care of the problem no charge. Stay away!!

Used refurbished battery which leaked inside my iPod and wont communicate to resolve the issue or refund me. Will not communicate after leaving messages and sending emails. Ignore and Go Away tactic. Stay Away!

*****DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!***** Additional edit added at the end.I only gave them 1 star because you cant give ZERO!The most ridiculous customer service I have ever had the bad luck to get involved with!I ordered a battery on October 5th. I had been very busy and finally about 3 weeks later I realized that I still had not received my battery so I went to their website to get a phone number. I called multiple times and at different times of the day. No mater what option I would choose, I never got to speak with a live body. I left messages but NEVER got a call back.My account page in their website said the order had been received on the 5th but there was no date entered in the Shipped lineI kept trying to contact via phone, I added in trying to make contact via email and also a link within their website.After about 2 weeks of trying to make contact, I finally got an email and this is what it said:We are very sorry you have not received your package. We will check with the post office tomorrow and see what we can find out.We have started an investigation to locate the package and have scheduled a reshipment of the battery tomorrow. If you receive two packages, please refuse delivery of one.Within 24 hours you will be able to retrieve the shipment tracking number by checking your order status from our website.I also received a second email right away telling me that I had the wrong order number and giving me another number.Now I have 2 different accounts with the same email address. Each order has a different order date and the second one has a SHIPPED DATE. It also has a tracking number, but when I attempt to track this shipment - OVER 4 WEEKS LATER, - it says that the carrier has not received the package yet.Dont waste your time or money with this Fly-By-Night outfit.__________________________________________It has now been 2 months since I ordered the battery. They said the sent a second battery but their website still shows that labels were created and waiting for the carrier to pick them up.If I were to say that this company had PI$$ POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE would be implying that they indeed had customer service! This is simply not the case. Customer Service is not in their vocabulary.An additional note: I see Testimonials on their website. Its funny, all their testimonials are 5-Star, an yet Google reviews are all 1-Star.

Very bad customer service. will not return phone calls or email. I purchased the wrong battery and would like to exchange or refund.
