DO NOT USE THIS OUTLET!!!!!!!!!My family came to the vender outlet to change to Verizon Wireless on 5.22.2021. We had already purchased our phones outright and were taking advantage of a promotion they were having. We wanted the $45 dollar plan with NO insurance or anything else added on. Come to find our a few days later WE WERE LIED TO! We were signed up for the MOST EXPENSIVE PLAN with insurance and every fee this person, Laderrick A, could think of. I suppose he thought we were rich or dont do our research. I dont know. He gave us girls all dirty looks and smiled while he lied to my husband. We are working with Verizon to get this fixed AND EVEN SO we might just drop Verizon and switch to AT&T just because we feel so violated.

My experience was really pleasant! I went in for a new upgrade and Eric was fantastic. He was very fast and made sure we knew what we were getting. Very personable and super helpful! Highly recommend going to this store and definitely ask for Eric!

I am not sure why this place gets such high ratings. I went in on Black Friday to upgrade to a Pixel 4a. I told John A. all I wanted was the phone and no changes to my current plan. He said no problem. Then he said that he was going to make some adjustments to the transaction that was going to save me money. As soon as he grabbed my new phone, he applied some chemical to it and called it liquid glass. I asked him what does that cost and he said free because of all the adjustments he was making to the purchase. I reiterated to him I just want the phone and no other changes. Finally, he told me there was $124 in service charges to switch phones and added I could return the phone within 10 days for a full refund. I took him for his word that the fees were standard. I was not given a bill to review before signing on the electonic pad. Come to find out it was all a lie. John A. charged me for set-up he never did. He also charged me for the liquid glass, a charger, and glass cleaner. All items I did not ask for. I plan to ask for a full refund and purchase the phone elsewhere.Update: I went to request a refund and it turned that John A. was the manager of this store that I spoke with. He apologized for any misunderstandings. He answered all my questions about the spurious fees, although not adequately and somewhat non-transparent. Nevertheless, he offered a credit to my account to make a mends. Overall, I was satisfied with how he handled the misunderstanding; although, I dont believe I will ever return to that store. I felt the sales tactics were a bit shady.

Buyer beware!!!!! Went last month to get a new phone for my birthday, sought out DeMarcus as he had sold me a phone several years ago.Was disappointed when I got home to find out I was charged $13.99 for antiseptic wipes for my phone, I never requested, what a cheap shot.Where is the honesty, and integrity????Will not be back.

Sales man was very knowledgeable but he spoke so fast it was difficult to understand him for myself and other customers. Understandable = try saying the same sales pitch a hundred different ways all day long.

Previous store manager lied to us and told us that we had a bunch of free credit to get cases and chargers. Instead she used our trade in money to buy those extras. Then she signed us up for phone protection I told her I didnt want.Current manager assured us he is there to fix the store. Went in for a 5g sim card. They didnt have them. He called another store and sent us 15 minutes down the road. Guess what 4G cards only. John you said I could trust you and things were better. No they are not.Verizons own website says you should NOT use a 4G sim card in a 5G phone.

For several years I purchase from Verizon. Their service is excellent (with a live person). Store is clean & staff have shown profession.

Walked into the store and was immediately greeted by Demarcus and Aolani. I had changed carriers and was looking to change back. Didnt remember my password and for the next half hour Demarus did everything he could to help me out. Meanwhile Aolani engaged me in conversation to help pass the time. Both of these associates are, friendly, knowledgable, respectful and have a willingness to go the extra mile to make sure that all of the customers needs are taken care of. Its so rare, nowadays to find young people who actually enjoy what they do. It was a breath of fresh air. They are a great example of how to give your customers, the mist bang for their buck. The experience I had at this store helped me make the decision to change service providers. I went into this store to see about upgrading my phone and modifying my existing plan. Both sales reps were with other customers, so it was fine that I was not greeted when I came in the store. The store was empty other than the two customers who were being helped. I waited patiently for one of the reps to finish with their customers. After one of them finished, she looked at me and without saying a word, she walked to the back. I waited for a a couple more minutes, and still not a word of acknowledgement, so I left. I ended up switching to another service provider. My bill is half of what I paid at Verizon, they gave me a great phone, and the cell service/reception has been awesome.

Your the best service ever, I love working with you, I would love to come back here. Kassandra is a great employee she helped with my trade in when Costco didnt help me and helped me resolve my problem with a tablet that I had on my account that I asked to have cancel and had no idea I still had it on there she took the incentive to help me get that off and get credit back for the time I was paying for it. Cindy helped me restore all my stuff with my iPhone that I didnt have on my new iPhone and made sure I had my notes and calendar. They worked well together as a team and Ill be sure to come back and see the both of them. They were awesome employees. I was very pleased with my visit. I would recommend to my friends.

Jorge was awesome, extremely helpful and most excellent customer service. He took the time to get me all the discounts available and I never felt pressured to buy. He gave me the info needed to make an informed decision. Very friendly. 2 other customers were being helped by the other team members and all were very polite and helpful from my observation. Jorge set up my new pixel 3 xl and deactivated my old phone. Go here!!!!

I went to this store to get a phone case for my Samsung 10+. The employees there was busy with customers and I couldnt find what I was looking for so I left and didnt want to wait. As I was about to leave Marcus ( Assistant manager) came out to make sure I was okay. He went above and beyond to make sure I was helped and to ask if he could help with any questions. When ever I need something for my phone Marcus made want to come to this verizon rather than the one by my house which is in moreno Valley. Great mind and workers for verizon. Thanks again Marcus.

Zero stars if possible. Horrible customer service. Long wait times. Very unprofessional when explaining fees, flat out rude and disrespectful. I’ll never go back. I’m going to corporate locations from now on. These guys are a joke and could care less if they keep you as a customer. Corporate locations care and have excellent customer service.

I visited the Verizon store in lake Elsinore on 9/8 and was extremely impressed.My sister and I were greeted promptly by a man named Brandon and a woman named Christine.Christine helped us through obtaining a new phone for my sister in very short notice. She was flying back home where there is not a Verizon store near her. She worked so hard to get her the phone upgrade that she wanted and needed within the short time frame.Both Brandon and Christine were extremely friendly and prompt in their service. As a manager myself, I know that this is extremely hard to find.They also answered all of my questions while I waited in terms of my interest in switching from my current provider to Verizon. I asked plenty of questions and they were so patient.Great service, friendly staff, Ill be back!

Was told I would get $100 for a trade in phone (almost new). I hadnt gotten any discount on 2 billing cycles, so I called. They said it wasnt put into the system and they would investigate.4 months later I get told that I would receive $4 per month for 2 years as a discount. Omar Brown was our assistant for this day. I came in with a non Verizon phone called Essential. It was given to my son for his birthday. His old phone was broken and since we had Verizon forever.....I wanted to see if we could use it with Verizon. Omar went through a lot to get it to work with the new Sim card and Activation. He was so patient and professional. He got it to work and my son cant be any happier. Omar was able to protect the phone too, he went through every cover and case until he found one that fit...Its a great phone too we found out. But thanks to Omar he can use it. Thank you Omar for a job well done. You need a raise!

Excellent Service. My four year old phone crashed. Im not up on the latest technology. Its a tool not a toy. Krassandra got me into a reasonably priced new phone. Cindy was able to recover everything, including all my pictures. I thought I was finished. Im very impressed with their professionalism and knowledge!!! Im very happy !!!!

I am not a Verizon customer, but I do have a Pixel XL from Verizon. The staff did not have a problem with that and were extremely helpful. I found out they have amazing guarantees on their accessories. Very happy.

I went in today and worked with Cynthia. She was great. Honestly the best experience Ive ever had going to a Verizon. My issue wasnt easy either and it was time consuming. Cynthia was great, I left with my issue resolved and her contact information in case anything happens again; which I hope it doesnt but at least i know where to go if it does. She was attentive, diligent and honest. I felt taken care of and valued as a customer. She knew I was frustrated and she called tbag frustration. Great experience, great employee.

The sales rep, a kid named Dustin was Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They went over and beyond to help me with my data service issue. I totally recommend this store and that sales rep, especially if you have a big issue. He has about 10 yrs plus experience

First off the customer service was very friendly very eager to help. Brandon the stores manager made sure to oversee his employees delivering the highest level of customer service possible. Secondly when inquiring for new products and new contract services they sought to get us the best deal possible finding coupons or just helping us decide what the best data package would be for our needs. In between providing us customer service there are also quick to multitask new customers and at least give them a hello and a heads up on how long they could wait before being helped. I recently ran into a problem in regards to a pre-ordered phone not being delivered. Upon hearing about it Brandon was immediately on the phone working with district managers and district inventory to find my product, iphone7+. Within 15 to 20 minutes later I got a text saying that he had got it and was waiting for me to pick it up. Initial customer service was pleasant,overcame a potential problem, and delivered on their word!Im very pleased with my overall experience. This is why I have been a six-year long Verizon customer and will continue to be. Thanks guys.

Miraya was AMAZING! She not only helped me get a new phone for less monthly payment; she saved me over $70 a month on my entire bill. She took time with me and greeted every customer coming in. While helping me, she answered everyones questions, quite a multi-tasker. I would recommend talking to Miraya if you need phone support.

Had problems with my phone which corporate at Haun store couldnt help me with and referred me to the online tech support. Came to this store and Dustin, Christina & mgr went above and beyond to resolve my problem and were able to get me a replacement phone. They truly performed excellent customer service you hardly get any where else. Highly recommend this store.

Went in a couple weeks ago and had the best customer service from Rene! Never in my life have I had a pleasant experience in any mobile store until me and my fiance met rene at Verizon. I will contact better business burea and attorney general, theybtake advantaged of us seniors and dont understand what no means. Im extremely upset with this store. Ill never go again.

I would not recommend anyone to shop here. First of all, this is not a direct Verizon store, which means they often will create issues with your account. Second of all, they are a huge SCAM and liars! I purchased two new iPhones with the promise of a bogo. This was 4 months ago, and I am still paying full price. Why? Because the manager that helped us with our new devices NEVER inputted a form for a bogo, it was all a scam to just hook us into buying new phones. And verizon is not doing anything to clear this issue up since this location isnt a direct store. So once again, DO NOT SHOP HERE. They will just increase your bill, steal your money, and lie to your face. I cant believe they let their employees get away with deceiving their customers. I am never coming back here. Wish I could give them 0 instead of 1 stars.

I came in to have my phone copied to the new one I got the day before and Dustin was ready with a smile and a great personality to have in the store. I will always be back to this store and recommend Dustin.

I do not suggest going inot this location, they are horrible with customer service and will fiND anyway to get out of helping you. They would rather come up with an excuse to not help you out than to fix the real problem and give you the assistance you need. After this experience, I am honestly done with Verizon. You need to do something to make this right or elose Im finding service elsewhere

UPDATE!!!BAIT AND SWITCH!Undisclosed information has made for a horrible experience. After conning me into a samsung instead of an iphone i went in to buy, some of the information pertaining to the offer, that should have, but was never given to me has now accounted for hours of hold on the phone, still unresolved. I have been given the run-around all day. I called corporate as well and no help, first they hung up on me, then they sent me to verizon wireless for some reason. My issue is still unresolved and now they want me to waste more time and contact samsung directly because their store forgot to mention important details about my purchase and the offer tied to it. Once they make the sale you are on your own. STAY AWAY! Save yourself the trouble and go to a real verizon store. Remember, they dont make money off of helping you, so they dont.So as you could have guessed, a month and a half has gone by, and no tv. I keep getting the run around, keep being told that i will receive a call and the day comes and goes and i have to call back. To yet again be told the same thing. Numerous unanswered phone calls. I call back again today and i am told that they cant serve me because the new iphone came out, so obviously they are more interested in making a dollar than serving a customer. I texted the guy i am suppose to be dealing with and i am now being told that they are trying to get me bill credits. Do you think that will amount to anything close to the cost of a tv? I dont! Please do yourself and stay away, go to a real verizon store. GoWireless just runs a bunch of bogus deals to get you in the door and take your money from you.

Worst service ever! Had issues from the beginning. Brian from this location told me that if I change services I would pay less than I did with my other service and I would get a free 32 in flat screen tv. None of this is true. First problem was they told me they would buy out my contract with at&t but I still paid for my last bill with at&t. I came in to talk to them about it and they just gave me the run around. My first bill came out to $300 just for me because Brian tricked me into taking additional devices. He told me they were free and that I would only be paying the monthly of $5 for the Jetpack & $10 for the Hum. He failed to mention I had to pay activation fees. I was supposed to get that credited back but I still havent got anything. I dont even use or need these devices but now I am stuck with them unless I pay cancelation fees. If the service isnt bad enough I had to deal with Brian being unprofessional and trying to hit on me and text me on my cell phone then when I started having problems he stopped responding or helping. I am soooooo upset with this service I need my money back or I am going to another service immediatly!

Verizon on grape street promised to pay out my old service from sprint and never did even after multiple times of contacting store and district manager Joseph McGowan. Sent him payout bill directly to him and no call or action. Now bill is in collections and still getting run around.
