I came in to trade in a bunch of controllers and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable about different games. They Introduced me to new games I have not heard of that are similar to others that I have played! Can’t wait to try them out.

I had one game not work but I got a full refund and they were kind. The other ones I got for multiple systems work just fine.

I can see why these places are closing. Ordered a pop about two months ago and keep getting the run around. The store is empty and always closed.

Be aware of games when you purchase at this store. I purchased a game then realized target in the same center had it for cheaper. I brought the game back to return at my local GameStop. Never played it nor did I know it was an opened game that I was sold. GameStop would only give me store credit Bc it was considered an open game. They also didn’t want to give me full credit. Watch yourself at this GameStop. Make sure the game is wrapped in plastic.

Tyler was friendly and all but instead of asking whether or not Id like an extended warranty for my new Persona 5 Strikers he said and Ill put in the extended warranty. Like he was giving it to me, which I was so confused why he would just give it to me. Turns out he charged me without even asking if I wanted it. Maybe partly because he mumbles that I didnt hear him but please make it clear next time.

Excellent Sevice today. And gave my son a free poster for his 5th Bday. Now he is all set with the new Nintendo Switch game he wanted...

Understand under 18 cant buy certain games. Im a divorced father son lives our there I live elsewhere. Wouldnt sell a game with authorization from me over the phone. Pretty stupid if u ask me I shouldnt have to drive an hour and a half out there when my lazy ex cant get off her rear end and do something for our kid.Our son has complete authorization to buy the game of his choice. Hes quite responsible and not one of those idiots.

I came in to GameStop to get my daughters nintendo switch fixed so that she could play her spyro game.tristan ended up helping us little did he know he was helping a special needs child he had all the patience in the world and made her day it wasnt a big deal to him or me but it was a huge deal to her. Thanks so much GameStop and tristan for everything that you guys do for people who play games and everything that it entails my autistic daughter was screaming out the door thank you so much it felt so good as a mom to have my daughter happy.

Pre-ordered Ultimate SmashBros here and purchased a membership the same day. Code on receipt didnt work for dlc and went into this store several times to remedy situation, only to get the run-around. Download the app and wait 24 hours for it to sync to your locker they said... Didnt work. Come back when the manager is in... Come back a few days later and time, as instructed, Oh sorry you missed em... Forget it, thats what I get for going into a brick in mortar to do my business. This is why Amazon and other online platforms is the better way to go.

Every time I walk in here I feel so pressured. The second I walk in - Hey what can I help you find today? -No, just looking. *Walk over to the games* *Greeter is watching us every second so we decide to move to the other side of the store* *Cashier comes out* Hey do you guys have a rewards card with us? - Yes. -Oh well whats your name we have...? - Were really just looking today...Every time I go in there I am blitzed by the same people trying to scare me into buying a new xbox because they are going to discontinue 360 games and it is tiring and makes me avoid going in there at all. I want to be able to walk in here and look around and not have to fend off the same workers saying the same things every time.

I love game stop they always have the games you need and want the customer service is amazing, I always have a great time browsing game and pre-ordering and they never let me down.

Gamestop offers a great variety of games and collectable items. As much as i would like to give this store 5 stars, they lack on preowned game systems.

Management lacks Leadership and teamwork skills, employees are very arrogant. I believe the whole franchise needs to shut down, I dont know why anyone would think its worth to step into a Gamestop when nothing is offered over online shopping at Amazon.

My experience here has been bad. Every time that I ask the manager which is a girl, she has never wanted to provide information concerning video games, instead she tells me to read it off a book they have. The other time she told me it was to late to preorder a game which they had extra copies but would not give me the extra downloads for it. I called the mall gamestop and they made sure I get the extra downloads. Now thats much better service and customer appreciation, for now on Ill make the drive rather then spending my money here.

Pretty good deals. Wish they had more staff when the lines get long on weekends. They try to speed things up. It only slows down when they got to deal with some stuck up idiot customer. Most of the people tht walk into the store dont have manners. The staff is really nice to deal with though even on the phone when I have a question. Ive never had a problem.

I bought a PlayStation 3 slim from GameStop in Lake Elsinore. A sticker on the PlayStation 3 said refurbished by GameStop the inside of the PlayStation 3 was full of dust like it had not been cleaned in 8 years so refurbished by GameStop yeah right.

This store has bad customer service. Theres a huge sign in red that with the purchase of a new 2ds xl you can buy two pre-owned games and get the third free. I bought two new 2ds xl and they told me that they couldnt honor it because it was not purchased on the day that the 2ds xl was released but on the poster it clearly states until August 6. I called 3 other game stops and they told me that the offer is still valid as stated on the poster. The workers also refuse to take down the poster. Horrible experience, the workers dont even know their own specials and sales. Giving them 1 star is too much if I could give them 0 that would be my honest rating.

In Novemeber I did some early Christmas shopping and purchased some pre-owned games from this store. I didnt look in the game case. My mistake, assuming the guy put the game in the case. I came home wrapped the game and my son opened Christmas morning and the game was not in the case. So, I took to the store the day after Christmas. I know what this looks like. The manager told me because I bought in November inventories have been adjusted since then and they cant say or do anything. My question is...Cant the company look to see if their was an adjustments made on that game in their history? Or if a mistake was made on their end? I did not care for the rude behavior and how the manager dismissed me. I was almost in tears because he could care less. My son was upset. I will not be returning to this Gamestop.

Had a new disc with a crack on it, still worked, the girl refused to take it back and proceeded to call me BRO. Had to make the drive to menifee gamestop and they took back the game no problem & the same thing has happened to many people before that lake Elsinore location is very unprofesional. A person next to us in the store even spoke up said they lived around the corner from lake Elsinore location and still make the drive to menifee for better service! Thought more people should know so they dont have to be called BRO and recive poor service...

Even with a line to the door for Black Ops 4, rather quick service with polite, professional & extremely helpful staff. This is how ALL Game Stops should be run.
