Went in to order the new iPhone and was greeted by Peter and Cisco. Peter was able to help me right away, answered all my questions(even if I didn’t like the answers 😅) and made sure I was stocked up on NEEDED accessories for when I get my phone delivered. Amazing customer service, very friendly and this will be my new go-to AT&T store.

As soon as my wife & I walked into this store, Peter’s friendly & welcoming face was there to assist us. He was able to help us upgrade one of our phones, get some AirPods, new tablet, & lower our monthly bill!! He was beyond helpful and patient with all of the questions we had. Went to the AT&T store in Lake Elsinore tonight and met up with Ryan and Francisco. The best customer service I have gotten in a long time. Im 62 and they helped me step by step with my phone. I went to this store the other day to see about replacing my iPhone that had stopped working. I was greeted as soon as I entered and immediately received awesome service !I have been to other at and t stores close by did not get the same great service as I got here . I have been here twice over the years and this is definitely my go toStore from now on . I would highly recommend going here because you will get great customer service and won’t try and get upsold on items you don’t need .

On Friday, May 7th, I went into the AT&T store to buy a new iPhone. My brother was with me and we were greeted warmly at the door. Rigo introduced himself and assisted us in finding the right phone for my budget. He reviewed my account and went over all the options in great detail. This is where we discovered I’ve been overpaying in services for my Apple Watch and notified me I was actually paying for two lines by error! (This service was done over the phone several months back.) Rigo delivered world class service and was incredibly patient with my million questions. I gave my old phone to my brother but then we decided the next day to trade it in for a new phone to take advantage of a promotional credit. We went back to AT&T Lake Elsinore and Rigo assisted us again. He was able to review the account and saved him hundreds of dollars in addition to helping us with upgrades. We’ve been customers of AT&T for over 25 years and this was the best service we have ever received! The team was great as well, but Rigo deserves extra recognition. He is honest, friendly, professional, brings comedic relief to the annoying process of changing plans and is also a Military Veteran! Thank you for your service to our country. Highly recommend requesting Rigo if you want guaranteed great service!

Most unprofessional at&t store I have ever been too. First of all I called the day before I went in to make sure they had the merchandise I wanted the guy said yes they did i let him know I would be in tomorrow to pick it up. I walked in today wasnt even greeted I stood there for 20 minutes before someone offered to help me I let them know what I was there for and they told me they didnt have those in the store. Ive been with at&t for almost 9 years and I pay alot for their services.im really considering switching carriers due to the lack of customer service they deliver. Great store! Way better than a Corporate store! There actually there to help you get your phone you want and they dont try to trick you or shove things you dont want at you. Went in for a phone an got a good deal transferred to Direct TV and got unlimited Data and a free TABLET! It didnt cost me anything out the door and its free to watch Direct TV on.I DONT KNOW WHAT ELSE TO SAY TO GET YOU TO TRY THESE GUYS OUT FOR YOUR NEXT WIRELESS PRODUCTS.. They will do WHATEVER it takes to help you out. While I was there a woman came in because her IPhone screen was messed up and they just swapped it out now questions no problem. I am going back next week to get my mother and new phone. They even went next door and got me a cup of coffee from Its a Grind coffee shop. Thats just good service.

They were happy to sell me a phone cover. Said I had a lifetime warranty, Great! Bought on 4-26-18, already has a crack in it. I take it back, Clifton says, we don’t replace in store. You have to send back to company, pay shipping both ways. This should have been something shared when it was sold to me. Not even 10 days old and cracked, buyers beware. There’s absolutely no service after the sale.

Eric (sale representative) customer service was excellent. He made my experience of transitioning from T-Mobile to AT&T very easy. Very bad service they did not explain anything to my mom when she bought her phones here ..lying saying that the phones were free joining this company and no contract !! Specifically a employee named Danny who supposedly helped her and actually did not explain anything about her bill ... if they are not going to explain we’ll everything why even bother working here !!

Since I live in the Lake Elsinore area, this store is very convenient for me. I have been to other AT&T stores and I never get good service except at this store. I always get immediate attention and they have always solved my issues. I have never been a fan of AT&T and was forced to avail myself of their services due to the location I was living in at the time, this store has somewhat restored the AT&T reputation in my eyes. The initial experience was good. Once you walk out forget trying to get any help. Israel the manager is never available, and never returned a call. If you purchase a device in store at&t will not help at all. This is my first transaction in an at&t store and I will never again go into one. Best buy is a lot better than these clowns. When initially walked in store, the salesman were very helpful and great service getting phones and plan. I was mainly interested in calling to and from Mexico. After all was activated and left store the customer service is bad. Have called three times and was told salesman would call back and I never received this call. I, also, had to call main customer service to get Mexico on my plan. I want my account and PIN numbers so I can get app and I can’t get them to give to me. (The store or the main office). So I can’t even access my account. Feel like I just bought car and once you leave car lot I was forgotten.

By far the best customer service Ive experienced in an at&t. Joseph was extremely helpful. He answered all of our questions, made sure we were taking advantage of the services provided, got us the best deals, and set us up with Direct tv now. A great experience over all.

I had to visit twice but the 2nd visit was beyond describable. I’m a ovr truck driver and deal with a lot of People. I had a issue in which my phone stop working due to a error from a previous error in setup the day before. My server today Eric Davis worked with me and my phone for over a hour in a half and I wasn’t his original customer. The patients and professionalism that Eric displayed today is why I’m beyond glad I switch Carriers. I can’t say it enough, thank you for all of your help

The folks in here were nice and quick to offer service, but a month later, I felt like a fool for trusting them.When I got my next bill, I saw $20 in protection plans added to my account that I never agreed to. I checked my paperwork and didnt see this addition on anything that was printed for me to take home.I was never asked if I wanted the service and it certainly wasnt mentioned that it would be added.Fortunately AT&T fixed my account and credited the charges that I never agreed to.Later, at a real AT&T store, I found out that this shop isnt officially part of AT&T, but an independent business, hence the Authorized Retailer in the name.I cant give only one star, because as mentioned, they were all quick to help and kind, but I certainly cant give more than two stars for the tricky business practices.

Totally negative experience! Tried to get a deal that was advertised and it ended up not being true. I sat as I watched them lie to my fiancé about the phone and promised to give him some accessories and upsell him. They aren’t even a verified at&t I bet!Buyer beware!

They never have any phones in stock which created my most recent problem. I went to them for a Galaxy Note 7 and of course they did not have it in stock. They took my money for the pho e and had it delivered to my house. The recent recall on the phone told me to go back to the retailer to exchange it for one that will not blow up. They told me it was their policy not to exchange phones not purchased from their stock. Which is convenient because they never seem to hace anything in stock as I said earlier.Well it is my policy never to shop there again. If you take money for merchandise and there is a recall, you should handle the exchange.

Went to this store to get a phone replaced that stopped working within 2 days (no damage). This store said they dont have one in stock, and to drive to the Temecula AT&T since they are corporate and would have it in stock.Drove there, they then tell me they cant replace the phone because it was purchased at an AT&T Spring Mobile store.The reps here arent knowledgeable at all. At least the corporate store sent me in the right direction (had to drive to Menifee to get a replacement)

Horrible Experience!!!! Worst customer service and sale reps are ignorant to promotions. When asked for a price on my billing the sale rep gave me 3 different prices for same promotion. Kind of bummed about this place. Wanted to buy one product and received another about 3 downgrades down. I was paying more money for a product i could buy 3x cheaper. So they offered to give us a free phone with a plan and we accepted. Later as i was trying to set up my att account, customer service tells me im not in the system. I got to another att store and i discovered this one in lake elsinore isnt entirely official. bizarre! The official store warns us to be careful. I had to constantly berate one of the employees about the phone bill to make sure i was going to get the amount they said. It was like pulling teeth! Also they didnt give us a handbook or a receipt. Truly odd stuff. Dont go here please and make sure the att store you go to is official.To make things clear:1.They give false advertisment (they dont sell the newest ipads but they have it displayed)2.Not completely an official att store- but it is or authorized? weird stuff.3.No receipts or anything.

David Peneda the store manager at the ATT Store in Lake Elsinore is rude and condescending. Here is my story: My son lost his phone. We needed a temporary phone. I called customer service and asked them if I buy a go to phone how much is it to activate it? They said the phone 20 and 10 to activate. Well at the store they try to up sell you when all we wanted was the cheap phone. He lied to us and said we needed to buy the phone plus buy a 10 dollar card and pay 10 dollars activation. He is a liar and ATT should be ASHAMED of the people they have working for them! If you are looking for a wireless company ATT should be the LAST!
