I got a Shrimp Etouffee. It was spicy. Maybe 3 points. Then I tried the Red Beans & Rice with sausage. It was dry. No liquid. Tastes like nothing. Box shows 6 sausage pieces with the assumption of more that were unseen. Got 3.5 pieces. Do not recommend.

I go to the grocery store 2-5 times a month. Ive been looking at you product of stuffed chicken with shrimp and rice and I believe crayfish for 3 months now! I was in the store onthis past Thursday and bought one. It was fantastic and very very great! Will buy you great products again! I just a country boy in rural Georgia.

BIG EASY acquired the recipe from The Abraham family. They didn’t invent boudin but the perfected it. The recipe is always consistent. Very good stuff.

I was born & raised in Lake Charles left when I was a teenager and have missed the creole cooking ever since. Have lived in California for 35 years and cannot get this kind of food here. My sister still lives in Moss Bluff and she sent me 5 lbs of Big Easy Boudin with dry ice and it was absolutely wonderful. Very flavorful & spicy and so easy to prepare. Would highly recommend to everyone. Ordering the Shrimp Gumbo & Jambalaya next!

Beong a native of New Orleans has always raised my Bar of stamdards for good food.even the Home town Zatarains Products doesnt hold a candle to the Big Easy Products over all

DO NOT expect your bowl of food to look like it does on the box. It should be illegal not to deliver what you show, Oh wait, IT IS, its called false advertising. I got the crawfish etouffee, and the crawfish tails I could find were the size of a pencils eraser. Taste was so so, nothing Id pay for at a real cajun restaurant.

People are friendly and for my truckers its a tight back and turn in whatever you do turn in from the left not the right I clipped my skirt trying to get in like that.

I was skeptical at first, but I have to admit this is the best frozen Louisiana food I have ever had. I didnt order from the site I bought it in my local grocery store here in Texas.

A lot of love goes into both the ingredients and the preparation. All we have to do is heat and eat.

Update: It turns out even though the communication was bad I did receive 2 turduckens on mistake so that was a nice mistake and everone loved the turducken it was a hit.This review is for customer service.I purchased a turducken on the 13th 3 days later i checked the tracking and it wasn’t shipped yet so i called to see what was going on. I was put on hold for a very long time just for him to tell me he would call back. Guess what he never did the same day I recieved an email that they had refunded my money, for what reason i still haven’t had the slightest clue.I called back the next day and explained what happened i was then told they would over night it for me and to look for an email confirmation in 15....nothing not in junk/spam mail or my inbox its been 3 hours and 15 minutes. Now i have to pay extra to overnight it and for the 4th time calling im recieving a $30 coupon thats great i dont have to pay for overnight shipping but i have to come up with 90 more dollars since it takes weeks for a refund. Bottom line i got lied to twice and recieved the run around for something i never did. People make mistakes thats fine but don’t leave me in the dark.

I purchased the shrimp creole and crawfish etouffee bowls a few days ago...NOT pleased at all. Too much rice and not nearly enough gravy or meat. Never again
