First time ever in a Walmart Neighborhood Market. Sure is nice not having to walk so far! Just went to the pharmacy. All super nice and helpful. Got a Covid test. Easy and pretty quick. I liked the experience!

Naturally I went to Walmart Neighborhood store for just a few items. After checking out and bagging my own groceries I did realize each and every employee I had met this evening was friendly and very nice. Lots of them were stocking shelves getting ready for tomorrow. Another point Id like to add is this store usually stays immaculately clean. Theres nothing better than shopping in a disinfected, bleached, no dirt or dust to be seen! Makes your experience that much better

It was pretty cool! The staff are gard working, friendly, helpful, courteous. Never have I ask an associate for help, that I didnt get a smile & the feeling that they really care about their customers, products & go the extra mile to help u find what ur searching for. RYAN & 12TH Walmart Market place is the BOMB DIGGITY in my book! Thanks for always bringing a smile to my face from the moment I see & hear the HAPPY CART GUY U know who u are! Till I get back in my car with lots of products I didnt expect to find at pretty good prices! Im not usually a fan of Walmart but these guys on 12 & Ryan are what a person dreams of but rarely gets during those DREADED SHOPPING TRIPS!

If you need a money center. Don’t try here it’s NEVER OPEN! It’s Friday afternoon and their money center isn’t open? Who writes the schedule? Is there actual management here?

Manger Rachel does not know her job or how the company works with orders. Dont know anything about who does their deliveries or even cares about it. Dont know how she is even in a manger position. Dont waste your time or money.

I love the shopping experience but the reason I took away a star is because their money center wasnt open and it wouldve been convenient to get a money order while grocery shopping. Again awesome store!

They never answer the phone when trying to call, and the customer service/ money center desk is always closed, with no explanation as to why. The workers need more training in customer service.

I stopped to purchase a $0.75 drink from the vending machines located outside in front of this Wal-Mart store. The machines did not work, took my change and no drink ever came out!!!!

My vehicle was damaged by a sales associate and Wal-Mart claims department will not return my calls.

Im giving 5-stars for the best time to shop is between 6:00 am 7:30 am. And their wonderful basket caddy! He has a greeting for everyone. Great job!

They were out of so many items. Especially produce. Only 2 registers open and long lines. Waited 15 minutes and asked a sales associate to page someone to get liquor but no one ever came. My cashier was very nice and the only thing about my experience.

This location is convenient, however, the lack of front end staff is very disappointing. Having a store full of people waiting in line for 45 minutes to check out is very poor management. Walmart needs to put their customers first and they definitely arent at this location.

This Walmart is convenient for a quick grocery trip, and the staff members are friendly. Keep in mind that Hurricane Laura has had an impact on meat, bread, and produce deliveries. This location is doing the best it can to serve their customers. This rating will be changed to 5 stars as soon as things get back to normal and the shelves are regularly stocked again.

This was my first order Ive done online shopping with Walmart. I didnt get 2 of my items because they didnt have substitutions for them. But if I would have went in i would have spent more than $130 . Thats the least Ive ever spent at Walmart. I left a tip I the back for them after they load the groceries. Then she came to the window and got my card (ebt card) but if u use coupons you do have to pay taxes on the coupon. So watch out using coupons because you still have to pay on those. Only took 5 min to wait. My time was from 1-2pm. Pulled up called number on sign told them which spot. They do the rest.

Had a good time waiting 5 min in line, and was out quickly. The lady was nice

It was clean and the workers were in good spirits for the Holidays. Especially the Guy gathering the Carts outside He was wishing everyone Merry Christmas and So Joyful. Best Ever at a Wal-Mart

The store was fine, but on multiple occasions recently the lines have been unbearable. Worst part, was only 2 cashiers were working registers and only 3 self checkouts because 1 is usually broke. I counted 50+ people in line to check out, which was nearly everyone in the store, and it wasnt until that moment they opened another manned register. Absolutely ridiculous.

I was prescribed 4 new drugs and all the pharmacy tech did was give me the bag and said have a nice day not go over the dues and dont s of the drugs after 3 days of me comments that i would like to know how many other loyal customers were treated the same way my blood pressure is through the roof didnt know you cant ne in direct sunlight and was not told but all they wanted was money when my insurance covered it is this just a smash and grab money thing i will go to the news next if my personal injury lawyer says so i could have died my mental state is worst now than before due to not taking drugs at the right team

Now this is an great place to consider going not as many people price are actually better meant cheaper than the walmart super center I have not 1 bad thing I can say that needs improvement

This walmart I adore. This is where the pleasant people are working.

People not friendly at all, my husband and I asked where the bread was no one helped us I seen a customer with bread in their cart and asked him where he got it, its the only reason I found the aisle I needed,, I know it sounds weird not being able to find the bread but just knowing none of the employees helped me, ignored me, and went along talking to each other like we werent even there. I worked in customer service for 15 years, if it was up to me they all would have been terminated. Thats how bad it was.

DESPITE THE LIMITED HOURS, our Neiborhood Walmart has emerged as the most consistent and well-stocked shopping experience in the 70601-Downtown Lake Charles, Louisiana, area. Thats not to say that it cant be a tad arbitrary or capricious with the hours of operation or the number of human cashiers. But it is DOWNTOWN and these days thats something to be thankful for!!!!

The worst managed establishment Ive ever been to.After every time I go, I kick my own hind end for going, and most the time, its worse than the previous visit.The managers will walk past the backed up checkout lines, and not even notice.I witnessed a manager, today...at the self check, let an elderly woman attempt to scan a bakery item for 10 minutes......RIGHT IN FRONT of the walmart managerBefore she gave assisance.Bottom line.Piss poor managementLazy employees.

Unprofessional and condescending attitudes from employees, visiting this Walmart is not pleasant. Always extremely long check-out lines, no help from customer service, had to call the corporate office to file a complaint. Corporate office explained that the employees are not a proper representation of Walmart values and promised to address the situation.

I cant believe they sell this in here and same price that Tennessee

Very Limited choices on just about everything except Liquor, always a struggle to park. The pharmacy is the best thing they have going but have been slacking in that department lately....

Smaller than other Walmart So you can get in-and-out fast if you in a rush. Closes @ 10PM I think all week.

Cashiers are hella rude they dont help attitude when you ask them the simplest questions. This store does not reinforce mask wearing. Money center is not open. I only shop here for Eli he is the best and its in my neighborhood.

Ive been taking advantage of Walmarts Pick-up, and always encounter the most professional and courteous employees.Today I couldnt get to the pickup point because pharmacy customers blocked me. Ms. Jennifer noticed my frustration and guided me around the traffic jam, then she and another nice lady put my purchases in the trunk.Thank you, Ms. Jennifer, youre definitely an asset to Walmart.

Bad experience. Service desk was closed at 11 AM. When I spoke to a manager she said they didnt have enough employees to open the service desk. I mad the comment thats when management is suppose to step up. She didnt like that and caught all kinds of attitudes with me.

We are always in and out like it should be! Quick service and just the right things you need for a quick grocery run. They even have options I havent seen at the big Walmarts.

Closes at 11 but show up 10:30 and the doors are locked and the girl in the front looked at me like I was trash for wanting to come in and grab the 2 things I needed. Fast forward to check out 5 minutes later the only register with the open sign had no cashier...at a closed register same girl with the sour face watched for a few minutes before letting us know she would check us out...not a good experience at all

A good place to shop. Usually its not crowded in the morning between 8 and 9. You need to be willing to use the self checkout because sometimes there are no check out cashiers. The selection is not as good as Super Walmart. The store is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful .
