I had to have a tire that had road hazzard on it, the process went smoothly. Just had to wait almost 2 hours. Great customer service.

On my own experience Well organized, clean, personal really friendly and helpful.Parking lot not so clean, however I cant blame the supercenter, some people just have no ethics or good education. But its something that can be fix .Keep up the good work .

Line to check out was 10 deep. Agrivating. Self checkout was also backed up. Not good.

Nice one stop shopping, automotive, clothing for the family. Grocery and even animal food and supplies. Jewelry, meds, lawn and garden!

The staff is friendly enough but, the store is not updated and there are certain departments that dont have much in the way of stock. The reason I rated it a 3 star is due to the condition of the actual store. They usually have some pretty helpful staff. Another reason I gave it 3 stars is for the lack of cashiers. I dont think a customer should have to ring themselves up at a small kiosk when they have a ton of items. Walmart is starting to devalue the position of the workers by having everyone ring themselves up. If were doing this and not having human interactions, I think the prices should be adjusted in store accordingly.

Poor customer service. It took 40 minutes to get an employee unlock the glass so I could get something.

This Walmart needs some managers or something. They had security glass just opened or on the floor materials in aisles, it was shocking to see. Never seen a Walmart remotely this unorganized. And even their bathroom mirror, I thought it was going to fall on me while I was washing my hands it moved back and forth so much. But again they were hit by a series of hurricanes so maybe it was due to that idk.

The staff was wonderful. Walmart is always busy....Theres always a line for the adult beverages checkout, so I dont see why they couldnt have a 10 items or less and a full cart checkout team that works that area! It would sure make things go smoother for everyone. Just a suggestion.

Lines rapped 3 rows deep in the grocery section and the whole left half of the registers shut down. I asked what the manager’s name was. I was told it was Iris. Iris you’ve got to do better than this. Pitiful!

Its a good location but need more workers the ones that do work there are very helpful the store stays pretty clean and so theres the restrooms. Space it just really needs more workers and they really need more help. But I definitely shop there on a regular.

Went to the pharmacy and picked up a prescription. Staff was quick, kind and friendly. Everyone was very helpful! I was in and out in no time. However, I did notice that my address and phone number were incorrect on the prescription after I left...they could have checked that.

This was a good time to visit. I was surprised at the variety of things this store had to offer. Seems like its getting better.

Only one check out. I am tired of waiting in line in a speedy checkout with a full basket of food. Need to open mire checkouts. I am not using self scan. Not going until things change!

I love Walmart. You find all inside. This time I went to buy some out of the counter medicines. The prices are good for big bottles

This location is very convenient however...the only people being stopped for a receipt check at the door are people of color. Not cool Walmart. If someone has an entire cart of groceries and is stopped to check nearly every item its no longer security its harassment.

I had a amazing time shopping the associate who work by the slimfast area was 20 stars excellent worker.

Well stocked with school supplies, very happy with the choices and prices of the products.

Due to a lot of restrictions because of the hurricane damage and so forth the shelves in some of the spots were completely bare. Very nice staff help me setup my Walmart pay at the self-checkout.

A Person that worked there was talking about customers in a very volgur way

I dont think 🤔 that the management team know what they are doing now this place has two entrance like any other Walmart store but what upset me is one of the entrance is close to the public and you only find out this after you walk up to the door you see a small sign on the door saying for Associates only now anyone with common sense would make a BIGGER SIGN SO THAT THE PUBLIC CAN STAY FROM A DISTANCE AND SEE THE SIGN and not have to waste their time to walk up to a door you can not use just my opinion....

Too many workers and too many registers for the lines to be that long. Open up more registers... whats the point in having 50 registers if only 10 are opened?

Its Walmart. Whats not to love. They still have 30 -40 registers and a handful of cashiers; but at least they have self checkout now so the overnight-wait is no longer a problem.

Forget calling the store, they never answer, everything is locked up and you have to find someone to help you. There are not enough cashiers and I will not do self checkout.

What can I say about Walmart they are there for you

I have grown up in Lake Charles, which means I have been to Wal-mart many times. I love coming here. The deli has good food. Though recently it has been taking forever to get through any check out line. It is really crazy to have only two lanes open in an always busy store. It doesnt matter if it has to do with covid or not.

As long as what you need is in stock the store is a decent place to go

Its a good one. Clean with gentle staff. But this is S. Louisiana. I sometimes take for granted when Im home in TX the simple goodness of my kin and neighbors in Cajun country.

Lines to check out had almost reach the rear of the store as they are cutting the amount of employed check out personal by opting for self check out. That a way Walmart can reduce man hours by having the shopper do the work as free labor that an actual paid employee would do.

This time I went to Wal-Mart very fast because I broke my headphones and I really need them for my work, they attended me super fast in 3 minutes I already had my new headphones, I am very satisfied

No one knew where things where. What help we did get the poor gal was covering way to many areas. We went looking for garter belts for our wedding. No one even heard of them. Why when you have everything else would you not have garter belts or at least the stuff to make them? I

Arrived at store at 9:40 they refused to let me in saying they closed... so I asked well, what time do you close? he said 10PM but refused to let me enter or grab the item I really needed. If you wont let me in at 9:40 THEN YOU DONT CLOSE AT 10! say you close at 9:40 or stay open until proper time! They are always closing early & not giving shoppers notice until they arrive even if you arrive BEFORE closing!!! Its a shame when people have emergencies & rush to get to this walmart on time just to be turned away! BEFORE CLOSING TIME. Get it togther please this really needs attention from corporate or owners! Also whoever worked the door at 9:40pm tonight needs a new job this one is not suiting them! Very rude & are not following store procedures, rules or regulations.

I think that the Walmarts are overpriced and it’s better to go shopping at the Smaller markets. It’s over priced. Oddly enough this is the only place it’s pretty much open To buy things like a toaster oven, beach towels, electronics and shoes so I’m sure they made out like bandits while other stores are closed.

There are not enough carts for the disabled, they are always broken or out of service but you can go to the one on Nelson rd. and there are plenty but not the ones on gertsner, try calling management and they will leave you on hold so long so you can hangup, when I did call for manager they were very rude and unpleasant to talk to

Its a Walmart, inside the store or in the parking lot people are inconsiderate. Cant drive buggies or vehicles, either trying to run you over inside or going the wrong way in the parking lot. Theres arrows for a reason, its not hard to see all the spots are one way which means one way lane!!!

Walmart was great as usual. We spent to much but there is so much to choose from and check out was good, friendly and polite.

I still have not received the order I put in. I did receive the lamp oil, but nothing else. The items were to be delivered Wednesday. The only thing that came in again was the lamp oil. No, I am not pleased with the results. I an hoping Walmart will remedy the problem. I cant justly put an opinion as far as service just yet.
