I usually dont write reviews but because of the service I received, its compelled me to do so. Im out here in Lake Charles helping with recovery of Hurricane Laura. I cracked the screen on my phone while working and every place I called was out of service due to the storm. I called this place after calling 6 different other places and got an answer. Whew! I was relieved. I got my screen fixed a new case and a tempered glass. The owner was upbeat and even with all that was going on and losing his whole store. I will never forget him and had my phone fixed in 1 day. I will try to do business with him no matter where I am.

Nothing says “Things aren’t going great.” more than a cracked iPhone screen. Like it of not, having a cracked screen doesn’t inspire a ton of confidence. Which is why I wasn’t walking around with a broken screen. I like for people to find out I’m a wreck the old fashioned way, by talking to me.It’s with all the above in mind that I capped every iPhone repair place in lake Charles to get a price on replacing the screen on an iPhone XS Max. XPress had both the beat price and the shorestest wait time. In fact, the time the owner quoted end to being twice as long as he took! Such a pleasant surprise. I always come here to get my screen fixed all the time because he is the #1 cheapest #2 the fastest #3 will give you a temp phone if you are a trusted customer until he gets yours fixed if you have the same phone company as him. He even came to my job to pick up my phone to fix it and then dropped it off to me because I really needed it fixed and i wouldn’t be getting off til after he closes! I absolutely love him and wouldn’t go to any other place because the service is great and for the price you are getting more than you would anywhere else!!!

AMAZING SERVICE YET AGAIN!Just have too say I love the gentleman who runs this place he’s very nice takes extreme care with your phone and treats your property as if it is his own. With everything going on I called when they weren’t open and he not only got back to me within 10 mins he scheduled a time too meet me and fixed my phone extremely fast and I can say my phone looks better than when I bought it! Ps. He has hand sanitizer if u ask nicely.
