Today i had a great experience at metro on prien Lake rd in lake charles. Stephanie and bupi took real good care of me. I really appreciate the great customer service that they gave. Metro by T-Mobile is the best and has great service and customer service skills. I’ll recommend the to everyone. Go switch and get the stylo 5, or A20 they’re pretty good phones!!! The prien lake location!!!!

Arrived according to hours listed on Google Maps, indicated 9 am opening, however the sign on the door listed 10 am. Upon opening the door, the counter person quickly announced they werent open, (9:45ish?) however Ill presume the manager, quickly came to the counter to ask what I needed. She promptly attended to my needs and I was able to handle my transaction.

Helpfulbut there are no towers in moss bluff area

Our phone service has not been great in our new place. Not only do they not care but they seemed to mess up our bill and didnt want to correct it when I brought it to their attention that they over charged us. We had 4 lines with them. Needless to say, we brought our business elsewhere.

Theyre using T-mobile towers, and its poor in this area
