I had an issue with my service and the agent in the store updated my cellphone. Ive been a customer for over 15 yrs. and I (🤞thank you Jesus) havent had any serious problems. I can come in the store and get great service and the wait time isnt long at all. I even called a few times at the store and was talked through a few issues. Great Service 👏Great Team. 👍

Went in for the internet package Id qualified for, neither had been trained, not their fault, the young lady was trying very hard, kudos for her.

The CSR was very professional and informative. It was quick and my husband and I both got new phones and new services. Highly recommend this Boost location

Not that good went to up date my slim card now my phone wont work for 3 to 4 days maybe told me I needed to buy a new phone

I had downloaded what I thought was an innocent app but it was full of viruses. Stephen had me up and running really fast but I lost all my contacts and pictures. That didnt exactly make me happy. Great store the staff is extremely knowledgeable about their products and always do their best to help you out.

Very friendly and excellent customer service. The lovely sales associate was very knowledgeable and answered any question I had. The store is small though. I know if I have any issues in the future I can go here and they will help me with out a problem.
