I came in just a few minutes before closing time with a broken screen. The rep at the counter was obviously busy, but I was treated like a priory and my phone was fixed and returned to me before the shop closed. I will definitely use them again if I ever need this type of service.

I broke the screen on my iPhone. I was lucky to find the location and more fortunate to be assisted by Meghan. The only part that I didn’t like was the price, but service wise Meghan was efficient and super friendly.

VERY DISSAPPOINTING. My wife dropped her new Samsung Galaxy A71 and cracked the screen when it was less than an hour old - no insurance. I brought it here to the Nelson Road Location to get it repaired and paid $200 up front for them to order the new screen. A week later, they call me to bring the phone in only to discover that they ordered a 4G screen instead of a 5G screen which is bigger. So they give me the phone back and reorder. Two weeks later, they call and I bring it back. When I go to pick it up they tell me that it is the right size screen but has different wiring than the one on our phone and that removing the old screen damaged the phone so that it is not just cracked - the led screen no longer works. They do refund my money and they offer to do a free transfer of data to a new phone (which would void my warranty on a new phone). The final outcome is that we have to buy a NEW $500 phone. I wish Id just put a screen protector on the cracked glass and got some use out of it instead.

Went in for 2nd new screen in less than a year. When asked if they had screen protectors, Savannah demonstrated the durability of a product I couldn’t refuse. Had the last employee shared this info with me, I probably wouldn’t have been there for the same problem. When the time comes, I will return for this protector to be placed on any/all future phones.

Battery swelling fractured my back cover and started splitting my phone apart. I ordered parts on line, but got cold feet on repairing myself. Brought in phone and received same day service. They were thorough, discovering an additional part needing replacement. Phone looks and functions like new and was repaired in less than 3 hours. Outstanding.

Was able to walk right in and quicklydrop off my phone to be repaired. I was helped immediately by a friendly professional and promised a turnaround time of about an hour. An hour later I received a text that my phone was ready. Repair was perfect. Rates are reasonable. Very simple and painless transaction. Would highly recommend to anyone for cell phone repairs.

They did an excellent job fixing my cracked screen. They were friendly and efficient. I give 4 instead of 5 stars because I was told that the price would be $130, however, when I went to pay they realized that because my phone is an IPhone X so they charged me $230. Great job fixing my phone but it would’ve been nice to honor the original price they quoted.

I’ll start of with saying that fix my phone did make my issue right however it took me going to the Sulphur location and speaking with a representative there (who I believe his name is James, it was on June 17) to fix the problem. I originally brought my phone in for inspection and repair of a non functioning screen on June 14, 2020 on a Sunday. Initially the sales representatives at the Lake Charles location were friendly and accommodating. They said they would make every attempt to have my phone fixed before they closed Sunday. However upon further inspection moisture was found in my phone and I was told they would need to allow some time for it to dry overnight. The next day I was contacted and informed that the screen on my phone started functioning again and that they would have my phone ready for me and only charge me $40 which came to a total of $44.03 after taxes. I received my phone on the June 15, 2020 in the evening and thought I was good to go from that point. Upon further inspection I noticed that the top left corner of my screen was not seated flush with the phone nor had the screws that been removed from my phone been replaced back into my phone. Since this was noticed after they were closed I had to wait till June 16, 2020 to return to the Lake Charles location. On June 16, 2020 I returned to the Lake Charles location to show the representative the issue I was having with my screen not laying flush. After an inspection from a female representative I was informed that “sometimes after a phone is taken apart they will become loose and not seat back to factory.” I was then Informed I should buy a case that holds the left corner on my phone screen down. I left disappointed and refused to accept that for an answer. I later reached out on facebook and send a message from my gfs account explaining the recent events. The initial message sent showed that it had been read but never received a response. On June 17, 2020 I contacted fixmyphones Sulphur location and explained the events and service taken place with my phone. I believe the representatives name was James. He offered to take a look at my phone. I drove to the location and explained what I was told by the female representative from the Lake Charles location. After explaining this to Jason he asked if I could stay at the store while he examined my phone and he would get back to me with his findings. Upon examination Jason informed me of his finding which came to missing screws from the bottom phone and damage to my screen. He explained the the display crystal had been separated from the digitizer. Jason told me he could fix the screen with some glue and that my phone would be ready in approximately 45 minutes. When I returned the screen to my phone was seated flush and he had replaced the missing screws. I was highly disappointed in the overall experience received from the Lake Charles store, it’s employees and lack of quality work and attempted deception of damage done to my phone and the Sulphur location confirmed the damage was not a result of moisture damage but due to negligence in its disassembly.

The people that I dealt with ARE very professional, either by phone or walking in. Helped me with my issues and questions that I had. Repaired my laptop in a very promptly manner. Price: very very reasonable. Thank You Gents for your service. Awesome dudes!!!

My Nexus 6p battery was done & needed replacing. These guys have three locations by where I work & live & I had heard a couple guys I work with said they were fair & did a good job. I decided to let them replace it and am glad I did. The 6p is like new again & they were fast, friendly, straight-forward, & fair. I would definitely recommend these guys, they replaced my iphone’s cracked screen & then spent ample time getting my passwords/passcodes changed because I had forgotten them, then spent time explaining some of the features that I didn’t understand completely. Look these guys up when in need of repairs you won’t be disappointed.

I went to purchase a screen protector, on the advice of a friend. I was told that they had a high tech screen protector that wouldnt crack and was virtually invincible. So far, so good.

Just got my phone fixed this morning...My charging port was messed up so they had to replace it. It took 15 minutes and it’s just like new. The worker even opened early when he saw us waiting. All in all it was an awesome experience and I’m happy that I looked into this place instead of buying a whole new phone!

Went in to the store with a total disaster of a phone with undisscribable problems . A proposal was to look(at no charge) at and see if it was fixable, with a cost quote before doing the work.The problem was found, the time to fix was given, the fix was performed in less time and the phone is working find.I will definitely use FIX MY PHONE again when needed.

I thought I had debris on my camera lens due to a spot showing when i opened my camera, so I took it here to have the back removed and checked. They were fast and helpful. After removing the back, there was no debris on my lens like I thought. He didnt even charge me for the time or work since the issue persisted. Sent my phone back to the manufacturer.

Went to have my phone fixed, they did good but they replaced the shell and there are a bunch of minuscule details that make me think the shell is a fake, and the screen doesn’t sit it in properly. Every time I am scrolling through an app, it spazzes out and taps random things. On the shell, the screen bezel is raised A LOT it’s a lot rougher where the screen and metal meet, and next to my camera their is a hole with no covering like i used to have. I also can hear something shaking around inside of my phone. Not to mention the screen goes out sometimes. The staff was very respectable and cordial. I hope to see the problem resolved.

My fingerprint scanner went out, throwing my password world into chaos. They ordered the part, fixed it within an hour after part arrived. My password world is once again in line and I cant say enough about their customer service. Speedy, dependable service !

I brought in a cracked IPad 4 (screen) around 3:15pm. I knew the store closed at 7pm. My stepson (soon to be) was taking off at 7pm to go see his Dad. I asked the lady at the front if there was any chance the IPad would be ready in time. Seeing the 5 or 6 devices ahead of me, she said, I’m sorry, but I don’t think we can . The technician came out of the back and without hesitation said, I got you, I’ll get it done! Of course I was extremely happy. I left the store waiting for 7pm. First I received a text for 10 dollars off of my order, then receive another text at 4:30pm stating it was complete!! I picked up the device and seeing that young man’s face light up was heart warming. Thank you Fix My Phone - word of mouth is the best advertising I can do for you!

Fast, quick, easy and reasonableI went in for a simple replacement of the back glass on my Galaxy s7... They offered me a deal and I ended up replacing my battery as well.My phone is now running cooler, meaning I will be able to keep it in the Otterbox, meaning I shouldnt break or damage my phone case or screen again... and that I will probably be able to avoid buying a new phone for a couple more years.I hate buying/changing phones!Thanks Fix My Phone!
