Don’t try to make an appointment over the phone. NO because after about 10 minutes of being put on hold they just hang up. I’ve called FOUR times back to back and they’ve hung up every time after ten minutes. Asked to speak to a manager about it and they refused to let me speak to them and instead they weasled their way around it. The only reason I’m getting my oil changed here is because my first 6 changes are free. When that’s over I’m going somewhere else. 👎🏻

New trim on passenger back side replaced. Great job! The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because I had to call them several times to check on my order.

They were facing a 99% chance of not being able to program something for me cause it was an aftermarket item that was bought elsewhere. Their technician is a genius. He defeated the odds. Its programmed and Im another Happy Customer! Thank you Mitsubishi!

The dealership was clean and tidy. I was greeted with a smile and felt seemingly like family, not just another customer! My vehicle was cleaner when I got it back than when it went in. Life long customer is what this store earned!

They literally are one of the most unprofessional places I’ve ever been to. When I met the salesman he didn’t even shake my hand, he shook my wife’s hand though. They don’t have any personality at all either. The salesman I had, was scrolling on Facebook rather than talking to me. Just not a good place to do business in general.

Sales man was very pushy, like he wanted to hurry up and get rid of us. I dont like to be pushed into a decision.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They have horrible customer service for the most part. (Only talk to Derrick if you feel the need to go here) The other salesman we dealt with didnt know anything about the cars he was trying to sell. We caught him in multiple lies about the cars we drove. They ran my wifes credit 12 times in one sitting. Both cars that we were shown had been in accidents and the first one we had to figure out by ourselves because they didnt give us the car fax like we asked. They also thought they could pull the wool over our eyes just because we look young.
