Wanna give a big shout out to Terez Jackson, our salesman yesterday! We showed up later in the afternoon and We told him what we were needing monthly notes to be and size wise. I was SUPER upside down on the trade in but the sales team went above and beyond to help me get in a vehicle with the notes I needed!! Even stayed up there until 830 last night helping us and making sure we were taken care of!! Great friendly service and they even explained certain aspects that I didn’t understand. ALSO, they are even delivering my vehicle to me tomorrow in DeRidder. Truly a great experience, thank y’all so much for the help!!
I took my car in for a software recall, but also to have my tires rotated and for them to look for an oil (fluid) leak. The tires and recall were taken care of first, and the technician was able to locate a very hard to find leak and fix it. The service advisor kept me up to date on everything. I’ve been for service before, but this was a definite improvement. No complaints whatsoever on this visit.

Christina was amazing. She explained in detail the problems I was facing and could face. I brought my car in on Saturday, and was able to pick it up on Monday., problem fixed!! The entire staff was exceptional, and went out of their way to make sure all of my questions were answered. The only problem with my visit is that the waiting room was entirely too cold. I waited outside while the other person waiting was covered with a blanket. No lie.Obviously that heavy-set guy who adjusted the thermostat thought it wasnt cool enough for his liking. I was only inside for 5 minutes before deciding to go outside and thaw out and wait for my car to be returned.
Quick friendly service. There was only one puzzling part where they said the cabin and air filters needed to be changed. The car was never moved after approval was given to change these. We’re they changed? We’re not sure about this part but if it wasn’t changed, it will be brought back to have them changed since we were charged over $70 to have this done.
Huge thank you to Dustin for all of his help managing repair and maintenance. Dustin kept me updated at every step and very patiently answered my countless questions! We were dealing with a sick child so the vehicle was dropped off and picked up by family members, and he helped coordinate everything in my absence. Thank you, Dustin!

I began my search for a new car on Saturday night at about 9:20, I sent an inquiry through the dealership portal. I was in shock, at 9:36 I had a salesmen, Matt Silva texting me about what I was interested in. I was considering a VW at this time as well. If, he had not peaked my interest I would’ve shopped VW. He pulled me in and Sunday I had my husband at the dealership looking at Honda’s in the rain. I found a couple I was interested in and we started the process! He gave us 5 star results, I felt like I was at the Ritz Carlton of dealerships! We have purchased 5 vehicles from Navarre and this experience exceeded our expectations by far! He is the first salesmen that has taught me how to use all the options on a new vehicle! He sent me YouTube videos on how things worked! We signed our paperwork on Tuesday, he had us in out very quickly! Greg Liytle was our finance manager and he made the experience exceptional as well! He took his time and explained things, we purchased the rim and tire warranty and the extended warranty. We NEVER purchased any of it in the past, only gap! Had a great experience buying a new car with Amy and Derrick. The process was smooth and not rushed. They were patient with us considering we were running off of a few hours of sleep with newborns. I bought my second vehicle from Billy Navarre Honda yesterday. Both times have been extremely positive.The process was the easiest I could imagine, from the time I requested an online quote to driving away in my vehicle. Everyone I came into contact with was helpful and professional, and they listened to what I wanted without trying to push anything on me. I drove away in something different than what I asked to be shown, but only because I saw the vehicle and quickly changed my mind. I highly recommend Billy Navarre Honda, and especially Naqueeta!
Horrible, horrible, horrible, is the best adjective to describe them. I purchased a car from them and that was a horrible experience. For some reason I had two sales representative and the were working against each other, like it was competition. There was no communication between them at all, therefore I was stuck in the middle. The car I wanted they couldn’t find it. Come to find out somebody else was in the processes of buying it. Mind you they already told me the car was mine and I was in the processes of filling out paperwork. I was very disappointed but they called me later on that day and said the deal didn’t go through. I was able to get the car and when I looked a the odometer it had 20,000 more miles then the agent said so I had to inform them of that so they could drop the amount. Also my Bluetooth didn’t work but the assured me that they would fix it . I brought the car and guess what, they couldn’t fix. He said since I didn’t have any warranty on it, there was nothing he could do. This happen 4 and a half years ago let’s that about now. I brought my car there to let them fix my belt, they call me and tell me all kinds of stuff is wrong with it and they refuse to fix my belt unless I fix majority of the issue. I said I’m coming to pick up my car. While on my way there I received an email stating that I owe 70 bucks for a diagnostic test. I was furious to say the least. When I got up there I question why I was been charged for that, when I told you what I wanted fixed. She said we talked about it earlier I said no we did not, I would never let you do a diagnostic testing when I already know what’s wrong with my car. I told her for future reference she should inform someone before diagnostic their car. They are so unprofessional and it’s not just my experience that’s was unflattering. I have friends and family who have experience the same thing. I would rather go to a junk yard before I purchase anything from them again.

Getting dealship service is never my favorite but they seem to be pretty organized, they were very good about keeping me updated and the service manager was direct/transparent about expectations.

From the beginning with my Sales Consultant, Blake Welch, and his amazing knowledge and friendliness — to the numbers portion with the Finance Manager, Gabe Young, and the General Manager, Grant Navarre, who both explained every detail of the “deal” in a simplified and courteous manner — to the end with Blake again who made sure my new vehicle was spotless and that I knew ever tip and trick with the interior and exterior. Bought a Honda Fit in December of 2016. Great service from the salesman, great experience working with their F&I department, easy and fast oil changes and tire rotations after owning the vehicle. The fact that they followed up with me several times after purchasing the vehicle to see how I was enjoying the car and if there was anything they could help me with shows their dedication. This family and business wants their customers to have a good experience not only buying the vehicle but also owning the vehicle.

Can not say enough about the service department at Billy Navarre Honda, Lake Charles. Driving across country and in the middle of nowhere, I had a serious car issue. Service Manager Mark talked me off a ledge and into the service department as it was closing for the day. Then he, Christina and Kelly stayed after hours to take care of me and my little Civic- treating us like family. They sent me on my way with assurances that they would follow up to make sure I made it to my destination safely and they did. The professional caliber of this team was superior. Please save your time and shop elsewhere. The people are literal crooks! I purchased my vehicle in December and they offered to let me use my service refund from the vehicle I was trading in. I cancelled the service contract and waited for the refund so I could pay billy navarre. Flash forward to February my temp plates were about to expire. Come to find out they were holding my plates until I paid the money I owed them. They had already paid off my previous vehicle and I did everything I had to do on my half to cancel my contract. I should of known it was too good to be true. I will never recommend this dealership to a single soul. They still have my plates and I was informed by the DMV this is illegal. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau.

Will never do business with again. Bought a new car a premium fully loaded one at that. To this day this dealership has been unable to get this car new. From the cigarette burns in the cloth in various areas to a damaged shift knob nothing but problems. Just got the last two items repaired. Had to finish assembling my door panel in the service lane after riding a bike to the dealership because my calls were not being answered nor delivery being within the scheduled window. Found out my car was done it just wasnt marked so in the computer. Received a lift for my bike back to my house by a service manager while i drove my car back to my house. After finding the door panel problem I began further inspection. The shift knob no longer was greasy and highly discolored though the aluminum cap a strong strike mark on it denting it slightly but none the less a dent and scratch. Bringing it back I was told this was a brand new part installed.Will never be back to this dealership again.

Nothing but problems with this place. When you get a rental from them... make sure you get a video of the whole vehicle. They will TRY to hang you for damage on their vehicles. My ride was brought brand new amd have nothing but problems with it.

My car stalled out. No water was in the car and if I were standing in it, it may have been ankle deep and I’m not tall. It was towed to billy Navarre and I figured they’d let it dry out and replace the fluids. Or at the very least they would attempt to start it. Instead they replaced my engine without even trying to start it. When I get my car back, my rear view is laying on the floor. Nothing is said to me about this and when I brought it to the service lane manager she tried to blame me saying the weight of my graduation tassel and three strings of mardi gras beads was too much. They tell me to get adhesive because they don’t have any, so as I’m driving, my car stops in the middle of the road because they messed up my timing belt. My rear view fell off two days later. When I looked at the mounting button it didn’t look like it had any adhesive. I fixed it myself and it hasn’t budged. A month later, my check engine light is on again and I take it in, expecting it to be under warranty seeing as they just redid my engine. I’m told the engine is under warranty, but outer components are not. I had to pay $300 because they didn’t flush the coolant when they replaced my engine and it screwed up a sensor. The day after I got it back, the check engine light is on again and my car stuttered before starting so I have to go back. This feels like a scam and if there were a closer Honda I’d absolutely go there instead of wasting my money here.

Worst service ever...period. first off the last 2 vehicles that I wanted to purchase I wanted to do it locally, the first was a Honda Accord after visiting the dealership I was told that they would have to order the vehicle for me because they didnt have anything that I wanted in stock. I drove to Houston and found a dealership with over 100 accords in stock. My most recent purchase was a 2017 Honda pilot, I once again wanted to give them a chance but had no luck. After spending 30 minutes in the parking lot there was never any attempt to come out and help me, not to mention there were only 8 pilots in stock. Went to Houston got a great deal. Now I am sitting in the service department at nearly 11am when I had an 8:30 appointment, and Im unable to get a rental car from them because they dont do that, yet my Houston dealer is telling me its covered under my warranty that I have. Needless to say Im finished with Billy navarre, would love to keep my business local but they just cant help...3 strikes...your out!

I bought a Brand new 2016 honda civic from them and it falls under lemon law. Biggest piece of crap Ive ever owned Ive had to bring it to shop at least 6 times now its still in rhe shop and they cant solve the problem. Now having to get a lawyer. Not impressed at all.

Terrible !! The company that I work for was charged (by Billy Navarre) $350.00 to run diagnostics & change an air filter on a 2017 Chevy one ton (under warranty). They refused to file it under the warranty.
