I came in not expecting to find anything that I loved, simply because I had a long list of requirements (for color, sleeves, back, neck, silhouette, fabric, and ornamentation). Not only was Melanie super helpful and creative (she made me try some things I didnt think Id like, but loved anyway!), she was very patient while we gave it some thought. It was perfect.

I had a wonderful experience! Even with covid it was a magical experience. If your plus sized like my self I would say go here! I worked with the owner her self, and she has a huge heart!

I really enjoyed my visit here. They have been very patient with me on picking my dress. The staff was very understanding and even cheered me on when i picked my dress. They own the top spot for customer service in the area as far as i am concerned.

Life lesson. YOU ARE BETTER OFF ORDERING ONLINE. At least with online you are guaranteed to return it if it is not completely perfect. I can not believe I tried to give this local store my business. I told the rep what I needed the color of the dress to be and halfway between my appointment she went to help another customer and I guess somewhere along the way the person ordering my dress didnt know the difference. When I was willing to even exchange it for a lesser dress I was told they would have to order a whole new brand new dress. No refund. No exchange. I am out 240 dollars and have no dress to use.

I ordered my gown months in advance only to get the wrong size sent to the shop! My gown was still not how I wanted it after all the alterations. Beautiful gown and veil that I have paid a lot for so I felt like I could have been treated better! At the venue the coordinator had to bustle my dress during the wedding ! I tried vowels but I’m very disappointed after looking at my photos and my memories of my dress!

Mikayla was amazing! She listened to what my daughter wanted, stayed at or below our budget when pulling dresses to try, and gave thoughtful and honest advice on everything! We stopped by the store on a whim, best thing we did! The store is beautiful, dressing rooms are spacious, and the viewing area is gorgeous!

Was told by 2 of the staff that if the wedding dress was bought off rack there would be a discount, upon picking up and paying final payment noticed discount was not applied. All a sudden staff and manager have no recollection of said discount. Why wouldnt i have ordered a brand new dress if it was going to be same exact price...right i would have.

NOT TRUSTWORTHY. The people are very nice, but don’t leave without a written contract if they offer you anything. They go back on their word and do not offer any type of return, which is plastered all over the wall. How sad is it that even if you order the dress and it ends up being wrong size, it’s your fault. Or even better a military deployment happens the weekend after you make a down payment for your dress and you loose your deposit because of something out of your hands. Also not a nice establishment for the prices. Seems money hungry to me. Proceed with caution if you must.
