Im so glad I didnt have to go anywhere else to find what I was looking for. The customer service in this place is amazing! I felt very comfortable asking questions and the girls behind the counter were knowledgeable about their products. Theres no pressure to buy anything and you get to learn a bunch of cool new things to try!!

The staff is super friendly and very helpful. They dont mind answering questions and are very non judgmental. They know their stuff! I love the new reward program they offer as well. By far the best adult place to go in Lake Charles.

Absolutely perfect. Some of the prices on the toys are a bit high, but the clothing is nice. I love being able to go someplace where they have plus size options as well as smaller sizes. Ive spent so much here and will likely continue to do so! They have everything!!

Whoever was working on May 2nd was a complete inbecile. I wanted a garment that was on a mannequin. She came up with every excuse why shouldnt take it down. Really seem like she was too lazy to replace it with something else. I would not recommend this place.

I went yesterday and the lady at the counter was so rude when i got to the counter to pay she looked at me Stayed in a chair and kept playing with her phone,she said nothing to me, i tried to be polite so i was like ok i will give her a min. So after i stood there for like two minutes at the counter i got uncomfortable and started looking around at the stuff by the counter and came back same thing but this time i just waited till she eventually rang me up then she didnt even say thank you and was very cold. I love this store its awesome but with employees like that i will not be back i would rather go online or drive to the sulphur store.
