Repair shop was outstanding. Having being relocated due to ida, I desperately needed an oil change and replacement battery. They were super quick and friendly!

This is a hard one. Im a bit biased because Ive worked here before, even if only briefly.The automotive staff and techs currently are better than the staff Ive worked with only a few years back. The staff currently on schedule are genial and professional. Theyll tell you how it is and let you make a decision based on their availability, stock and determination so that youre well informed.Needless to say, they are all serving you and from what Ive seen; they are firing on all cylinders💪👍 Good team

The staff was very friendly. Service was slow however due to only two workers available to handle all the vehicles. The waiting area could use some updates. There were only three metal folding chairs and a small table for customers. So if a lot of people are waiting, there won’t be much room or seating. I ended up having to go back in a week later because one of my new tires kept losing air pressure but they fixed it with no issues.

Showed up an hour before closing time and was refused service. I have a nail in my tire leaking air and they expect me to drive on it to another location. Very unprofessional.

The hours are listed as 7am to 7pm for the auto center and I went at 4pm to get a tire change. The lady at the counter told me they would not be taking anymore cars for the day and gave no reason why. They had 1 car in the bay area and no other cars parked outside or in line to be fixed. Unprofessional and lazy.

It’s 8 am and they open at 7 am. I tried to go in the quick lube entrance and it was locked. I called them and got no answer 3 times. I went inside to find them all sitting and talking with the lights off in the quick lube center. Lazy employees. Obviously don’t care about the business at all. Losing tons of customers daily.

Been here a number of times. Among my chief complaints, I asked them to patch a hole, they said it was too close to the wall and wouldnt. I brought it to another place and they patched it no problem. On the same occasion, because of the hole my tire had low PSI so I asked the lady if they would please put air in it so I could leave, she said that they did. They did not. I have a sensor in my car that reads PSI and they hadnt put any air in at all. When they finally did, I didnt get the air caps for my tires back. They claimed they had never been there no matter how adamant I was that they had been. I waited almost 2 hours for this service!Today, I needed a new tire put on (completely unrelated to the other instance) and for whatever reason, they closed at 4pm instead of 7pm. How do I know? As I was driving up to the port to tell the lady I needed a new tire, she quickly finished taping a sign and then moved the metal pricing sign in front of the port so that I could not be serviced. She never offered an explanation she just walked away leaving me out there unattended, with no answers, with a tire that needed changed and a donut that was running low on air.

Went to have an oil change I was in and out in no time at all

Feb. 24, 2019 SundayLong story short: Hubby and I got here at 2PM with both our cars (we parked them next to each other). We asked for oil change and tire rotation for both cars and we hand them both car keys. Its 4:45PM now and theyve only done the oil change on one car and cancelled the other order because they couldnt find the other car (remember, they were parked next to each other, and the other one is LIME GREEN!). So, hubby asks if theyre done with both the oil change and tire rotation on the car and they ask him Oh, you wanted a tire rotation too? (Its on the paperwork!) NEVER USING THEIR SERVICES AGAIN! !!!

Never use this place! Been here for 4 hours after being quoted an hour and a half. Special ordered tires online and if I wasnt standing here watching them, they would have put 2 random tires on my SUV. I ran out and told them to stop! After 2 hours I asked if my car was finished and the lady said my car was next and the car in front of me just finished. Came back after 40 mins and my car was pulled in the garage. I asked again if my car was almost done and the same lady informed me they are just finishing up....they hadnt even started!!! They have no regard for your time. After leaving, I had to come back because they didnt reset my tire pressure light. That took another 30 minutes to complete! I will never use their service again!

Fast friendly service

I love the auto care center. I go there to keep a full stock of auto care and cleaning supplies. Wax, wash, interior detailing products, tire shine, wheel brushes, shammy, wax cloth, air freshener and floormats. I am stocked up. Ready to stop at any spot with a water hose and get busy. I take pride in having a clean vehicle and think others should to. I also got my oil changed while I was there too. Now I just need to find some hyper white lights and install them.

Dont know how to answer the phone! Losing a ton of buisness i wont waste my time with them anymore!!!

I might as well write a review while waiting for an employee to acknowledge my existence. Must not be one of your competent days.

Slow. Other associations asked the lady if she needed help but she refused causing me to wait 30 minutes just to have a key made.

Got that 3 year battery that has a 5 year warranty.
