Service was fine but the $150 sunglasses that I purchased two months ago had the side piece pop off. I contacted customer service and they said that they would not even let me bring them in to fix. I will not be buying anything from this brand again.

I had a great experience in your Maui store. I was in the store to browse when one of the clerks offered to clean a very old pair of Oakleys I had perched on my head. He noticed that the lenses were a bit scratched up and told me that it was possible to replace the lenses. He showed me the numerous selections, got them installed in my frames, and I walked out with essentially a new pair of sunglasses. Completely happy!

Pass on this location. When spending hundreds of dollars you expect top quality. Oakley case for my glasses was broken so zipping it close was impossible. Sales rep is garbage selling something that was broken.

Gigi and Jeff are the best!! My (almost) two year old Oakley Mainlink Prizm Sapphire glasses had developed at pit, dead center, in one lens. With one month left on warranty, Jeff and Gigi replaced both lenses on the spot. No problem. Best glasses. Best customer service.

Watch out, for the employee lady with short black hair, my partner thought he gave her $11 when I knew he gave her a $101 she repeated with gold in her eyes thats $11 you gave me and went to put it in til when I corrected her quickly and then she played it off as she didnt pay attention and gave us our $90 change.

Alfie, Jeffery, and Tyler treated us sooo good! Great customer service, all around wonderful experience buying sunglasses for my husband and I. Oakley is a good brand but it was truly the customer service that sold us our sunglasses not the store itself! 10/10

I went into store to purchase new nose pads for my husbands Oakley sunglasses. The girl put new nose pads on and while cleaning the lenses up afterwards she noticed one of the lenses appeared scratched or cracked. Determined it was actually cracked goes to the drawer gets out a new set of lenses and replaced them with brand new lenses. Oakley warranty’s the lenses if the crack to replace them. I was not expecting this at all going in there, but needless to say when I got home and gave my husband his sunglasses he noticed right away he had new lenses and was extremely happy about that!! Thank you so much for the great service Oakley and to the girl that took the time to acknowledge the fact they were cracked and replaced lenses my husband was very grateful 😊

I walked into the store with a four-year-old pair of sunglasses I knew nothing about and the sales reps were able to tell me everything about my sunglasses including how to service them if necessary very good staff enjoyed the visit immensely

I love the OAKLEY brand been wearing it since the came out many years ago. Overall experience was a bad one at this store. My daughter gave me a gift card for my trip to Maui because they have patterns on there shirts that you cant get on the mainland. So I used the gift card the sales person told me it had zero balance after a few minutes of trying the card I ended up paying with my debit card. The store employee told me I could hold the card and call customer service in the morning for me to see what the problem might have been. (Which I thought was odd) and give me a call after she had done that. Well after getting a hold of corporate they had informed me that the card had been used at that store well I didnt not receive any merchandise from that store with that gift card. Hopefully it was a misunderstanding on the employees part and they resolve this issue or the have a dishonest employee taking customers money.
