I was able to find a beautiful dress for our sunset dinner cruise and the hubby picked up a shirt! Had help from a wonderful sales associate. Picked up a couple of other souvenirs as well. Mahalo!

How the mighty have fallen.I have loved HH for many a year now. So many good souvenirs in one place, but my last visit was a dissappointment. The selection of everything but clothes was way down and when we tried to find a matching set of Aloha wear for the fam, we only found one pattern of the dozens there, that had all the sizes and were just talking about four people here. They need to broaden their non clothing selection and make sure that they are stocked on their clothing sizes.

Feels like a must stop shop. Unfortunately, the Drivers Jewelry is closed here and everywhere else. To much hand wash only clothing. High prices.

Good alternative to abc stores and whalers general. Have some authentic locally produced items. Wish they had better air conditioning- pretty hot inside when its warm out.

I went to Hilo Hattie to get some Hawaiian-made shirts, and I found the selection and prices to be very fair. There was a glitch with the system when I went to pay, and I was informed I would need to phone back during the week, as it was the weekend and the manager was out. When I phoned back, they managed to fix the issue efficiently, and with excellent customer service. A big shout out to the manager who helped me (I’m terrible with names, but I believe her name is Linda). Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone traveling to Maui.

This is where I always buy my Hawaiian shirts, which I really like, but watch out for the pearl lady. She gets you with a special deal on a fresh pearl (ours was 50% off). What they dont tell you is that it only applies to the pearl ($14). Then you need to buy something to mount it in. First thing they showed us was $350.

Generally an awesome store for getting souvenir type items and the best for Hawaiian shirt selection - most are priced better than other places and I think I only saw a couple that werent actually made in Hawaii. My only complaint is getting hassled by a high-end cream salesman along the back wall. I dont care for those high pressure scenarios, and I dont feel anyone entering a budget minded souvenir store considers themselves as in the market for 300.00 facial cream.

Im giving this place a 5-star rating because it was the ONLY place on the entire island that I could find Hawaiin neck-ties. I wish their tie selection was a little larger and I wish the quality of the material was better, but Im still glad I was able to find some Hawaiin-themed ties there because I looked everywhere else and couldnt find any. I even checked the local supermarkets and they didnt have any. This place also had some cool Christmas tree ornaments, snow globes, and a station in the center where my wife could pick a pearl herself from a real oyster for about $12. She loved that.

Maybe because I remembered going to the one in Oahu decades ago. I always went to get the touristy stuff and nick nacks. But oh how things have changed. I went in looking for a cheap flower hair clip for my daughter. Nothing exciting. Nothing that was oohh the looks nice.
