Had such a lovely experience at the Lahaina location today. Both girls working were so lovely and helpful. Zero pressure, so friendly. Bamboo being a renewable resource and soft as all get out. Would recommend!

I recently placed two orders with this store and both times I had had amazing service. The last order one of the shirts had a small hole in it. I called the store and without any hesitation they offered to replace the shirt. I have spoken to both the husband and wife and you will receive amazing service from both.

Never EVER buy from their stores if you are on vacation. If you decide to return something you have to either return it to the store you bought it from or pay a hefty shipping fee to get your products back to their headquarters. TOTAL waste of money. NO RETURN POLICY THAT DOESNT COST YOU LOTS OF MONEY

We changed our minds several times, even after she had rung us up, and she just took it all in stride. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE I purchased the Resort King size sheet set and extra pillow cases in a Blue Lagoon on January 24th. Total bill was $294.79. They were out of stock but expecting more product in a few days. They wrote up a drop ship order form and said my bedding would ship on February 4th to Canada. To date, I have received nothing. I tried calling the store directly but kept getting a message that my call was not accepted (guessing they do not receive international calls?). So I called head office last week and they couldn’t find a record of my purchase but said they would call the store and call me back. Again, I have not received a call back. My credit card has been charged. I will be posting here weekly until this is resolved.UPDATE: March 11/20. After posting a one star review Cariloha reached out to me within a few hours. Apparently they were out of stock at the Canadian warehouse (which was never communicated to me) and that is why I did not receive my order. They offered to cancel the order and make a full refund or ship from their American warehouse (which would incur duty and brokerage fees). I opted for the latter. The communication from this point forward was very good. They provided a transaction number and tracking code. The order arrived complete and well packaged. The only downside was paying $84 for duty and UPS brokerage fees. However, I did agree to this arrangement. I’m happy to say the bedding is divine! It would also make a lovely gift as the packaging is a nice quality. I purchased clothing at the Whalers Village location with which I’m very satisfied.

Crazy how soft everything is. My wife and I love our bed sheets. We also wear their shirts. Everything from Cariloha is so so soft!

A delightful store with very friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. I had to return/exchange an item that still had tags on it, and they were super accommodating, even though I did not have my receipt. I appreciate the fact that the employees are clean, not covered with tats and piercings, and very courteous.

Way way way way way too expensive. Its mass produced items selling at hand made one of a kind prices.
