Dont waste your time checking out other stores, Maui Bed Store should be your first - and only - call when you need a new bed.We just purchased a home and needed three beds. Deano was able to fit our schedule for a store visit and we had a new Cal King mattress/box spring and frame installed less than a week later - even during the Christmas holidays.Expectations were clearly set for the delivery time. Boi and Richie showed up on time, then professionally set up the bed. We were so happy with our experience, we ordered two more beds from Maui Bed Store.Comparing prices for headboards and night stands, Maui Bed Store has substantially lower prices for exactly the same item shown at other stores. The only downside to the Lahaina warehouse is that there really isnt a showroom for all the furniture, but the time spent looking through the warehouse is worth the money you save.

We just got 2 queen bed sets delivered here in Kaanapali - David and Boi were great! - very Covid safe - both wore masks and kept their distance.Dino at the store has been super awesome in terms of sales, knowledge about modern beds and showing us the mattresses in person twice. Dino is also swapping out (for free) the normal size boxspring for the low-profile boxspring to fit our older bed sets from the 80s/90s. Since we had mattresses from 1984 that were 8 thick - a new mattress of 11 or 12 sits too high on our bed sets - something we should have calculated for, but none the less Maui Bed Store and Dino and team made us happy! Def recommend - and also recommend to go in person to lay on the beds - a $150 makes a huge difference if you are looking at decent pocket and coil mattresses on a budget.

I ordered a mattress from them a while ago and never found a bed frame I liked. I decided to go with their cheapest frame just to get one right away. They said the frame is wood and basic is 399$. He said I could call day of and pay day of. I said I would do that. He then told me that they sell 2 beds a week and that they were running low. And I may not get one for sure on Thursday. I said hopefully you dont run out before Thursday. He then tried to say he was helping me by putting my card on file. Said I could order and call and pay day of. Scheduled it for Thursday. I later that night found a plain bed frame on amazon that I have to assemble myself. Same exact thing for 170. Solid wood too. I called him this morning to tell him I needed to cancel. He was not nice and said ethically this was wrong on my end. I said I found a bed frame on amazon for 170$ and he cut me off and said this is retarted. I said dont call me retarted and I hung up. Worst experience with customer service on this island yet. We get it we are on an island. But you are apart of the United States. You dont get to run a monopoly or treat people like this.I felt like I was conned into giving my card information in the first place. I said I was not ready to pay yet. Hes the one said they sell so fast. So me cancelling my order should not be problem. You sell two a week. Ethically when someone calls and leaves you a nice voicemail saying sorry and that they need to cancel their order they placed 2 days ago. Giving you 48 hours notice from delivery you cancel the order. You dont call back angry and try to guilt trip them. Then I told you why and you called me retarted. Lets talk about your ethics. Youre overcharging for the frame number one. Number two you already had the frame in your possession you didnt place an order for me. Youre not out any money. Number 3 You said they sell so fast youre running out, but I am thinking that was a lie to secure your sale. Just all around bad business tactics. Dont talk to anyone like that. He first asked me what kind of mattresses I am used to sleeping on and what kind of firmness/support I was looking for to get a better idea of how to help me. He brought me to several beds and explained the differences between them all until I found the one that was going to be right for me. James was excellent and very helpful. We just purchased 2 King Sealy Pillow top mattresses and they are unbelievably comfortable! Maui Bed Store was incredible! They truly know their products and provide extremely great service too! I was a little wary about having to call to make an appointment, especially since I got someones voicemail. But Samantha called me back in half an hour and scheduled a same day appointment for me with Mitchell in Lahaina. He was very knowledgeable. After telling him my preferences and budget, he recommended 3 options. For the amount that we had budgeted for a queen mattress set, we got a king mattress set, plus a mattress protector and bamboo sheets! They had it in stock and while he offered to deliver it the same day for a small fee, I asked if I could call family instead. He patiently waited and chatted with us for another half hour until they arrived. Maui Bed Store has the best selection, lowest prices and great staff! Dont waste your time or money anywhere else.
