I have purchased dozens of Cariloha T-Shirts for myself, family, and friends every summer since 2017. The staff is always outstanding and the shirts are incredibly comfortable. I was recently helped by both Jessica and Elle to purchase my summer 2021 batch of 10. Both of these young ladies were friendly, helpful, professional, and determined to help me get exactly what I wanted in XXL. THANK YOU for an outstanding product and world-class service !!

OK I have to write this review because Elle At the Maui store on front Street was absolutely freaking amazing !!!!!She was helpful from the get go- very open and very honest & so very genuinely personable (we call her our adopted daughter now) we actually have a common vacation spot & such a bond already-she’s a doll !!!We truly appreciated her candor and forthright attitude with us . We were unsure about our bedframe size so we needed to come home and measure it- she guaranteed we would still get the same price - as in store at that moment! My husband was on the fence for about a month after we got back and still she honored her price, she has been amazing since day one!!!!The Cariloha company has an absolute jewel in Elle And we are so glad we ventured into the store on our vacation. We have been looking for a new bed for quite sometime, we have a sleep number now and Have had it for the past 12 years- so we are truly excited to try the Cariloha bamboo bed. I’ve been looking at Cariloha sheets for a while now and was waiting to buy them while we were here in Maui but we walked into the store and the customer service was horrible! She didn’t have her mask on when we first came in and on top of that she didn’t even say a word to us the whole time we were in the store, just continued to sit on her phone behind the counter!! We were obviously looking to buy and needed help but she couldn’t look up from her phone long enough to realize. I’m sure for the price I can find another brand that actually acknowledges their customers and follows COVID safety.

Do not buy from Cariloha if you are on vacation!! They do not allow you to return items to other Cariloha stores and you have to pay a hefty sum to ship their heavy items back to headquarters for them. Unless you’re 100 percent sure - it’s not worth the cost of a return!

I purchased my mattress here and the staff were very knowledgeable of their products. Friendly service and informing me of the benefits of bamboo products. The manager (Jordan) even let me rest on their sample bed to ensure that I would be confident in my purchase. Would return to sleep on the sample bed again!

Long story, but I bought a shirt over a year ago while on vacation. When visiting this last month, I noticed the text on the front of my shirt was faded compared to the same exact shirt in store. I followed the care instructions for my shirt, and my other shirt from here did not have the same issue (so there was something wrong with the shirt). I reached out to the online customer support and was told they could send me a plain red shirt, but if I wanted the one exactly like mine that said Aloha and had the Hawaiian islands on it (the whole reason I bought it) I would need to contact the store. I figured I was out of luck since I bought the shirt a year ago, didnt have the receipt, and was leaving Maui the next day.Fast forward a few weeks later, and the manger of this location called me and offered a replacement as long as I pay shipping. I thought that was more than a fair deal. What impressed me most was her taking the initiative to reach out to me and offer a solution. She didnt need to do this, but did so because it was the right thing to do. I appreciate that in a business and think there are too few examples of that in these days.

Love this store. Bamboo fabric is amazing. You will pay more but you get what you pay for. Sheets are the Bomb!! You haven’t lived until you got a set of these sheets.

Just had the worst experience! The cashier provided no service at all (no educating on any product) just continued tagging items behind the cash desk... not very business smart as the whole product is about educating on what it’s made out of etc.. isn’t that the beauty of it? Not to mention she said 1 word the whole time and wouldn’t validate our parking..
