LNC is exceptional. This review is long overdue, but here is my experience with LNC. I had two MINIs get hit within a month. The first one (2016 Type S) was crushed against a wall by a vendor truck while being serviced at Irvine MINI. The second (2015 Type S) was hit and run by a workman’s truck in my condo’s parking lot.The 2016 - I definitely thought it was totaled. Ben fixed it up and it was PRISTINE. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw it next. It’s probably better than the original, to be honest. What happened at the dealership was pretty upsetting - it was my first time dealing with insurance, car damage, and a freak event. Ben made it really easy for me. It’s nice to be in good hands when you’re unsure of how to navigate the process.2015 - when I was notified by my HOA about the hit, I didn’t even hesitate. My boyfriend called Ben right away. Again, Ben fixed it and made it perfect. He also helped me out with some cosmetic issues resulting from the wear and tear of being in 3 states with harsh weather. I am so happy with the result.These cars mean a lot to me, and LNC took care of them like they meant a lot to them too.What really distinguishes LNC (besides stellar quality of work and value) is CUSTOMER SERVICE. They truly go above and beyond and treat you like they’d treat a family member. They work on some pretty crazy cars and I felt self-conscious with my MINI sandwiched between exotics in their parking lot, but they treated me as if I owned a Ferrari. Ben was so easy to work with and when we were getting the insurance sorted out, he went above and beyond to make sure I didn’t have any trouble. It’s hard to find trustworthy people in the car industry. You can tell that these guys don’t have anything to prove. LNC does quality work and lets the results speak for themselves. They treat people kindly because they are good people, period. If you need your car repaired, look no further because I can assure you that you are in the best hands possible with LNC. 10/10 would recommend.

After reading the reviews here on Google, I contacted Ben and he immediately said Ill take care of everything. And he did. Within a few days, I am driving away with my car. They fixed everything and even washed it. My car seriously has never looked better. Ben is very friendly, professional, and genuinely cares. He also responds quickly to any question, and he understands how going to them after an accident can be a stressful moment, but he and LN Collision truly took care of everything. Great shop, easy to work with and quality work

Great shop, Ben made the process very easy. Just dropped my car off, gave him my claim number, and then left the country. While I was gone he gave me updates on my car and sent me photos. When I got back my car was ready and paint was perfect. I have worked at a collision and auto service places and have had paint done by other shops and this was the first time I couldnt find any imperfections, no paint running, no fish eyes, and a perfect paint match. I highly recommend Ben and his crew and will be using them in the future!

I was very pleased with the service I received. They were prompt and experienced. I had a battery under warranty that died on me. The first call, the guy completely jerked me around. I had to call again to have AAA give me another jump or change the battery out. 2nd times a charm. Car is running great now. Thanks USA/AAA.

Took my Fiat 500 E to LNC, to get the front bumper repaired and painted. I arrived and they were super friendly and communicated well. I was a little nervous since the Pearl White paint is hard to match but they did an amazing job, it looks brand new. They also drove me to Enterprise to get a rental car when I dropped off my car and had it completed in 3 days. I would recommend Laguna Niguel Collision to anyone that needs bodywork.

I had a crushed driver side fender on my 88 Porsche 928 S4; I was devastated. Dimitri gave me a very reasonable quote, afterward it turned out to be aluminum and much more difficult to fix. Dimitri honored the original quote, without a complaint.When I took the car in the crushed fender looked like it would never be the same. When I picked it up 7 days later, it looked like the day it left the Stuttgart factory in 1988...incredible workmanship. Dimitri and his father are old world craftsmen.They also repaired a severely damage hood and resprayed my 93 BMW 850ci a few years ago...same beautiful results. I called and spoke with the manager asking if I could come in for an estimate on my car. When I arrived, he looked at my car and he told me that he could not give me an estimate, due to it being repaired previously by someone else. Slightly upset and shocked I replied, I wish you would have told me that before I made a 20 minute drive out here. He didnt apologize for the inconvenience or that he outright lied to me over the phone. I originally came here because of good teviews, but this was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been in the customer service industry for over 20 years and know that people will take their business to companies that offer exceptional customer service, no matter the cost. You should not be in a customer service based business if you cannot talk to and deal with customers in a professional, honest and positive manner .

I have been here on over 5 different occasions. Hands down, the BEST collision & car customization center in all of Orange County.

I recently was involved in a accident (front end collision), and had to have some body work done to my vehicle. I spent a whole day driving around local body shops in the south Orange County area getting quotes, trying to get the best possible deal. After spending a whole day of shopping around I decided to go with Laguna Niguel Collision Center since they had a very competitive price. I am very happy with the work they performed and would strongly recommend them for anyone that needs body work done. The quality of work that was performed was immaculate. They were very professional and the customer service was awesome. I was really surprised at how quickly the work was performed. Hopefully I will not be needing anymore body work done soon, but if I do I will definitely use Laguna Niguel Collision Center again. Thank you guys!

Did a good job with my repair after my friend opened the passenger door which then caught a huge gust of wind out in the desert and smashed into a metal gas pump handle. Cant even tell that it was ever damaged.I had a rental with the Enterprise Rent-A-Car just down the street, that was super convenient.You deal with the owner directly, he is there all the time, Dmitiry, super nice guy. He will take care of you! Its a family business, they are very honest and fair with their prices.Shop is very clean!Hopefully my car will not need any work any time soon, but I will definatley be coming back here!

My car was bumped to road curb when I tried to stop it, due to dead battery. The car was bruised on the rear bumper and the rear light cover. I read online reviews and I found Laguna Niguel Collision Center. Dmitriy took me in right away and gave a great package deal. He took care of things and went a little extra by replacing the light cover, making the rear bumper as new. He really has your needs in heart and very down to the earth. He knows how to take care of customers problems. And his staff are all very nice and helpful. I will use his service without a doubt in the future and highly recommend him.
