I was extremely satisfied with their service. Vince and the lady at the front desk are extremely nice and professional. The work they did on my Chevy Volt was GREAT 👍. They also have a very easy and convenient set up with the car rental. They even washed my car for me. While your car is at the shop, they update you with the latest progress and answer all your questions. If you are looking for a car body shop, this is the place!

Mike, the service tech manager, made my experience at Caliber beyondwords. Not only was the work they did excellent but they also paid 10 days of my rental car so I didnt have to pay what my insurance didnt cover. They also drove my car to my home when the repairs were completed so I didnt have to find a ride to pickup my car from them. Mike kept me posted on the status of the repairs. I cant praise them enough for the service they provided

Impressive amount of incompetence. Supposed to fully fix a car, not pick and choose then say everything was successfully fixed when it clearly wasnt.Look elsewhere, theyre not on top of their game at all.

Provided detailed estimate of the work. Showed all the steps how the work progressed. Took care of additional work which were not covered in the original estimate or inspection. Courteous project manager. Great conversations. Simple drop off and pick up. Paint work looks fantastic like brand new.

I initially arranged for my insurance to tow the car to Caliber due to being hit some metal debris on the 405 Fwy, so dangerous! A big piece of metal speared the front of the car through the grille, damaging the radiator and fan assembly, a/c condenser and some other things. Caliber was very helpful and courteous, putting me at ease in this stressful situation. This was both a body work and mechanical repair situation.Once the car could be checked and estimate was made, it proceeded like clockwork, and I received text updates and also they called at times to update me. Please note that at this time a lot of shops are behind due to a supply chain problem, but actually, Caliber could still finish early! The estimated completion was for November 2, 2021, but I got it back on October 29th! I was very impressed with their customer service and overall work. Thank you Caliber Collision :)

Absolutely atrocious service. I deeply regret bringing my car here. Both the Laguna Niguel and Irvine locations were awful. Brandon Mueller went out of his way to write into the supplemental that NONE of the 13 fault codes were related to my small car being rear ended by a truck on the freeway. By doing so he ensured that insurance wouldn’t even pay for a proper diagnosis. His baseless opinion was then followed by the lie that all codes had been cleared. When I went to pick up my car and had them do the postscan in front of me, it was different than the postscan Brandon sent, complete with NEW fault codes. Lies on lies. The men at both locations were rude and did a lot of mansplaining. Despite this, they also has no clue what they were doing and came up with no solutions. One guy tried to tell me that the 4 fault codes all related to the backup camera weren’t an issue because “you can just tap it and it works.” Now I have to take my car elsewhere to someone who isn’t sheisty and actually knows what they’re doing. Save yourself a nightmare and take your car literally anywhere else.

I want to express my appreciation to Vincent Fox for his outstanding assistance in repairing my uninsured car. When other repair shops wanted to replace every part Vincent worked out a solution with no part replacement saving me tons of money. I highly recommend you talk to Vincent on the best way to repair your vehicle.

The catalytic converter was stolen out of my son’s car. Caliber Collision was wonderful. The replacement part was back ordered. Vince kept me up to date on the delays and when the delivery would be. He put on a part i ordered for it to lessen the chance of it being stolen again for free. Much appreciated! The only downside was the air conditioner was working when we took it in and now isn’t. They attempted to fix it but were unable to. Otherwise great.

The moment I walked in I was greeted with kindness and respect. Everything was clearly explained verbally as well as written with regular updates via text (communication method chosen). They are an approved shop by my insurance, which made the claim process super easy and connected me with Mike, my primary contact. Grateful for the courtesy ride home when I dropped off my vehicle.

Told it would take 4-5 days to paint my car. After 12 working days (almost 3 full weeks) I was told they delay was because my car required 4 coats of paint rather than the normal 3 (they painted it the wrong color and were trying to cover up that fact). They billed my insurance double the original estimate for the extra time they spent. I will not ever go back.

Repairs are perfect! Looks brand new, better than when I brought it in. Best is they had it all done in a few days. You get what you pay for. $$$$

I went to Caliber Collision, 27762 Camino Capistrano, Laguna Niguel this morning (09/10/19) and was met by a very friendly and helpful receptionist. I asked to speak to an advisor and she told me that he was on the phone and would be with me in a minute. No problem, right? Well, he gets off the phone and she tells him that a customer would like to speak to him. He ignores her and checks his cell phone and stares at the screen for about 30 seconds. She reminds him again that a customer is waiting and once again he doesnt even acknowledge her, or me, and keeps scrolling through his phone. I waited about another minute and told her that I would come back when hes done checking his phone. In reality, I went to Pacific Elite Collision on Margurite where I was met by the manager and given prompt service. Dont waste your time, unless you want to be ignored by a service advisor who is more interested in whatever is on his phone, rather than helping you.

People here are very professional and very quick service. We loved the extra attention to detail and we were very satisfied with the job on our Lexus. We would recommend to anyone who wants fast service.

If I had the choice of giving 0 stars I would’ve done it. I had the worst experience I could’ve ever had. I took my vehicle to this caliber collision in Laguna Niguel to get my car fix from a small collision I had on my side fender. they took the car for 3 days just to give me an estimate that I never got. Also I never got a call or an email, nothing from the service advisor named Stephan Nissen, that sadly was taking care of my vehicle. Super unprofessional from him I had to call him to get some information about my car because otherwise he wouldn’t have gave it to me. When I go this morning to pick up my car they tell me they were unavailable to fix my car for some random excuses they had. When I receive my car back I see the bumper being all damaged and broken from the job they have done by taking it out and putting it back on. When I mention it to them they try to go against my word and say the damages were already there and that they did all they could. And doing all they could would be putting your parts back no matter how they look and no matter how much they have broke. I have pictures of how my car’s looked before I took it to this shop at Laguna Niguel and pictures of how it looked after when I picked it up. it’s upsetting how this people lie to your face and try to cover their bad job by blaming it on their customers. Now my car looks horrible thanks to caliber collision and their terrible customer service.

Well, it wasn’t that great as before (in 2014). First of all it took 2 weeks to do simple fender damage. The car was transferred to another facility in Costa Mesa, and they used toll road while my car was on tow track so I was charged by Toll Roads while tow track also paid toll. Disappointing!

These guys are very unprofessional! Specifically a guy named John he Was my advisor he doesn’t keep his word & he has an unnecessary attitude! Very frustrating experience here because I didn’t hear from them unless I called (2weeks).

I recently brought my car to this location for some work that needed to be done some scratches and dents, there customer service is outstanding 10/10 . This is the most unprofessional auto body shop I have ever been in. I get there at 5:55 they close at 6 p.m. and the guy looks straight on my face and tells me that they are closed I literally rushed over there from work to just get a quote. I would never go here ever recommend this place to anyone but that kind of service.

After bringing myvehicle in for body work, I left and was satisfied for one day until I discovered my truck now had 2 issues that were not there when I brought it in initially. One of them was a serious concern. It would have been fine if Caliber Collision Laguna Niguel stepped up, took responsibility for their neglect, and returned my vehicle to me in its original state. I absolutely hated this place. It was an absolute nightmare. The manager at the time Justin Frost was a liar and pretty much a thief. They took 3 months fixing my car then forgot to replace a part told me they would fix there mistake and it would only take a couple days. Two weeks later they didnt have it done it took 3 and 1/2 weeks for them to replace it. My car broke a month later because the part they were supposedly fixing was never fixed properly and they replaced it with a broken part. Meanwhile making me pay for the rental car they said that they would pay for becasue it was there mistake. Theyll lie to you constantly to make up reason why your car is taking so long. Lie lie lie. Im scared to drive my car long distances because I dont trust the mechanics of my car because this placed screwed around with it. Absolutely the most terrible experience it was beyond my imagination te crooks these people are and how they are able to get away with.

The manager John Blattner he is an amazing person and he always do the best job ever and i am really happy to know him and the service advisor John Fosco he is greatest service I ever have he even show me somethings in my car I didn’t see it.Thank you guys and if i have anything in the future you guys will be number 1 for me.
