Well, I wont be going to this UPS store ever again! The little Asian man was soooo rude! He told me that the next time I come in, to have the Amazon return codes ready or stand out of the line. First, you can only bring up 1 return code at a time and when you back out of the first, it defaults to the top of your orders. Second, there was nobody else in the store. Sorry I took up 10 whole seconds of your precious time!
The guy couldnt explain how much ups will charge, mixed 4 dollars with $32.42, and refused to admit his mistake. Also called client Bitc* when she hasnt leave yet, because she came back to cancelled the order since there is an $30 more overcharge. I would suggest people go elsewhere insted of this store.
Shipped a package with them and it was delivered to a completely different city 40 minutes from its intended destination. Because it was shipped through the store the claim had to go through the store. I was told I would be contacted by the store in regard to this issue. I was never called or informed by anyone on the status of my claim which was over three weeks ago. It became enough of an issue to where I had the intended recipient of the package go to the location where it was delivered and luckily they were able to recover it. I still havent received any call from the store since that happened. Ill be using Fed Ex from now on.
I come here all the the time. I’ve noticed a few new people. As soon as I got there the lady gave me attitude. My box wasn’t tapped, I was going to pay for them to tape it for me. The lady began to just get loud and didn’t let me explain to her. The costumer service was bad. I was so upset with the service. I won’t be coming back here again. I’ve never had this problem. I mean especially for the holidays people should have better costumer service.

I was there 5 mins before 6:30... Open sign was on But the door was locked and a older gentleman was standing by and wont even make eye contact with me... I just needed to drop it off..
There is a Rude Middle Aged Asian lady with tons of attitude. She was very condescending and parenting me how there is no tape on the box and how I’m taking few seconds extra to scan for returns. When confronted - she said - I’m trying to streamline the process with ATTITUDE. My visit of 3-4 mins there at the shop - nobody was waiting behind me either. That lady is bad for their business.
Very nice employees and great customer service. Will go back to this location when needed.

Ive had problems with the local UPS store so I read some reviews and decided to go 10+ mi out of my way to find a new store. It was worth it. Customer service is a 10. Honest discussion about my options, understanding my concerns, courteous and respectful. Ive finally found my UPS store.

Horrible customer service. The girl working here is rude and lazy. She basically didnt want to help me because I had a few heavy packages and made an excuse so she didnt have to process it. I took it to the ups store down the street on Moulton and they helped me with absolutely no problems

Myself and another person arrived after 9am on a Friday and it wasn’t open...? Said they should be open at 7am

Beware of the 28% surcharge they impose on USPS forever stamps. Instead of $9.80 for 20 stamps, they charge $12.50. The excuse is you pay for the convenience.
This is pretty disappointing that you see people with no retail attitudes working with this place. I stop taking my business to this location.
