Thank you JD for being patient and kind to an idiot like me. I had to print some PDF file on my phone and the whole process was smooth and fast. The store opens early in the morning at 8AM which was super helpful as well.

I was trying to scan and enlarge some small black and white family history photos on the public copier. The copies came out somewhat blurred and hazy. The defects on the original images became very obvious. John C took my photos to a high resolution scanner in the print shop. After he made great enlargements he photo-shopped the defects away. It was way above expectations. John C has been solving other customers issues whenever I see him. Hes a pro.

Customer Service in this location is the best. I came today to print photos and the staff help me with any questions that I had and guide me thru the process. They make sure there is someone always available for anything you need. I appreciate their service.

Usually quick, sometimes lines. Not the old Kinkos hours, but handy place when they are open. Wishing it was open a little later.

Long story short, this print location dropped the ball. I placed an online order which ended up not being completed when promised. Showed up to pick up the order and had to leave and return 2 hours later. When I finally picked up my order I requested to be compensated somehow for the mishap, they claimed there was nothing they can do other than “asking for a discount at my next order”. Overall not pleased with the customer service and will not be back to this location.

I was deeply disappointed after leaving an order at Fedex in Laguna Hills. No one phoned me to tell me the order for envelopes stuck in machine and when presented next day for pick up were curled and double printed and could not be used. When asked for manager girl refused to call. Finally she said she would call manager and that she would take care of it. Needless to say, she did not call me back with order compleleted. We are without our envelopes and her attitude was extremely unhelpful. I was told the manager was busy and could not be recalled for help-sad business - no customer service via fedex line - said no supervisor available it between that area location manager and customer! no resolve - no help

Hmmm this Kinkos wouldnt be my first choice considering they botched up on a large order.We had called in the daytime asking if they can handle a rush print job to create giant checks for an event that night.Daytime female staff seemed reluctant to accept it but once she did, she assured us that itll be complete by 7 PM. It was cutting it close for us since the presentation of the checks was 8 PM but we tried anyway.Our order was so large that we had to split the check creations between 2 different Kinkos. This Laguna Hills location and the Mission Viejo location.We had to call in multiple times throughout the day to check-in, and each time there was an excuse that pushed the order time back. (The printer software stalled temporarily, this or that broke but its fixed now etc)Very frustrating.When we got there at 7 PM (even though they didnt call yet for us to pick it up), they only had HALF of the order job done. HALF???Nighttime staff apologized and laid the blame on daytime staff that they had broken the printer for an hour by sending all the files to it at once which stalled the whole machine.It takes 3-4 minutes to print each giant check and some extra time to cut and mount on foam board.We had to deliver the first half of the checks to the event, and then came back to wait around for the 2nd half. 9 checks left and they still werent done at 9:30 PM at which point, the event had ended and there was no use to waiting anymore.From a 7 PM promise time, to 9:30 PM and it wasnt even done yet.Yea this location has lost our future giant check orders.

This place is worst run Fedex office I have ever seen no internet half of the computers and workstations are out of order and only 2 copier.
