I ordered two counter stools that I only saw on line, They arrived in 4 days & were easy to assemble. They are very sturdy & are a lovely piece of furniture. A friend offered to assemble them & noticed that one of them had a small chip on the wood. I phoned the next morning & they asked us to return it to the store, which we did. No questions asked & a new stool was ordered & will be delivered in about 4 business days. I have already recommended this store to family needing lighting & small pieces of furniture. They are helpful, professional, & kind business men ‘& women!

This place has extremely practical and the slightly less practical but beautiful lighting in many forms and factors.They sell art that offers light and for purpose lighting parts and tools. If youre scared of the dark this is your arsenal!

They have huge selection of lamps. The sales people are very friendly and helpful and know a lot about lamps. If you like lamps or like shopping for lamps lamps plus is a great place for lamp shopping. If I didnt mention it before they do have lamps. Oh and fans they have a lot of fans too. If youre looking for a ceiling fan that also has a lamp you should check lamps plus.

I told the sales person at Lamps Plus located at 23451 Avenida De La Carlota, Laguna Hills, CA 92653 that I needed the product by Tuesday, 4/13/21. He said latest would be delivered most likely on Monday, 4/12/21. Today is 4/14/21 and still no product. Now I have to deal with my wifes wrath. Nice going LP, this is why its hard NOT to by from Amazon.

Competitive fan pricing and much better selection than Home Depot or Lowes. Salespeople are not pushy, but very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Clark was extremely patient with my indecisiveness but in the end I selected 3 similar fans that will compliment but not be matchey matchey in my home, all with remotes and lighting included-bonus! If basic is all you need then the other stores might be sufficient for you, but if you want something upscale and/or unique or with some design style, then make this your first stop. They also have a lot more that can be shipped...I needed mine that day.

Great treatment by our salesman. We were looking for a replacement glass and when he learned we were leaving town soon, he took one off the floor sample and gave it to us. After browsing, we bought a desk and another employee hauled it out to our car and put it in the trunk. Very satisfied and we will go back for lamps soon!😄

We were looking for a special kind of mirror for our updated bathroom and werent having any luck. I googled bathroom mirrors near me and was surprized when Lamps Plus popped up. Lamps : Mirrors? Didnt compute but it was near so we tried it. Voila! Found the perfect mirror. It was (safely) shipped and is now hanging. They also have a zillion lamps.

Great selections of lamps and fans but best of all was the service. Mark the manager literally spent over half an hour looking for a part that I needed, they were busy but he was determined to find the part for me so that I can finish hanging my lamp. Thank you.

I needed a fan for my master bedroom and I wanted something fairly stylish that was above the typical Home Depot / Lowes selection. An interior designer recommended that I run by Lamps Plus. These guys have a small but SUPERB selection of unique and attractive fans. I did not want to spend over $500. I ended up spending half that!They have a lot of modern-ish models that resemble Big A** Fans, but at about a quarter of the price.The salesman was tremendously knowledgeable. I had a few key requirements and he gave me many pros and cons of the various brands and models. About 20 minutes later, I was out. It was a special order, but the warehouse had a great level of communication via email and a couple of days later, the fan was on my doorstep.I had a minor technical issue and the manager, Debbie, was wonderful and a pleasure to deal with.While there, I briefly checked out their lamp selection and was very impressed. I will be headed back for an outdoor unit for our backyard soon.

It is a beautiful, quite place, however one of the reasons we selected here was WiFly access, It worked great the first day, the crashed the second. Now three days latter, all I get is excuses as to why it is not working. I have talked with the manager, Tom, and he left me the impression likeNO DEALNow the place is almost empty, and the store has closed for three days.Only thing really great is the ping pong table is open as we are the only one here.

We purchased 2 ceiling fans and a lamp from Lamps plus. Was told they install ceiling fans. Scheduled an appointment - one fan for inside one for outside. Electrician showed up, could not install inside fan due to radiant heat. We were willing to sign a waiver - that did not help. How about outside fan? Electrician said no had to come back. In other words he didnt want to do the work, both men that showed up was in a hurry to get out of our house. When we called and spoke to Mark the manager, he apologized, so sorry. We felt Lamps Plus left us hanging - and was not standing behind their services. Sorry Lamps Plus - you have not earned any future business from us, sadly I dont think you care.

This is a huge lamp store. The customer service here is awesome!!! Its great to go someplace where the people actually care about their jobs and try and help.

Tigran from Lamps Plus Installation was awesome. Super knowledgable. He replaced an old fan that my prior electrician improperly installed that was not up to code. Tigran installed my new fan per code and was so nice and professional. I rarely put things on Yelp but he was great. Highly recommend him and his company.

I just moved to Mission Viejo a couple weeks ago. Today I needed to get a little bit of chain for a chandelier I own.I figured...no better place than a lamp store(as opposed to a big box) but they refused to sell me chain unless I bought a chandelier from them... Oh and use the excuse we dont know how heavy your chandelier is!Now, with a new 3000 square foot split-level home I have lots of lighting needs (today I just needed to hang a dining room chandelier... I always find what I want there. They have the best staff to help you.

They have a bigger selection than I anticipated with outdoor lighting included. I think the sales people are on commission because they are more attentive than normal. If you are trying to get furniture as well there are several places in the same shopping strip.
