I had seen these thin under-cabinet lights at my friend’s house and walked into the lighting Gallery to see if they could help me find them. Margie knew right away what they were and had them in stock. We went over the configuration and brightness I wanted, and she quickly emailed me a quote. The cost was reasonable. It was so easy, and these Maxlites are perfect.
I visited The Lighting gallery on the recommendation of my electrician. The best part about going was the personalized attention I received while there. I was able to express my needs to one of the employees there Who had a lot of great ideas and suggestions. She even took the floor sample down for me off the wall because I wanted to put it up the next day. It was also nice to get the exact bulbs that I wanted right at the shop.

I visited REPLACE-WITH-STORE-NAME and Connie assisted me. I was trying to fix a few pieces of crystal ball for my chandelier. Connie was exceptionally helpful. She helped me find matching replacements and even helped me repair the connecting pieces. I’m very thankful to find someone that actually takes the time to help.
I usually dont write negative reviews, but my patience exploded. I ordered a bunch of light fixtures August 26th. I had to wait 1.5 months. That is OK and expected. However after sale support is not existent in the company. I never got calls or emails about the status update. The sales person is DONE with you as soon as you paid money. She moves on and has no power to expedite things for you. Anyway I was calling from time to time to get ETA. They were not giving me ETA because one manufacturer I bought from had issues. Anyway eventually 1.5 months later I got everything delivered. I scheduled installation. I paid for installation of everything $1,225. It took them a full day to install all fixtures.When I arrived at the end of the day:1. One fixture was not working as expected (flashing all the time)2. One of the kitchen pendants had issues. Bad Quality control as well.Anyway I asked both to be replaced.I got a call from a men who told me that I dont need to wait and they will reorder ASAP and I will get them in a week.So this what has happened with me:1. I gave them a week and was not calling them2. After that I called it and found that theyre surprised that I need 2 items to be replaced. Anyway we lost a week. They reordered a second broken fixture3. As usual no followup calls. Nothing. Complete silence.4. I had to call them every day to find out the status.5. I was getting different people, promising me they will manage6. So next day I had to call again, get a different person with promise they will manage...N +1 days. Now they got both of their fixtures. Do you think its done? :)...N +2 days. I asked for the installation. They cant schedule it. Again promises and excuses thata. They dont control or interact with schedule teamb. Schedule team is not availablec. They will pass info to someone and that someone will call me backAnd the most important :)))They asked me if I can install it myself :))) How funny huh? I already paid for the installation, I got a hole in my wall. Yes I can install it myself. But I think that either you say - hey this is your money back for the installation and please install it yourself, or just go and finish the installation. You dont take money and ask for the installation to be done by the buyer.So I look at the hole in my wall where one of the fixtures is supposed to be right now and thinkThey dont care about their customers because they have too many customers or they just dont care because it is in their culture?Frustrated and Disappointed customer who decided to support local small business.
Nice product s. Too bad the concept of customer service is not in their catalog. Ordered 2 lights before thanksgiving didn’t hear from them had to do my own follow up. Wrong light was ordered. Again no follow up despite my calls. Lights finally delivered in January. No apologies. One light was tweaked, photos sent I was told to bend them myself as shipping sometimes tweaks them. For the amount of money I spent. You would expect better service. Honestly would have been better off ordering online or one of the big box stores!!!i guess they don’t care about keeping customers! Stay away from this store if you want service to stand behind the product!

Dropped off a chandelier for an estimate (rewire / check & repair sockets / rehang crystals / installation). Three weeks later, I had not even received a telephone call. I called the shop, and was advised that their regular repairman was on an extended vacation, but was told the owner would take a look at it, and they would get back to me. Another two weeks went by, and, yet again, no return phone call. I contacted the shop again. I mentioned that it had been six weeks since I originally brought in the chandelier, and still no estimate. I again heard the excuse about their repairman being on vacation. I was told I would receive a call the following day, with the estimate. Nothing. One week later, I went back to the shop, they still did not have an estimate ready, and with great frustration, picked up my chandelier and left. What a waste of my time! Extremely disappointing customer service! (Actually, there was literally NO customer service!) Buyer beware! I would stay far away from this shop, for either repairs / or purchases. If they feel this is an acceptable way to treat customers, they do not deserve to be in business!!!
Terrible service!
These guys were eager to take our deposit for lighting over a month ago, but that is the last I ever heard of them until I started questioning where my product was. They were great help in the store and in the home for suggestions, but followup was lacking. Next time I will question when can you guarantee it will arrive. A lesson learned.
I worked for this company and wow!!!! No integrity what so ever! I worked overtime for Ernie ( owner )..... But he doesnt pay his employees overtime....he should be reported..... Plus he cries like a big baby. Stay away from this company.
Needed unusual bulb! Jeff ordered bulb and offered to mail. Jeff was super helpful and very professional.
Quality products, competitive prices, and friendly staff. We used them for our recent remodel and are using them again for new ceiling fans.
Not such a good experience so far. will keep you posted.
