Insanely overpriced, the weight for the bottom of a floor lamp was $85. $355 to fix 2 lamps and replace the shades. Don’t be deceived by the name, if you want reasonable prices look elsewhere.

Whats happened to them??? I left two expensive lamps with the owner first week of March. The next week the owner closed her shop with a message on front door saying Closed due to COVID-19. Since then there has been zero way to reach the owner. Their voicemail is full and no updated recording on their phone. Highly irresponsible and so disappointing as Ive done business with them for years. COVID is no excuse to disappear completely. I have no recourse now but to contact the police and file a report. So disappointing owner takes this approach.

An unfortunate experience. The owner claimed that she could not possibly get me a simple rectangular shade with slanted sides. She talked me into a cut corner design. Somehow she took from April until August to get the shade. About 5 weeks into it, she called to ask me details about my order that made it clear she hadnt even placed the order yet. The worst thing was when the shade arrived, it had curved sides. Which I would never have ordered, since that was the main thing that was wrong with the original shade on the lamp. As soon as I got it home and unwrapped, I called and left a message about it. Never a call back. I will get a new custom shade made at a reputable store, and throw this one in the fire.
