Excellent service. They were very patient with me, came out twice to make sure of correct measurement due to my change of plans. Informative and true to estimates. Bailey was wonderful. I finally found carpet and padding that I wanted after he patiently let me go through samples and take my time to make my decision. Special order, no problem. Their installers were wonderful. On time and on the day expected. Never disturbed by my requests. They went out of their way to keep my carpet installation and my carpet as clean as possible. Even carried up one floor an uncut full roll to cut it indoors. A very heavy task. So polite, from Bailey and staff at the store, to the men who installed. It is hard to find that great quality of service in Orange County without emptying your wallet.

Verona installed new Shaw carpets in our home. The whole project was a nice and pleasant experience.
