I spent days finding the right piece for the space, then when it came to purchase there was no comparison. Bella at Ledool picked up the phone and was able to get the piece to me in time for a weekend event. The service from beginning to end, including very courteous, Covid conscious and professional delivery team who even checked for imperfections before leaving. I am already buying at lest 5 more items from this team.

My experience with Ledool was great! My eyes were set on a leather sofa and couch set that were within my budget. Many of the items as re affordable. Customer service was also great in communicating and explaining if I had issues with my order!

So i emailed them and it took a couple days till I heard back, BUT after I was able to get a hold of someone everything was very quick and smooth sailing. We got our delivery exactly when expected in perfect condition.Id highly recommend this company!

I ordered the furniture in the range of $2200.00 on February 5, 20021. This is a lot of money that company charged me right away. Many companies will not charge you till they have a confirmed delivery date.Today is March 15. and I have not heard when my furniture will be delivered. Most companies have regular updates if the delivery is delayed and some offer the refund. Some, like Saatva, even gave me $100 discount due to the delay of the delivery of the mattress, without me asking for it. Not Ledool.I called three times, and on the third attempt I spoke with the representative. She said she found my order and will get back to me the same or the next day and let me know when the furniture will be delivered. She never called or left a message. I called back and left a message again. Also, I and sent three emails. I am still waiting to hear from them.I do not know now should I cancelled the order, because it might be a further trouble to get my money back. Also, it would involve more of my time to find the same furniture on the other web-site and wait for the delivery.

Best customer service! I bought a Vanity from Ledool, and it was super awesome! I show them couple of pics that were sold out and they gave me many options similar to those. They delivered it Super fast within a week. When I got it the assembly was so easy everything was already set up we just had to put them together. The quality of the product was great exactly what as it was shown in their website. Overall I highly recommend them! You will be amazes by their great service!

Purchased sofa online and have not gotten a response or call back about a delievery date in a week. Ive left messages and emailed with no response. At this point I want a refund but they wont respond to issue one. Dont purchase from themUpdate they finally issued a refund after I contacted the snap finance. Charged a 3 percent restocking feeIll pay it just to be done with this companyBad customer service.no calls or emails back.

Extremely gorgeous furniture with excellent customer service and delivery!

This is an updated review. I want to say that I was not sure this was going to work out. There were problems with the site and problems ordering . But I was told it was a new website and I do understand things can go wrong with new sites. My experience with this company was above and beyond what I expected. They delivered my item the very next day! And I was told when I ordered it it would take longer like the next week. So that was a wonderful surprise. it was delivered when I was not home. This company has made a few attempts to contact me via 1 text and 2 phone calls to insure I was satisfied. The 2 people I spoke to were both extremely helpful and very friendly. but I am most impressed with the fact that they seemed to really be so concerned with my satisfaction. I am thrilled with this type of customer service. I will shop here again and I recommend this company to anyone in need of reasonably priced quality items. Thank you for the follow up and impeccable services. I would give more stars if I could so 5 stars to you Ledool!

Hard to get a hold of is an understatement.. When Ledool finally called back the woman was very pleasant..Turns out the sofa I wanted isnt in stock so she did offer a refund.. I would have really liked to buy my couch from them but because they were terribly hard to get a hold of I would not attempt buying something from them again.

I ordered a bed august first recurved a link to set shipping date and I set it for august the 5th. I received no notification of cancellation, no link to reschedule shipping, no refund, no call, no email, no text. I’m also unable to contact anyone at this company or get any information regarding my bed and or a refund. I feel scammed I have spent 900+ dollars and haven’t received anything. I am very displeased and was looking forward to the bed I ordered. It has been a month now.

Worst company ever. Customer service is terrible. Called multiple times and emailed multiple times and never heard from them until the day, practically a week later, I decided to cancel. They refused to cancel my order then sent a moving crew to deliver my couch but tried for barely two minutes to fit it through my door and wasn’t trained on how to get sofas through smaller doors. They refused to take off the packaging that added extra width. They refused to take off the door and hinges that took up extra width. And basically said they’d leave the furniture outside as if I alone can move it in. On top of this, store manager Matt harassed my phone while I was talking to the moving guys and the warehouse manager Peter. Just don’t do business with them. Lastly, they refused to give me my full refund and charged me $700 for restocking fee, 20% when their movers were not clearly trained on how to fit sofas through doors and they never even opened the packaging so the couch is as new as it was. Don’t do business with them.

These people just don’t respond, we have called a dozen times, I received a damaged chair that I had to wait weeks for and now I can’t get any response, this is not right and I would tell anyone doing business with them, beware they are not reliable and seemingly just don’t care.

Difficult to get hold of. But very professional and helpful. Unfortunately COVID-19 has posed some issues on returns. Make sure you love it because you will not get a refund.

Something very fishy about this company, they claim to have millions of items in stock but couldn’t give me a whse address or send me a few photos of a couple pieces. Been calling their customer service for days now and no answer. Be careful with purchasing with these people that claim to have over millions of pieces in inventory but no actual address!

After some technical issues the company made it right. The problem was their delivery company did not deliver to my area. They were trying to find another company and couldnt. They called me back and were very apologetic and made it right with a full refund and hope of future shipping to my area. Wpuld do business with this company again the prices were amazing hopefully they ship to my area soon
