This was a cool place, I have never been inside of Big lots before. I never knew how much of inventory and number of categories of goods that they carry. They pretty much have it all from A to z. The prices were quite reasonable also

Remember when Big Lots was Pic n Save? And it got better when they changed the name? Yeah. So apparently they are going back to the original model. 99cents Only is better than this garbage.

I love this place it kinda reminds me of K mart but better deals on everything.

A well organized store which is in a complex shared with the CA DMV and Pollys Pies. Inside Biglots you will find bargains on kitchen utensils, bedding, pillows, food, electronics, outdoor and indoor furniture, electronics, seasonal items galore especially at Christmastime, as well as friendly staff.

There store has changed, its just not the same customer service is lacking store not as clean

The staffs the best

As a Big Lot store shopper, I like this store, the assortment of home goods, produce, personal items, a variety of healthy and insatiable snacks, plus the location of the store is in a mid-size shopping center that is easily accessible. Have always received great customer service, and the store is always clean and organized.

Stock was very low or out for outside patio cushion and umbrella stands. Good news, they had paper facemask! Stocked up now for open houses!

I shop at Big Lots for snacks, or things for the home. Great discounts on so many food items. I have bought fleece sheet sets & they are great, especially during winter months. I still wear the Fiji socks I purchased 3 yrs ago. During Christmas, I purchase small Christmas boxes for homemade treats every year. Sign up for the Big Lots card to receive fantastic discounts. Promos are weekly.

I lived in Pittsburgh for many years. I discovered products there that I could not find in Orange county until I found Big Lots. Now I can purchase the ingredients needed to make the recipes I learned in Pittsburgh.I also find their kitchen and gardening items to be exactly what I am looking for without having to got to an overpriced specialty shop.

I live right by laguna hills store and I always enjoy going there for all kinds of things. From toiletries, bath and bedroom stuff. Connor is my favorite cashier, hes always polite, friendly and helpful.

The employees all had great personalities. They being 3 different employees whos names I will withhold for privacy reasons each went beyond the call of duty to see that my needs where met. We the three employees and myself parted with knowing each other 1st names. You dont get that very much these days.

At the moment limits on cleaning supplies and paper towels/toilet paper etc. 2 of the same item per person .

By far my favorite Big Lots!!Crystal that works are is extremely helpful and was able to remind me about a sale that was coming up which really helped with a big expensive rug that I was contemplating on getting. Now not only will I be back on that upcoming date because of the sale, Im probably going to spend a lot more money that I probably wouldnt have so shes not only a great salesperson for the company shes extremely helpful to the customers!!

Good for certain items they dont have a huge selection

BIG SALE signs were plastered all over the store and the only stuff that turned out to be on sale were clearance items on the Endcaps. Its Memorial Day weekend, youd think they would have a lot more than that going on. BIG LOTS is becoming more and more of a disappointment

Best Big Lots around. Always well organized and kept that way. I work in Moulton Plaza and we can always find the latest Holiday decorations for our office. Helpful manager too.

Tonight it was the girl Crystal who was just amazing. She made sure I had every coupon and to apply discounts of ones that I hadnt known about. That is above and beyond, special customer service. Crystal is a true asset to your company!

This is the best Big Lots location Ive been to. They always seem to be well-stocked. And the place is always reasonably clean.

Compared to the new big lots this is a step down. The staff is extremely nice but the store is just too small for everything. It doesnt make me want to browse and take my time.

Join their loyalty club. Purchase 1 item on 3 different visits and get a coupon for $5 off when you spend $15+ (buy 1 of the cheapest item on your visits and after 3 cheap purchases they email you the coupon...then by items totalling $15.01 and get $5 off ($10.01) thats a 33% discount...not to shabby.

Nice, friendly staff, always. I got great service today by a female staffer (sorry I didnt get her name) who actually took me to two different locations for two separate items.

This is definitely one of the nicer Big Lots locations. It is clean and pretty tidy compared to some Ive visited. One doesnt see a lot of carts full of unshelved merchandise -- go backs which are common in other stores. Plenty of shopping carts and parking. Friendly check out clerks.

Worst experience Ive had at a store in a while. Took my grandmother there to return a movie she bought that didnt work. The employee who she was talking to was nice and being helpful, but then the manager came up and thats when the problem started. He wouldnt do a return or even store credit for the worthless item they sold because we didnt have a receipt and the wrapping, which apparently has the only bar code they could read according to him, had been thrown away when opened like any normal person does. Him not being able to take it back wasnt even the issue though. He could have stated that he simply couldnt do it and that would have been understandable. Instead, he decided to speak to my grandmother in the most condescending way possible. This is about where i interjected myself into the conversation and simply told the guy that it shouldnt matter because the item didnt work so they should still at least do store credit for it. This guy must have been on some kind of power trip because then he decided to talk some more nonsense at me as he walked away. At this point were over it and simply leaving, i make a comment to my grandmother about how this policy is ridiculous, and the manager jumps back in telling me how it does make sense in a not only condescending and snarky but clearly mocking voice. At this point i did engage with him as he kept talking while retreating to the back of thr store. Another employee came and asked if i needed assistance and i told her i needed a manager and couldnt believe when she told me he was the manager. Needless to say this was a horribly and unprofessional experience. I just hope someone at their corporate office reads this and removes him from that position because he has no business as a manager or dealing with people in any capacity. If hr speaks to all the elderly customers, especially with them being the most obvious patrons of any big lots, the way he spoke to my grandmother then its no wonder the store is always empty. It was bad enough to make my grandmother swear off shopping at any big lots in the future and Id give this sorry excuse for an establishment 0 stars if i could.

The toilet paper/paper towel aisle was empty. It was not utter chaos like Stater Bros and the employees were very polite.

Who doesnt love Big Lots or rmbr when they were Pic N Save!?! Slightly disheveled down the isles but the employees seem to always be working on that very fact, they are aware that their store isnt Nordstrom yet take pride in what they have to offer nonetheless.

This place is convenient, but the line to pay always takes a long time no matter what.

Pre-ordered furniture during the week for a fast pickup. Came today to pick it up, and had to wait 45 minutes for no reason. The workers kept walking back and forth for no apparent reason after I asked them to bring my furniture. As a result, I had to pay an extra hour on my truck rental. I had to talk to the manager to get anything done here.

I shop at Biglots for years and years before they changed their name from Pik n save.I spend thousands every year.
