Great place to get that perfect fit sofa. Staff is kind and knowledgeable. They have many options and color to choose from. From fill material, leg color, material and pillows.

Ordered furniture in November of 2020. Was told delivery would be in February due to the Covid pandemic. Was delayed again and told new delivery would be in March. After March was told late June. We called late June and were now told they have no idea on the build date. We understand the delay with Covid however this is beyond the scope of a delay and we feel the company should offer us an option to cancel. We were told we could not cancel due to a signed covid waiver. At this point we have an unfurnished room that we cannot use and would like to order from another company. Once again we understand the pandemic but we have also ordered furniture from AZ leather which was delayed but still fulfilled. I would order from another company as this one has ridiculously long delay and no option for full refund.

I requested a custom couch with pet friendly fabric and the sales rep, Elizabeth, bent over backwards to make sure my sizing is perfect, the fabric is elegant but pet friendly and the warranty is far superior to any other furniture store I’ve looked at. I recommend them very highly.

They proved to be professional in following up and caring for their customers even long after the furniture purchase process is completed.Upon purchase I had a maintenance agreement with Guardian& when I had some issues with their service, Jim& Allison personally communicated with the insurance company to make sure I get all the issues resolved. I had visited many furniture stores in South OC looking for new living room furniture; I was disappointed as I didn’t find the selection or quality I was looking for. Luckily, I found the Sofa Shop in SJC and was stunned by their choices and options (custom sizes, 1 large seating cushion vs several small ones, huge selection of fabrics and colors). We visited their stores in Laguna Hills and SJC several times until we finalized our purchase. During our visits, we met the owner Jim and several Design Consultants; we were pleasantly surprised by the help, guidance and objective feedback we received throughout the process. Any questions and concerns were addressed professionally and with patience. The staff went above and beyond in providing customer service; they even let us take home several fabric samples to help make our final decision! The delivery company was also very professional and worked hard and diligently to carry the new sectional into our home!The experience was very pleasant and professional and we are stunned that nobody every tried to push us to close the sale! We are so grateful for Jim and his team at Comforts of Home and the Sofa Shop and will be happy to refer them to our friends!

I went to Comforts of Home to find a new sofa after I moved. We ended up ordering a new sectional and top opening ottoman since my Wife liked how they looked together.So far the sectional has been great! I would definitely recommend Comforts of Home and will be returning soon to upgrade the dinning room.

We love Comforts of Home. The service is great, very personal and helpful. We have purchased home accents from here and all of our Master Bedroom furniture and a hutch. The product was delivered to our house earlier than expected and in perfect condition. We always get very friendly service from the moment we walk in. If I am ever looking for a unique piece, I can sit down at the desk and they will help me look through their catalogs and give me pricing right on the spot. We LOVE Comforts of Home! Ive gotten 3 beds, mattress, and a sectional sofa from here and have been very pleased with it all. They are so helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend Comforts of Home!

TOTALLY NOT RECOMMENDED.Bought a sofa and broke frames after 2 months. We have no kids, only my wife and I used it. Maybe too heavy? NO. 110lb, my wife, and me 160lb. Of course no sleeping on sofa!Tried to use warranty and they said, will charge $150 delivery fee. Huh...... Kidding me? Paid $950 with delivery fee and need to pay again even I want just warranty? AND ONLY 2 MONTHS USES.I should have paid one of Ikea products.
