Well I show up because it says its open and store doesnt have a closed sign. Its 10am on a Wednesday. Door is locked and no sign to explain whats going on. Feel they could have at least put up a sign. Called and no answer too.

This, in my view, is the best coffee shop in town. The ambiance is excellent, the customer service is exceptional, and the entire crew is really friendly. The coffee and cookies were a tad pricey, but once you have them, youll understand why. I will undoubtedly return here in the near future with all of my friends and coworkers. It is very recommended!

Javatinis Coffee is great, especially the cold brew. Also, they opened up for me after closing to help out when I badly needed my caffeine fix. Great place, Ill definitely come by again.

The coffee here is AMAZING but you will be thoroughly surprised by their great food as well. The Cuban sandwich is the best I have had and the breakfast burrito with that same Cuban pork is to die for.

Stopped by a Tuesday morning (10:50am) and the place is closed. Pretty disappointed.

Thee best Nitro Cold Brew on tap and delicious food!!! I tried the Cuban sandwich and I was not disappointed at all.... These guys know their coffee and their food, next time I need to order a Breakfast burrito For sure.

This is hands down the best coffee I have ever had. The beans are powerful and flavoursome, you can really taste the difference with beans being organic and freshly roasted daily !!! The owner is also very friendly and chatty. My husband and I visit daily because the coffee is unbeatable .... definitely definitely worth a visit

Really unique coffee experience. They have their own cold brew which is really smooth, and they use organic coffee. They also have some interesting specialty drinks that are their own creations. Definitely comming back when I am in the area next!

As a native Floridian with a Cuban born fiancé, we can testify the coffee and food here is LEGIT.After moving to Irvine, we thought it would be impossible to find authentic Cuban food but little did we know this cozy spot up the street would be it!I came in and ordered their Signature coffee drink and BOYYY was it delicious and packed with powerful caffeine! Along with my coffee, I decided to try the Pork Plate and Cuban Sandwich and can confirm it was real stuff! The pork was juicy, tender and well seasoned. The Cubano sandwich was the perfect size and packed with all of the original ingredients. After visiting Cuba multiple times and living in Florida for my whole life, I know what real Cuban food is, and this is it! I’ll be back soon for my Cuban fix!

This little coffee is a mom and pop kind of store. The coffee is FANTASTIC, as others in my office concurred. The breakfast burritos are so good, too, and they are made fresh to order. I had gone by this place many times wanting to try it and when I finally did I was mad that I had missed out on so much goodness. The staff has been beyond courteous and helpful. I highly recommend you check out Javatinis!

Thought Id try this place out since my usual work spot has been closed since covid. I tempered my expectations and walked in, immediately noted neither of the two staff (owners?) had a mask on. Super cool. I ordered a drip coffee, and the barista pumped some out of the dispenser, but it seemed to not be enough. She went to top it off with pour over that was not at all attended to, seemingly splashing hot water (heated from the steamwand? lol) in at random intervals. The result was... not great. The barista was friendly enough, but between probably one of the worst cups Ive ever had and the whole 2cool4masks thing, I wont be coming back.

David is amazing! And the Nitro Cold Brew is BEYOND DELICIOUS! By far the best cold brew around, and with the pride David takes in his craft I felt like I was at tasting. Get yours with the coconut cream and you wont be disappointed!

Dont care how it looks, dont care if theyre late, dont care if theyre renovating. They roast. Every day. Somewhat rare in south county, so its a 4. Took off a point for the screwy hours, but loved the coffee.

Javatinis knows coffee and it will take just one try to understand. To enjoy superb coffee at home, buy some freshly roasted beans too. You wont regret it.

This place is great! Its near my office, the owner is really cool and knows his stuff, plus he doesnt look at me weird while I sit there and work on my laptop for hours! Oh yeah, the coffee is awesome too! I love the Nitro Cold Brew (90% original with a spalsh of Cuban).

Small seating area, but comfortable, quiet and a great selection of hot and cold coffees, teas, chai and cider. They roast their own beans on-site so you have to welcome the aroma of almost burnt smelling coffee.

I am addicted to the nitro cold brew with coconut creamer!! It is really amazing! The barista is very friendly :) I like that they offer the reusable canister for the cold brew if you want a large quantity.

Great espressos, but you really need to try the nitro cold brews! Half Cuban and half regular is my favorite drink there.

Come here when I visit my family. Un believably good nitro cold brew with cane sugar. Starbucks version does not even come close.

This is the second time that I have attempted to go to this location. The first time was at 6:30 on a Friday and they were not open. There Chai Tea Latte was fantastic! I also got a muffin that was pretty good!

Cold brew with 1/2 & 1/2 with coconut is a bit sweet but much better than Starbucks.

All espresso drinks are served Italian-style and the espresso blend is roasted on the dark side. Its not my favorite type of roast - oily and dark, tastes a bit smoky, and its oiliness is not friendly to my grinder. This might sound a little like Starbucks except Javatinis signature espresso blend is less acidic and much less bitter. The product also has a smooth earthy finish that cannot be found in Starbucks espresso.Javatinis is a great Italian-style coffee shop that receives my stamp of approval. It isnt a powerhouse third wave coffee shop like the ones in LA (for example, missing the high quality milk, latte art, multiple brewing apparatus bar, cold brew, single origin espresso) but functions well as a neighborhood caffeine hub that is much better than Starbucks.

Try the half and half with coconut 😍 sweet and plenty of caffeine to keep you going!

Walked into the store at 20 till close. Door unlocked, lights on, but no one was in the store? I literally stood there for 5min and never saw anyone! So I just left after not seeing anyone for 5 minutes... Odd.... 🤷‍♂️

Bought one caramel grapplers and one mocha grapplers, they were both very watery and did not taste good .If its a grapple should not be watery .Too bad that its hard to tell until its too late and its embarass g to go back, but they should not serve water and charge for frappucino.Not happy at all!!!!
