Awesome place to stop by on the way from San Diego to Irvine, we stop there all the time when we travel, they have high-tech tables with wireless chargers for your phone and awesome service.

The Starbucks on the corner of La Paz Freeway 5 is very convenient for Everyone going North and South... Victor the main guy making the drinks was very fast efficient courteous and polite... When I ask for a free refill of green tea because of gold card status, The woman that works as cashier, Falsely told me they changes the rules that they Now charge 50 cents... in once you swipe The gold Card it makes it free. I told her, So while shes Are you going with me that I must pay it now Victor comes over and says the customer is absolutely right, this is how you do it they should have Covered it In your training.... Just imagine how many poor people She charge 50 cents and she was wrong...Of course the female just rolled her eyes lol Victor made my drink and I left a happy customer thanks to Victor..... I notice almost everybody knew Victor by name this man deserve a promotion....

My drink comes out perfect almost every time!If you have favorite drinks and you try different Starbucks youll notice it tastes different at various locations; this one goes beyond expectations and tastes amazing. The best tasting drinks in South County from the many Starbucks here Ive tried

I did a mobile order of a coffee and 2 orders of egg bites. When I picked it up I asked for a Venti ice water. The worker told me they do not give larger than grande. Ridiculous. So I asked for 2 grande ice waters. When I pulled up to the window, she gave me only one. I just spent $15 and you won’t gladly give water? Won’t stop at this one again.

Friendly staff. Got our order correct. Good go to spot and not too crowded.

We chose this Starbucks because it had high ratings and it was on our way home. Very disappointed. Starting with the bathrooms and the the cashier. She took our order and said our order would be called out. That seemed odd because lately cashiers are the ones that make the Tea. Sure enough my coffee came out a while later but Tea did not. I asked a very nice young lady making the coffees about the tea, She apologized and made our tea and came out and gave it to us. Her name is Olivia and she is awesome.

Enjoy the standard menu drinks but wish they would offer more tea based or good non caffeine drinks. There food is good but the price point on most items is to high.

A little bit of a parking issue at this location. Seating indoors is sufficient with more seating outdoors. Generally good service and they support mobile ordering on the Starbucks app.

It was good I went in only for a free cup water and to use the bathroom they were nice so I decided to purchase some cups that I didnt need... LOL

This location doesnt have many tables or outlets. Theres better Starbucks locations just North and South of it on La Paz if youre looking for a place to sit. If you just want a drink, its as good as any other Starbucks for that

Coffee was good but I ordered on the app in advance and 10 minutes + still not ready. People went through the line faster.

Most convenient place to stop for coffee between Orange County and San Diego. Right off the freeway and easy return.

I regret stopping here every time — being by a freeway on-ramp is the reason for even one star. They always mess up a simple drink. Always out of menu items but not listed as unavailable on mobile app for mobile orders. Baristas are very slow and not very respectful.

I never did much understand the big to-do about Starbucks... Until I discovered their Triple Mocha Frappuccino. There are a couple of local shops that I frequent. One even has a drive-thru. I found all the staff at all the places to be outstanding and friendly.

My drink is always made perfectly. The staff is super friendly too. The only downside is that this location is always busy.

This location heavily prioritizes the online orders over their in store customers. Myself and three others waited 15 minutes for one drink, while they pumped out about 20 online orders.

No difference from the other Starbucks down the street. It was great, but nothing to tell.

I dont normally visit this location, but have been there twice in the last 2 days and both times the customer service has been lacking. I pretty much have Starbucks 6 days a week and have been to plenty locations to feed my addiction and this location is Not up to par with the others.
