I had very good experience before with the owner Bond many years ago. So naturally I came back to convert my new Jeep. Taylor is taking care of me this time. The project is a full built with axles, suspensions and 40 Tire. The project went with quite a few hiccups. I wasnt happy but understood every businesses are going through staffing issues because of covid. I want to give them a 5 stars because Taylor has been very patient with me. He understands my frustrations and willing to work with me. He never avoids me at anytime. He always has good attitude. Thats worth commending. Jacob the forman is also trying hard to work out the problems. I believe if this world is not going upside down because of the covid, my project would have gone smoothly because Bond will not let it happens. Its not how we start, its how we finish. I firmly believe they will come through to finish my project the Rebel way!

Im sure these guys do not need any reviews of how satisfying of a job and customer service Rebel Off Road provides. I still would like to share my experience of getting my JKU regeared, as I drove from Bay Area all the way down to Laguna Hills. The trip was absolutely worth it as I was assured and felt confident to hand over my vehicle in right hands because when it comes to any drive train maintenance or upgrade, any average DIY guy will either fear of breaking something or not having the right shop tools to tackle the job.In my case, I had a leaking axle shaft seal which I believe was worn out due to long drive back. Rebel still supported and responded quickly and guided me in the right direction to fix the seal. This is the reason I give them a 5 out of 5, not only they have the knowledge, experience, skills but the response time and customer service which led my JKU back on the road. Rebel Off Road, I will definitely do business with you in future!!

I had bad customer service experience with them. I emailed them for a return but didn’t get any reply back so I called them and I was told there will be 30% restocking fee. And I was told that I should just sell it to someone else. I don’t recommend buying from them And this is last time I will be buying anything from them.

I put based a Deep Sleep Jeep air mattress from the Rebel Off road website after making an enquiry as to whether they ship to Australia.Jacob helped me out through my purchase and within a month a had the product to wanted. Fantastic service with a response time of 24H. Trusted and will purchase from them in the future.

Ordered a part that they never shipped it due to having a different billing address. Their website showed the part in stock but was told by the rep they had to order it from the manufacturer. Wasted two days waiting for the part and ended up having to overnight it elsewhere.

I ordered a Smittybilt hard top from these guys to replace my soft top, and had them install it. After driving it home, it was obviously put on incorrectly as it sounded like I had a window down with all the air rushing in through the front driver side corner. I took it back the next day and showed them how badly it was installed. They re-installed it for no charge, but with the same results when I drove it home again. I took it back a 3rd time, and they basically said: give it a few weeks and the hard top will set correctly. I thought sure, these guys probably know what theyre talking about. I moved up to Seattle (part of the reason for getting a hard top), and the top never seemed to set. 1 month later, the rainy season started, and I am now greeted with a puddle of water at my feet every morning I drive. I took it to a Jeep dealer to get their take on it, and was told I would need to replace the weather stripping because the hard top was installed incorrectly. I am now going to re-install the hardtop myself. Dont go to these guys, because in my opinion, they dont know what theyre doing. They did put a rebel off road frame on my license plate though without asking me. And that, of course, was installed correctly.

Worst kind of service possible, obnoxious people. They cancelled my order without reason.

Great Company if you are serious about upgrading your ride!Would be the perfect shop if they were open on the weekends, but they are good enough that they dont have too.Highly recommended and they do not pressure sell, giving you the best options to fit your budget.

Have not had a chance to visit their location but i have called and asked for advice with some diy stuff i was doing on my 2012 jku and they were nothing but extremely helpfull! I highly recommend taking your jeep here for any mods or buying parts from them online. Awesome staff and great company overall

Never been to the shop or had them do work on my Jeep (even though Id love for them to). I did however buy a single stubby antenna. When I opened my package, I was thrilled to find a Rebel Offroad license plate frame, about 6 quality vinyl Rebel Offroad stickers that were fairly large, and numerous other promotional items. I definitely got more than I paid for. These guys are fantastic and I will definitely be giving them more business. They seem like they really care about their customers.

I cant say much that is good. I called them after the work they did to get it corrected and they dont seem to care once they are paid.. The owner does not return calls and the sales folks only care about the sale. I have had to personally rebuild the back bumper to make it fit and work correctly. DO NOT LET THEM WORK ON YOUR TOYOTA.

Rebel Off Road....These.Guys.Know.Whats.Up. I couldnt be happier in how my JK turned out and HIGHLY recommend anyone looking to add upgrades to your rig, these are the guys to go to. First time in the door I was greeted by their Sales Manager, Taylor, who couldnt have been better. He asked me a lot of questions wanting to know what direction I was thinking with my Jeep, my intended use for it (% daily driver vs. % off road) and gave his recommendation which was spot on. I actually learned a thing or two as well. These guys dont just try to sell you the most expensive thing out there either. They put you in the best position for your intended use and within your budget. Taylor was in constant communication as well while my JK was in the shop which was great compared to other experiences over had with other shops. It was great to be able to meet Josh who was the lead fabricator/installer. He did an awesome job and super clean install of everything. Rebel Off Road is my place to go for all things off road and should be yours too.

Minus-1 for the older lady that was at the Rebel booth at this weekend show(Lucas oil n offroad expo in Pomona Ca.) She was rude n mean..Im always looking forward to going to the Rebel booth because we love getting their stickers n holders n advertisement...so we can purchase products...I went up to the booth n I greeted this rude lady n picked up to can holders which were supposed to be free, and she rudely said Only One, I told her I was getting one for my guy (he was looking at the fixed up Jeep)and she Rolled her Eyes..and snapped her lips..so I gave it back..I told my guy I will never go up to ur Rebel booth again..nor will we go up to their booth at a show again...I was so embarrassed...shame on that ugly person...she must had paid for all that free stuff...Not cool...
