They have updated the store. Stocked shelves and a bigger, better variety of everything. From holiday decor, household utensils to dining room tables, bedroom sets to sofas, food to cosmetics...this is pretty much a one stop shop. Loved the experience today.

You cant cant go wrong with big lots. I could spend hours here. There is something here for the whole family. I really wish they had more around Lafayette. In the meantime this location is worth the drive. Whenever we go we make a family day out of it. Shopping and Chucky cheese. I get to make the wife and kids happy all at once, and not break the bank.

I like walking around Big Lots. Its fun to discover new items. I bought my bed from here, k-cups, as well as a bag of root chips. The chips were stale, but the random food is usually a decent price.

Every time I go into Big Lots the young African male always greets me he is always polite to everyone who comes in he deserves a raise and employee of the month he is also good management material. I just love the way the store was rearranged more spacious room to check out looks so much better I also like the way a cashier has more space to work better and the store looks so much better always near and clean when I go in

I always like the prices at Big lots..... But this one was definitely super disappointing. Just looks dirty and the inventory sucks..... Seems like they needed alot more stuff for sure! I used to like big lots in Texas but here I probably wont be back.... Very disorganized as well.....

If not in stock, do not spend a penny!Great deals! Awesome employees! Lack of guidance from superiors is evident and has severely influenced my rating. I ordered furniture on 7/4/20. The estimated arrival was 7/31/20. On the day before, I received an email of a status change. My shipment was delayed til 8/28/20. I called the store several times to get an update on when my furniture would be in and the staff could not provide any information on when or even if my furniture would come. They offered to give me a refund. However, I’m only waiting on a partial order. The other pieces have been in my home since 7/4/20. I got rid of my previous furniture on the basis of being told that there may be a delay but ordering in store will ensure I get the furniture. I even paid the full price minus a penny. Now, I’m stuck with waiting with no updates or spending more money to buy a matching set. I’m so disappointed!

Cashiers at every register but only one is open for checkout and of course they take time signing everyone up for rewards and upselling ridiculous items for ridiculousdiscounts. If you enjoy spending more time waiting in line than shopping, big lots got ya. The selection and prices are a study in mediocrity. Will only shop here if paid to do so.

This place is kept pretty clean and organized, much better than most Big Lots locations. The layout of this store is strange though. Their regular prices are decent, but prices really drop when seasonal items are cleared out.

This is Big Lots. If youve been in one Big Lots youve been in all Big Lots. I had a okay experience here. The staff wasnt overly friendly but thats not anything different that Ive experienced to any other Big Lots across the country. They did seem to have a pretty decent Furniture selection.

Bought a sofa set and nobody knows when I can get it, itsor get the couch in stock its all excuses.. be careful if u gotta order a sofa. They have no control or have no clue...going on day 10. I guess my family will continue to sit on the floor until they seem fit to recieve or get my sofa in.so it lookalike another week.

I learned a valuable lesson. Dont come here with your girlfriend/spouse if you arent ready to spend at least an hour bargain hunting. The amount if stuff in this place is remarkable. My biggest complaint was the oftentimes disorganization of the shelves that contain littler things. Other than that, its a good place to save money.Ill be visiting again.

I have been going to Big Lots for a long time and enjoy it. They dont always have what you need or want but they have a variety of things. I have gotten dishes, kitchen supplies, food, chairs, an ottoman, and table from there at various times. It isnt the greatest store but what they have is at a discounted rate and I enjoy it.

Their store has been cleaned and it looks really like they tried to make a nice shopping experience and it was. Everything was neatly placed in thr proper place. The sales person on the floor was very helpful .

Ive lived in the city 13 years and had never visited before. It was like a treasure hidden in plain sight. There are things for all my needs from office to home and all in between at good prices!

The one at Ambassador Caffrey & Johnston remodeled. It was beautiful before Christmas. Then it went downhill from there. And since the update, its not like a bargain store anymore.

Horrible... No Assistance!! They barely had any Christmas lights out but told me they had a lot in the back... Wouldnt they restock the the shelves during the busiest season?? One Register open which was a long hold up for a price check which took forever. I just ended up leaving! Wont going back there!

I have been to this store twice for one product. The first time I was told the item was on the truck to the store. OK thats cool. Then I come back again when they said it would be there. And the guy said well you will have to come back in an hour its not unloaded yet. What its like 1:00 what have you been doing all day? I dont have an hour. There was only two people actually in the store but that was after I had to call someone over to the coustomer service. Look I get it but someone needs to work on the schedule because if I had a truck comming in I would have tones of employees working that day so we could get it done quickly. And the only person in the store was a very nice cashier . Dude. Really ... work on the schedule! Please!

Pricing scheme is a bit odd. Some things seem incredibly well priced while other things are the same as everywhere else. Its really kind of hit or miss.
