Always has a great selection of anything you can possibly need for the home & groceries. All at unbeatable prices for bulk items. Store is always clean & the lines are always being monitored as to keep the lines down. Recommend the membership to anyone that doesn’t already have one!

Although I only shop at Costco for my clients, my shopping experience here can be overwhelming. This is not a store that I frequently shop, so I have not familiarized myself with all of the isles. I love this store because there is a lot of products I have not seen before or heard of. I also love that this store carries so much organic items. Thats a huge plus.1. What I cant seem to understand is when you ask an employee for help finding an item, it is as if I am truly bothering them in a negative way. I have not had one single employee stop, tell me exactly where an item is located (even in the department that they work in), or take the time to show me! This is horrible customer service. I have visited on several occasions. All I get is a pointing finger and the exact same response, over there in that area! No one has ever left their post to assist.I guess I am used to shopping at Super One Foods and Albertsons! Those employees at any store will stop and help you. They always show great customer service.I was at Costco today, not once, but twice, for my clients of course, and guess what, I needed help finding an item on both trips and I ended up just helping myself because the pointing finger does not work for me. One item I was not able to find for my client and after spending so much time looking, I gave up and offered my client a refund. This means my client lost by not getting all of her groceries and Costco lost not only the money I did not spend but they also lost a potential customer (Me).It is wonderful that there is am employee in every department, I visibly noticed. It would be fantastic if they would move around a bit.2. I went to the deli to have some sandwich meat sliced. When I arrived at the deli counter there were three ladies working. We all locked eyes but for some reason no one acknowledged me. I gave it a minute, they are probably having an important conversation that could not wait. So then I said, excuse me ladies... One of the ladies said, Wait let me go call somebody!3. Moving right along, I proceeded to the check out lanes with only six items, three were cases of drinks. The cashiers were moving so fast. I understand they are attempting to keep the lines moving; however, two employees should NOT MISCOUNT SIX ITEMS AND OVERCHARGE 19.xx..Long story short, customer service did not refund the money back to my clients credit card!!! The manager said to give me a GIFT CARD!!!!! I HAD NOT LEFT THE STORE AND I WAS NOT ATTEMPTING TO RETURN ANYTHING!! HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO EXPLAIN TO MY CLIENTS THAT HEY, You were overcharged but here is a gift card even though you are on a fixed income and you only wanted to spend X-amount of dollars today!3. On my second trip for a different client I went into the produce section and could not find the large plums. I asked the employee for help and he told me, well pointed, right over there! So I go check again and still missed it. I ask him again and told him I didnt see it... He then says, Over there in that box! I understood it well, go treasure hunting because they are not allowed to show you around. I guess.I mean, what else could it be?Ill wait for this response!

Of course, Costco buyers do the leg work for us to study and select the best products they can find. You feel confident when you buy there. Not everything is perfect, but I believe they try.

This is a well oiled machine. The managers are always around to step in to help. Treating your employees well. Providing a living wage and benifits does not bankrupt a company and this store proved it! Even if the prices were high, which they are not, if be happy to support a business like this.

We love Costco! Finished our Christmas shopping and bought a good stock up of food for 4 way under budget! Only thing is I Wish they had better hours. We shopped beyond the posted hours but there were employees in every corner and they helped me grab my meat and fruits that I freeze. We had enjoyed looking at the Christmas items so much the 6 hour shopping spree flew by. 😄 Be prepared to want everything!!

I have been to many different Costco and business centers. I must admit I am so happy to see self check out line for groceries and live the ghost food court. People are friendly, as usual. Clean and stocked well.

Bought 4 new Bridgestone tires at this store in Lafayette La. I tried to speak to someone on the phone for 45 minutes and could not get an answer or call back. POOR customer service. I will NOT buy any thing else at the tire dept.

Excellent warehouse club! The membership here is worth every penny. The level of service is leagues beyond what you receive at any big box store! The mindset of the employees is just fantastic. (Think Chik fil A on steroids) I rarely have to go to Walmart now that I have learned my Costco.

You know, its good. $1.63 for a baller footling and a fountain drink, sign me up. The flowers suck though. They never last very long.

Dont get the hype. I am accosted by their staff 12 times on each visit it seems. I mean I wear my company uniform in there 95% of the time. Is it really that hard to believe that I paid $65 for membership card? However much they are..... I mean I didnt actually pay for one I just go in there for the food, and I still have my old card. Regardless thats not the point. On the surface I appear to have all the qualifications and credentials necessary to go to their food court and buy a chicken wrap melt thing whatever theyre called. I know theyre not that good, but theyre affordably priced and they fill you up. Ive always preferred Sams Club, especially their food court. Im pretty sure my membership is still valid over there anyhow. So I guess its a good thing that I prefer. Only a matter of a time before the Costco Gestapo catches me, and does God knows what.

You can literally get everything you want at this place. Food items are really fresh. I love the mango juice Langer here.

I found some really good deals, and spent way too much money (but that was my own fault)... Lol... Ill shop there again

Fine atmosphere but it’s not worth having to verify every tiny little thing. It’s such a pain to find my card and have it handy anytime they feel the need to check my membership. Aside from that they now have a policy for 2 yr olds to wear masks. Policy couldn’t have been written by a parent 😒

Its Costco wholesale..during Christmas season they really had lot stuffs and so much. It was quite organized, clean, service was good.

Huge costco! Sells wine, spirits and beer inside store. Great usual selection but a bigger variety. Very clean and neat. Absolutely HATE the so called self checkout lanes that are appearing in their stores now. Should be limited to 15 items or so. People go up with full carts and it takes forever and two associates to get them through.

A lot of stuff in a big warehouse. Meh.

Customer service was subpar and acting General Manager was not helpful. I’ve been to Costco’s literally all around the world and customer service is definitely better elsewhere. It’s sad when any other Costco things aren’t a problem but this one refuses to do the same thing.

Costco has a wide variety to choose from. U can buy in bulk. They seem to always have a good sales paper. Friendly and Fast.

I love Costco BUT enlarge the tire department and staff! The current tire dept staff is always friendly and helpful but overwhelmed as observed. I have a simple issue that was not caused by the staff that needs to be seen about after I got my new tires with them a couple weeks ago. Fitting me in to see about the issue has proved very challenging.

This lady was super rude to me at the entrance place. She was giving me the rudest attitude, and looked at me in disgust.

The shopping carts were all being removed from the lot very well and the store was nice and quiet. Moved thru the checkout in minutes.

Probably wont go back. Just wanted to look and see if I wanted a membership but was told that I couldnt then the girl was talking so long that Im like look just give us the cheap package! Couldnt take ypur pictures for the card. Couldnt get a card because the machine went down. The ladies standing at the entrance seemed to have an attitude. Will not be going back

I love the fact that they enforce the mask wearing policy!! It just makes you feel so much more at ease when everyone has a mask on during this time.

Costco is great!! It has really good prices, a lot of options, and the atmosphere and customer service is hard to beat. I wish I would have gotten a membership earlier (which is nothing compared to the bargains you get.), because I was having issues with customer service at places like Walmart and all the food quality even at super one and rouses are going down hill. Everything at Costco is fresh and tastes wonderful. They have dinners for the family that you can just pop into the oven! Everyone that shops there is courteous and respectful. The food court is delicious and super affordable! Just do it and get a membership especially if youre trying to feed a whole family on a budget!!

Our visit to Costco is usually every other week. Store is always clean. Todays visit ended up with us buying a 4 pack of roast sirloin that had a sell by date of 9/19/2020. When we returned home within 15 minutes, my wife was saving the groceries and she noticed that the package smelled awful. I called the store and spoke with Maxie. She said to come back and return it. We live 20 miles away. She said to just take a picture of the package and the next time we visit, we will be credited. I hope she advised the meat department. Good service.
