Went in for malfunctioning charging port, which they fixed. but when I got phone back, fingerprint reader didnt work. but they spent all the time it took to repair. great customer service. would recommend!!

No No No No Please people don’t shop at this store rob me out of 218.00 I brought a Apple Watch and walked to Walmart brought a screen Protor and tried to put it on and the screen pop off and and they told me I had to pay to get it fix and that’s they couldn’t do nothing for me now all I have is a never used Apple Watch that’s broken and I guess I just pay for the band I never walk in there again and I hope this doesn’t happen to no one else poor service I should have ordered my watch for Walmart online I’m so hurt never again!!!!!!🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯 and they don’t need No Stars run 🏃‍♀️ from Phone Shop

They half way fix phone screens. And if there’s a problem with your screen shortly after them “fixing” it, they won’t fix it. Wouldn’t recommend. Spend your money else where. Prices are cheap and so are the techniques to “fix” phones.

Changed my screen about 8 times Because all of the screens had defects and on the 8th screen I didn’t notice a crack in the new screen. About 20mins after I left the store I seen it of course when I called there’s nothing they can do, so now it’s been one week. Went to another shop to fix my screen and the battery is swollen up causing all my problems, wish I would have known that since the beginning.

He messed up my phone !! When I brought it there it was working, when I got home I plugged it to the charger and it died I took it to another phobe repair place and they told me he stripped my phone, I took it back and he was telling me there was nothing he could do being that it messed lastly in his possesion ! Do not go here ! You would think being that I bought my phone here he would try to help me solve the problem but he didnt all he did was make excuses.
