It was a pleasure purchasing my dress from Sposa Bella! I found THE dress here. They were able to order it in quickly in my size - I had a very tight timeline for getting a dress before my wedding and they met that timeline with no issues. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this bridal shop and the owner.This was the first place I tried on gowns and it set the bar in expectations. Nicole (the owner) is an absolute gem. It feels like you’re trying on dresses with a good friend. And she was respectful of my original budget and didn’t make me try on anything too expensive. When I came back the second time she even went out of her way to order some loaner dresses in my size so I could get a better idea of what it would actually look like on. the entire experience felt extremely personal.I was set on an A line and didn’t think anything fitting would look good on me (size 16). but she encouraged me to try on a trumpet gown and made me feel SO confident In it even though I was hesitant. Fell in love with that style after and ended up buying one!I went to shops in Lafayette, New Orleans and Baton Rogue and I just felt like I need to go back to Sposa Bella. It was seriously the best shop I went to.The shop is also wonderful because you have the whole shop to yourself when trying on.

I bought my wedding dress from here in January, and the store has left such a good impression on me that I wanted to come back to leave a 5 star review. In preparation of my wedding, I went to almost every dress store in Lafayette and tried on countless dresses. I’m not even kidding I tried on at least 50 dresses before I found Sposa Bella. A coworker took me after work, and I was honestly impressed by how beautiful the selection of dresses are in the shop. I fell in love with the very first dress I tried on (not pictured since my wedding is still a few weeks away). The owner was so sweet and accommodating. She helped make a stressful time of my life become such a great experience.

Weve been to many different bridal shops around town and Sposa Bella is by far the best here in Lafayette. I highly recommend making an appointment if youre looking for a bridal gown. Such an awesome, comfortable and personal experience. Thank you so much for making our bride feel so special 💕

I had the best experience here! She delivered everything I asked for in a dress and made the experience very comfortable and fun. There was no pressure and she let me really get a feel for each of the dresses I tried on. So happy that I found my gown here!

I walked in while passing through town without an appointment. The owner was so kind to us. She listened to what I was looking for and asked insightful questions. She was thoughtful and kind and not pushy at all. She gave me and my cousins a delightful experience.

My daughters and I had an awesome experience this week here. The owner treated us impeccably. She arranged her schedule to take us in on the spur of the moment and we stayed well over an hour trying and re-trying and accessorizing!!! This was our first real Bridal Boutique and we had no idea what we really needed or wanted. At Sposa Bella we learned about sizing and capers;) and what styles fit best on us and which ones we preferred. She worked so hard trying to help us find exactly what we wanted. Our peculiarities were many and our budget limited but she went out of her way to accommodate us. I can’t say enough good things. Went in today intending to buy my daughter a gown and the sales lady refused to even let us look around. We were told there was nothing for us in the store and turned away. It was my Pretty Woman moment I guess... no worries Sposa Bella we bought a beautiful gown at Le Jour!

The friendly staff of Sposa Bella accommodated my group of 10 during my appointment. After trying on different dresses during the appointment, I ended up saying “yes” to the first dress that I had put on. Dress came in on time and I had no problems with it. There is no in house alterations, but the staff was able to provide recommendations for alterations.

Cannot say enough good things about SposaBella and Ms. Theresa!! So happy I found this place! She made the whole experience a BREEZE and was so nice and helpful! I will definitely be recommending SposaBella to all my engaged friends, present and future!Thanks for everything!!

I had appointment yesterday to go try dresses it was the best experience. Great customer service she doesnt pressure you into buying something right away I will definitely be back.

I ordered a veil from Sposabella when I was visiting some friends in Crowley. When my veil came to my home in Missouri and it was darker than my dress. I called the store and explained my problem with the lady working, she had me ship it back to them and they ordered me a new one and shipped the new one to me in no time, didnt charge me for additional shipping or anything else and it was an extremely easy process. If I lived closer, I would definitely shop there again.

I am so impressed with the customer service here. Mrs. Theresa, the owner along with her staff went over and beyond for me. I ran Into some problems with only two months until my wedding and Mrs Theresa saved the day ! They exceeded my expectations and I couldn’t be more thankful and grateful.

These ladies are awesome!! They took me in on a Saturday (after I had been treated horribly at a couple other places bc Im a curvy woman) even though I didnt have an appointment!They walked me through several steps and asked questions to find out what I liked and what I didnt instead of just throwing a dress at me to try on.The ONLY dress i wanted to try on was a size to small. They suggested I use one of my bridesmaids as a model. They were right. Seeing the dress on a body was what I needed. I KNEW IT WAS MY DRESS.They ordered it 1 size to big to leave me room for alterations. It even came in about 3 weeks early. They let me come in immediately to try it on and pick it up.These ladies here are so wonderful! They know how to make someone feel special!Im so glad I found them and would recommend anyone come here for their wedding dress needs!-Rachel
