The owner was super nice and friendly. All the dresses were beautiful and I found this beautiful blue dress there. I will totally be returning for prom and other occasions.

The owner is very helpful and helped me pick out the dress that best fits me! I also know she works way beyond after hours to get dresses ready. I saw previous reviews about customer service before going which worried me, but she is just very honest with her customers and I greatly appreciate that more than someone that would lie to me about whether a dress looks good on me or not. Definitely recommend

Will never be going here again. I went with my friends on a Saturday looking for a dress, they told us we didn’t have to make an appointment, but we ended up making one anyways?? So they told us they’d call us at 3:45, they called us at 4:45. At that point we had been frustrated but decided to drop it. Found this lovely dress, which I ended up buying. Only to find out that it wasnt even the right size, the lady who fitted the dress on me did not tell me it could not be altered to fit right on me. She shouldn’t be putting girls in dresses if she doesn’t know if a dress will work or not or not knowing if the size is right. (Maddie was extremely sweet though, only good worker in the entire store). Why would you sell a dress to someone knowing it couldn’t be altered? Plus it was in the section that I was told to go to?? I call them trying to be polite and the lady (owner, manager whatever) on the phone is throwing a hissy fit and being extremely unprofessional. Cutting me off when I try to talk to her. I asked her if I could exchange or return, obviously not knowing the policies which I am now informed of. I already know she’s going to come and try to defend herself on my review because she can’t take basic critiquing on how to manage her business better. I’m sorry but I would not take your girls here to pick a dress, it’s not worth it and is overall a huge scam.

Lori was absolutely amazing! There was a particular dress I wanted but it wasnt available to order. She reached out to her reps and tracked it down for me. Even after I had given up and moved on she still remembered my plea to help me find this dress. She even reached back out to me to let me know it was back in stock way before it was publicly announced. Thank you Lori!

I was just in the store and she wouldn’t let my mom and sister come inside with me because there was a “one guest per customer” rule so we followed the rule and my mom went out to the car (even though the owner working had no mask on and there was no one else in the store) so it doesn’t make sense why we all couldn’t be in the store. When it came to trying on the dresses the owner put me in a fitting room in the back corner and wouldn’t let my mom come back to help zip up my dress and tie it and told my mom she had to stay out in the lobby area. She doesn’t make you feel comfortable enough to even think about letting her help you with putting your dress on and she was extremely rude when telling my mother she couldn’t see me while putting the dresses on. So as anyone else would i walked out and did not try on or buy any dress because honestly this business should not still be open and it’s obvious why her business had no one in it on a friday afternoon. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Anyone who takes the time to read these reviews and see the owner’s responses can clearly see that. The dresses are beautiful, but you are much better off taking your business elsewhere. The lack of basic professionalism is astounding. I understand running a business can be stressful and people have bad days, but there is no excuse for how blatantly rude, unorganized, and childish the owner has handled herself. Again, seeing her responses from other reviewers, I can foresee the defensive and petty excuses to come as a response to my comment. However, I want it to be known that under no circumstances should this business be operating based on the management’s ability to properly run a business. The owner lied to my friend about a dress being able to be altered to fit and refused to accept a return on it. She shouldn’t be selling young girls dresses that are too small if she doesn’t know that they can be altered. At the very least, she should be able to own up to her mistakes. She yelled at my friend on the phone when she calmly called to explain the situation, and the lady essentially blamed her for buying it. This friend wrote a review, and the owner responded with “I’m sorry you tried on a gown that didn’t fit then bought it,” even though she was the one who told her it could fit. Please don’t waste your time and money here, and don’t support a business with this low of standards and basic human decency.Sincerely-A throughly disappointed customerEDIT: You responded saying I wasn’t there, but I was there the entire time. Your response is the one full of lies- not mine. At the time of purchase, neither my friend or I was informed about your return policy. She can confirm that as well. And you claim you weren’t there but you quoted how you work over 130 hours a week. You quoted that exactly in the store. Stop trying to defend yourself and take responsibility from your actions. Maybe use this to grow as a person and as a professional.

There were low staff which is understandable however they were rushing us out of the store while offering to try on other dresses at the same time which is confusing. I was also fat shamed and told I would not fit into dresses if I tried them. I kept getting dresses handed to me that were way to big and didn’t give me an opportunity to prove to myself I couldn’t fit the dresses I chose. No girl wants to be told they are too big and I was called plus size for the first time in my life. The comments were very rude towards me and I should be able to choose the sizes I please because I will be able to tell if the dress fits or not by trying it on. Not you by judging my size from your looks.

The website says walk-ins are welcome; however as a walk in who drove from the Indianapolis area we were turned away and spoken to very rudely by the owner. A very nice young lady who had just purchased a dress shared with us that her customer service experience was very poor as well but she did end up with a dress after the third attempt to be seen by the store owner. The selection of dresses looks excellent, but the customer service leaves little to be desired. It’s very unfortunate for young ladies who are excited about this first experience. Luckily not all store owners are this dismissive to potential business. I would not recommend this store... others deserve our business much more. I don’t need a defensive response from the owner on this comment as is shown as normal on the experiences of others...don’t waste your time.

Horrible company horrible customer service! Do not purchase a dress from here. Very low quality with no refund opportunity! A dress for $180 looked like it could be at a yard sale for $5Run don’t walk to anyone but these rip-off artists! Taking advantage of young women.

UPDATE: We made the trip to Ohio and found a dress at a store called Pure Couture Prom. Definitely worth the drive if anyone is still looking.And just a follow up to the 5 dress policy and taking up others time....there was no one else behind us or waiting to try anything on... not sure why this would generate the nasty comment regardless though. The other mom and daughter were already in a room trying on dresses as well but no one was waiting. I didn’t pull any dresses on my own. I told my daughter I saw a couple more she might like. She asked you if she could try them on and your response was I have tried that before and moms pick out the sh@test dresses. You must have us confused with someone else because we didn’t break your rules.

We drove over an hour and I want to make sure we save others the trip. My daughter tried on five dresses and told the owner/manager that I (her mom) had a couple more picked out for her to try on. The owner/managers response to my daughter was I have tried that before moms always pick out the shi@@st dresses. My daughter walked out of the dressing room and said lets go we are not buying a dress from here. There was a another mom and daughter who heard this to and walked out right behind us. Not only that but she was vaping in the dressing room while she was zipping up the girls in their dresses. Hate to leave negative feedback but want to make sure others dont waste their time and for her to say that to my daughter was disrespectful. One star is a little high for the rating but it made me pick at least one star to post.

Friendly and helpful staff! Very knowledgeable on different dress styles and what looks good on different body shapes. They will make sure you find the perfect dress! Also, great prices compared to other dress stores! Can’t say enough good things! 😁👍🏻💁🏼‍♀️👗👠

Me and my mom randomly stopped in one day to see what they had available. They have 100’s of options to chose from. I ended up finding the perfect dress! Highly recommend!

I came in three days before my pageant and found a great dress! The employee was very patient and helpful! Beautiful space and mirrors for girls to try on dresses!

The owner of Diggz is amazing. I had problems getting through on the phone because the line was always busy so I sent a Facebook messaged. She answered all my questions and went above and beyond helping us with our dress. We ran into issues out of her control with the Covid pandemic and the rioting delaying shipment but she made everything right and apologized even though it wasnt in her control. We will for sure return for our dress needs! Thank you Diggz!

Placed 80$ down on a dress got home and my daughter wanted to switch to the other one she narrowed down to. The dress never left the store. They will not return any of my emails and staff hung up on me on the phone.

DO NOT buy from this company! They are rip off artist! Ordered my daughter’s dress and was given the run around. Only for them to tell me 3 weeks later they didn’t have it in the color she wanted. They suggest calling before you order online and I did. They said they had the dress in the color. 3 weeks later I was told they didn’t have it. Dress was suppose to take 7 days to ship it took 5 weeks. Asked for a corset back and I got shoe string back. Had to pay a real seamstress last minute to put a real corset back in. The owner is very unprofessional and didn’t even respond to the better business bureau after many complaints. They are absolutely horrible. The owner had the nerve to text me today with her lies! She needs to go learn how to run a business. They won’t get another dime from me. I rather pay full price than deal with them ever again. Senior prom my daughter’s dress is being made so we don’t have to deal with people like her!

The staff at Diggz was AMAZING!!! They were so patient with my daughter trying on so many dresses. We actually ended up ordering a dress that wasnt in stock yet. We were smart and shopped in advance and had enough time for delivery and alterations. I cannot recommend this business enough!! Their selection covers such a broad range of styles and sizes. Please please please do your self a favor and shop for formal/prom no where else!! This is it. The only place you need!!!

We drove an hour to get there and were treated very rudely by everyone except the gal helping my daughter zip her dresses. There is absolutely no where to sit while you wait for someone to try on their dresses and while I was standing and waiting to see my daughter I was asked to move back behind the hangers full of dresses even though I was being mindful not to get in anyone’s way. We bought a dress there just because we had driven a long way to find one. Otherwise, I would have never given such a rude business any of my money. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Had a great experience here shopping with my younger sister for her prom dress. The girls were very kind, patient, organized and helpful. Wish we would’ve known about this place sooner!

These ladies were so incredible! Always asking if you need anything, but at the same time staying out of your way. Went above and beyond to help me. We havent found the right dress for me yet, but they did everything they could to try. I ran out of time so I will be going back again :)

Was there today at 5:15 to shop for and purchase a prom dress. We were rudely met at the door by a staff memeber who stated they cut off try-on times at 5:15 and seemed upset we were looking anyway. Its prom season and the dress we were looking for is nearly $300. We will take our money elsewhere.

I found my prom dress here it was great. At first i was having a really hard time trying to find the dress i wanted and then one of the sales associates saw that i was having trouble and swooped in and found me dress that looked great on me! They are very encouraging and will tell you what they think of the dress and help you find what you want! :)

Daughter found a beautiful prom dress there for her Senior prom and only $ 400. Their selection is okay, not great, on site. Then we left it to be altered being told we would get a phone call when it was done and did not. Dress was altered wrong/funny with one side of the skirt longer than the other as well as the top having a poofy spot right in the middle. Picked it up 3 days before prom, after we called to check on it 5 days before prom and had no time for corrections to be made. We live almost two hours away from the store.

I would not recommend you buy anything from this store. I placed my order Feb. 12th online with the order to ship by Feb. 28th. My credit card was charged as soon as I placed the order. I called the store to see if my order was going to ship on the 28th and they said it was on back order but they were hoping it would ship soon. On March 12th I called again to check on the status of my order. Still no idea as to when the dress would ship. The rep said since I had been waiting on this dress for so long they would allow me to look for another dress and they would refund my money. We began looking for another dress at other stores. I received a voicemail from the owner on March 15th but I didnt see the voicemail until Monday, the 18th, saying the dress was in the states and they could ship it from the manufacturer or they would ship it to Diggz and then ship to me and I should call her back and let her know what to do. I received the voicemail on Monday but in the meantime had found another dress. I called the store on Monday and told them I didnt need the dress because I had found one over the weekend and that I just wanted my refund. The owner said she already shipped the dress to me. I told her I didnt need the dress any longer. She said it was too late the dress had shipped and she would not refund my money. She told me I should have checked my voicemail on Friday and not waited til Monday. I told her again I already had another dress and didnt need this one. She was very rude, disrespectful, and didnt care what I had to say and kept telling me she would not refund my money even if I shipped the dress back to the store. She wouldnt listen to me at all. I told her several times that I was told I could look for another dress and they would refund my money. She said she absolutely would not refund my money even if I returned the dress to the store. Again she was a very rude owner who kept interrupting me on the phone. She has very poor customer service skills. She doesnt care about the customer. She only cares about making herself money. I wouldnt even give them a one star but it wouldnt let me continue on until I selected at least one.

I didnt. I am very disappointed to be honest. I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years now and have never been treated so rudely! The sales rep accused me of being a thief. She had me take off my boots saying I was trying to steal a cheap $1 necklace. Like really? Its $1. Fake. Thats why I put it back. I even showed her where I placed it back on the rack. She then asked me to take off my other boot! I did! To prove to her Im not a thief! She then under her breath called me a dirty skank. The older blond woman not sure if she was the owner or manager but she looked shocked as to what was going on. After I explained the situation she rolled her eyes. The sales rep said I swear on my childs life I didnt call her that. I not only was accused of stealing but then I was accused of lying. I will NEVER return to that store again. Too bad I was going to see if they wanted to by my black lambs leather Channel purse. That wont happen! Nor will I ever shop there again! I have spent alot of money there in the past. I would rather take my business and money to a more refined establishment. To God I pray they dont treat anyone eles this way! Bad business management comming from a business owner!

L cannot buy buy many of the things I would like to buy.

It seems that the person who does the buying is never there. And they dont give enough for certain brands that havent even been worn.

Recd my complete order but I will be sending 1 item back that I am not thrilled with.
