Customer service is everything. I HAD BRITTANY.She was absolutely amazing.My goodness she was informative. She was so kind. She was so understanding. She made me feel comfortable. The place was so clean. Even the lady that checked me out was so nice. It was a very welcoming place. One of the best experiences I had in Customer service. I told Brittany (the lady that waxed me)this was my first time ever and even though it was painful you talking me through it and your education the pressure she put afterwards made everything better. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!! I got the monthly plan because the customer service was so amazing from Mrs. Brittany. I had a small patch or 2 of long hair left. She asked me a couple of times to try to keep my legs open a bit more I couldnt and I was freaking out just a little lol. So Im going back for a touch up simply because I want all the hair to grow evenly because it barely noticeable. IT WAS COMPLIMENTARY. Place is awesome.

This was my second visit here and I wasnt quite pleased with the service. The person who waxed me did an okay job, but she was very unwelcoming and left several pieces of wax on me after my service was complete. Upon getting off of the table, I began to remove the wax myself, which is entirely unacceptable considering this is someone who is supposed to be a professional. I would return again, but I definitely do not recommend Bailey as anyones waxer.

They do male facial waxing with competence. If youre a guy and considering facial waxing but are afraid of getting an unskilled waxer, you dont have to worry about that here, the technicians are well aware of the different approach necessary for mens facial waxing as opposed to womens.

I just got a wax from Ms. Kim who was phenomenal! She did an amazing job on my under arms and Brazilian. I have been waxing here for years and she gave me a clean wax that barely hurt! She was extremely professional and very diligent to remove as much hair as she could.The two receptionists, Ms. Annie and Ms. Karla, called me before my appointment to inform me that my waxist was free and that I could come in. They greeted me so warmly and friendly! It made me feel completely at ease and welcome. Ms. Annie helped me pick out the proper product and schedule my next appointment. I cant wait to come back!

My first visit at European Wax Center was memorable and it felt first class. Kristen provided my service! I really enjoyed the final touch. After completing both my brow and lip wax she asked how I filled my brows. She proceeded to fill in the areas at which I would prior to me dismounting the table. Out of all of my brow waxes I’ve ever completed, no one has ever done that. I felt it was a special touch to remember from this establishment. When I left there...I didn’t have to go and fill my brows in before I went on with the remainder of my day. I left the center as if I’d just left a hair salon. Ready to Go!!! Thanks Kristen!!

I have been going to EWC river ranch for over a year. I loved them before the pandemic but they have been even more amazing throughout this whole ordeal. They’re still just as friendly, welcoming, and on point as usual. You will not be disappointed with their services, employees, or products.

I was very leery about having my back, shoulders and upper arms waxed because it was very painful the last time I had it done... But Hollie made it so comfortable that I really never felt anything ... Her professionalism and personality makes her so AWESOME!!!!!

Love this place. Tiffany is always my go to person. She is an awesome waxer & a very kind person.

A girl burn me and made me bleed with my Brazilian wax, gave them another try and after arriving me to my appointment early and called to check in. I received a text 20 minutes later saying I missed my appointment but I was in my car for 20 minutes waiting for them to tell me I can come in. Then they proceed to say the lady I wanted next appointment is here like I was wasn’t waiting for 20 minutes. They said they could book me with someone else for later on. I am never returning.

My first time was nerve wrecking. I was trembling in fear but the ladies at the front were very informative and kind. I got Christina who was very sweet. She offered me her jacket as we had the freezing locker room. It took longer than expected but I prefer it that way. Christina was gentle and made my experience more bearable. At the end, it was a wonderful experience.

I see Cabrini when I go, and she is great! Id never gotten anything besides my legs waxed before, and she was really good at making me feel comfortable being pantsless in front of a stranger hahaThe hair on my legs grows weird, but instead of continuing to wax them in a way that was giving me less than fantastic results, she works with the weird direction of my hair to give me a great wax!Really everyone there is nice and friendly and pretty laid-back.They have packages you can buy to help with the long-term cost of getting waxed, and they run specials pretty often, which is cool.

I really think Rose is amazing. She’s really good at what she does and so professional. I couldn’t ask for anyone better.

When I walked in the door I was greeted by a very nice girl... I was too nervous and didnt get her name but she had the best smile ever and seemed genuinely glad to help me.It was my first time getting waxed and Bethany was really great... She was very friendly and down to earth, which made an uncomfortable situation bearable. She explained everything and answered all the questions I had. The room was clean and the table was pretty comfortable, awesome for me especially since I have a great deal of pain in my back and sides.The services I got were a brazilian, full leg and full butt. It was a little hard to relax and expose all of my business end to someone I just met because I am extremely shy and I was worried about being judged or treated weird because I am obese. Bethany was really, really nice about everything and did her best to help me not to feel self conscious. The waxing itself was intense, lol, but I endured and when she finished I was completely satisfied. I didnt find that it was overly expensive and bought some of the products they offer to try.I am definitely going back because my experience was better than I expected.If you are obese, like me, or have something you are self conscious about and are on the fence about getting waxed, I encourage you to take the plunge. I have wanted to do this for a long time and now that I have, I wish I would have done it sooner.

I’ve been going to this location since June (I believe). The only waxer that I’ve used at this spot is Caitlyn (Cat). She is by far the best waxer that I have dealt with. Very kind, bubbly personality and always make you feel comfortable, and gentle with the lady parts (Brazilian wax 😬). She does an awesome job everytime! Keep up the great work. My experience with them has been very inconsistent. Ive had to change waxers twice because the first one kept cancelling on me, and the second one left my skin irritated. On another occasion, she cut my appointment time in half because she was 15 minutes late finishing another customer. Theyre pricing is decent but they dont have a solid grasp on their own wax pass system. I get different information no matter who is checking out.

My wax hurt horribly . I’ve never experienced a wax like this before I know how it should feel the strips were not right. My waxer has no personality and poor grooming I would not recommend malyn . So, I’m giving EWC a 3, because I HAD great experiences there, then my favortive waxer was promoted, then I had another waxer, then she moved to Alamaba THEN I found another AMAZING one....gone!!! I asked to get my refund on my pass that I JUST renewed, the manager called me within minutes and arranged for me to recieve a complentary wax with another one of their waxers, not deducting from the 10 passes I had left (but at the register, the front desk associate was going to deduct a pass from my passes & I had to correct her)...the new waxer was very nice. When I got home, like everyone I take a peek and OMG!!!!! I sat there, at home, Indian style, with a mirror and a bright light plucking hairs...finally I stopped....it’s been EXACTLY ONE WEEK and I went to my hair guy that I’ve been going to for years who happens to be a close personal friend of mine otherwise I would have NEVER asked, as he only does it for close friends....he was in awe that I had that much hair after only one week! So, in short the “complementary wax” really wasn’t because I had to pay him $45 and that was a discount! Sorry, but it’s awkward having so many strangers see your goods! Trust me, I hate giving a review like this bc I really loved it!

My waxer Elizabeth was the BOMB... She made an extremely uncomfortable situation more than bareable. Lets be honest getting waxed is not fun. I wouldnt call it painful because it wasnt pain as much as it was SHOCK and complete disbelief as too what had just happened... They say the first time is always the most painful- since Ive decided to go back a second time we will find out... My only complaint is as soon as you walk back to the customer service station they try and get you to buy 3-6-9 more visits... Let a girl process what just happened before trying to get her to commit to a year of this... The whole session took about 20 minutes but the actually removing of the wax probably only took a total of 3 minutes. If you are wonder how is this even possible? It only takes seconds to remove the was itself. The rest is spreading the wax, letting it cool, and your waxer getting you into the proper position. 3 minutes Ladies, just 3 minutes. I promise you can get thru this... My over all experience was awesome... I will definitely be going back...
