Very nearly clean, everything you can ask for, for all types of hair, from wigs,hair weaves, braids and all different kinds of hair products that you can name at Infinite Beauty in Lafayette, and for your face, they got masks, makeup, lipstick, and face moisturizer, and so much of other items too that you can be happy to buy there, and the price is very very reasonable you wont be disappointed ladies, I can tell you that I get so excited stepping in the door 😍🤩🤗🥳, so, for those who have not gone to Infinite Beauty Lafayette, you dont have to worry, they are open 7 days a week,(7) who does that, Im happy, thanks Infinite Beauty Lafayette

This store is huge. I did not cover the whole store. They have beauty supplies from a to z. You have to go there to experience it. Theres handicapped parking and entry. I cant comment on the restrooms because I didnt go there. However, you can see it from the highway.

The managers would not replace my closure after I spent $455.47 to be exact on the rio dipped in honey hair the closure ripped and to be honest the hair is not worth what they are selling it to be the “ OWNER “ told me he could not replace my closure because they could not send it back to the company this is wrong on so many levels then ask if I would take something cheaper I want what I paid for . One manager destiny told me to come she would replace it then when I got here it’s was different story .

Been going to this store since they opened up in New Iberia years ago. Didn’t have a bad experience until now. Wanted to exchange a purse I received for my birthday. The manager reluctantly outburst “I can’t do nothing for you, nothing at all without a receipt” the purse was still in tact & had all tags just not the price. I felt like that was rude. Didn’t even try to help me, of course I don’t have the receipt it was a gift. Definitely didn’t have a good experience & probably won’t go back.

Every one is helpful, friendly, a lot of choices, prices are amazing, a lot to choose from, they have everything u need hair, makeup, products, shoes, clothes, etc. I love this place

This store has a vast assortment of products! Which is great and the only reason it gets 2 stars. However, i was unable to get any of the people on the sales floor to even acknowledge my presence, much less help me find what I was looking for. Most were with other customers. So I waited patiently for them to finish. But, they would finish and walk away. Not a pleasant first impression!

I hate this place it has everything I want and the prices are dirt cheap, the wigs are gorgeous, and the employees are knowledgeable and professional...The owners do not follow you around like your a thief (like those other places) either... They had things like makeup, hair accessories, products for hair care, shoes, scrubs and wigs in all colors and styles...The location great, the parking area perfect, and the name of the business on the building in large pink letters a smart move (women love pink)... I would recommend this business not bcus they greet you at the door, but bcus its clean and affordable...

I really like this store ! everyone is respectful. Especially the owners / head people . This is the first and only beauty supply store I feel 100% comfortable shopping in. I literally be in there for at least 1hr trying the makeup products (testers) & no one watches me or looks at me funny Like the other beauty supply stores .

So, I not too long ago purchased the wrong conditioner for my hair and I just found out that I can not return this conditioner and get my money!!! This is totally ridiculous!!!!!!!! From now on I will purchase my hair products from Sally’s. At least I know that I’ll be able to make a return and get my money back!!!!

Staff was really nice. One of the ladies gave my daughter a ball to play with because she wanted to touch everything! They have a wide variety of bows and headbands. I was impressed with number of different colors and the shades for each. There is just about every color you could need. I saw there is also a bunch of body lotions and washes. We went specifically for bows, but theres tons of other stuff. The bows on the headband were $1!! Cant beat that with a toddler who is rough with everything! Will def go back to this store when we need bows!

The prices are awesome and very affordable for what I needed. The staff even walked with me to check if the product I wanted was in stock. I was really impressed.

They seem to be overly concerned with theft. Customers tend not to feel comfortable when being followed and/or watched. Although they have a large selection, I wont be shopping there again.

They offer a lot of product but customer service was not that great. I asked to see a few pieces of jewelry and I felt like they were reluctant to show me or let touch the items I was interested in.

I have visited this store several times and typically customer service is incredible and the prices as always the best in town. Today (January 27th around 4pm) however, I experienced terrible customer service and plan to never return to the store. I had just come from the gym & admittedly smelled terrible from my workout. While in the store no one volunteered to assist me in fact I heard several employees speaking about how badly I smelled and to make matters even worse one of the gentleman working had the nerve to walk around spraying Lysol behind me while I was there. Yes, I smelled terrible but his behavior was unacceptable. Very unprofessional.

Your employees are very rude, lazy and not knowledgeable about the products. I asked for assistance and your employee look me in my eyes and walked away. She was standing with another employee at the back counter talk and laughing when I asked for help a second time. She walked over to me, I could see she wasnt happy to help. I turned and walked straight out the door. I was excited that this store had opened because I live maybe a block away from it. Now, I am planning on driving across the city to shop.

The bathroom was disgusting. The makeup is cheap knock offs of ulta and Sephora brands. As far as the beauty part goes you are better off going to walgreens. There was a large selection of hair products and wave and wigs, but not much else impressed me. Oh and did i mention the nasty bathrooms. G R O S S!!!! No one asked if i needed help. But of course it seems they are catering to another type of customer, and i must not have looked the type. Oh well, i have a nice pay check that ill spend some where else!
