First time going to this Sally’s and I’m just gonna say worst experience ever the Hispanic lady followed me after I nicely said I didn’t need help because I really didn’t need help I was just walking in to grab the same color I always do. She didn’t even give me a chance to grab or even touch a second box she literally said ohh that color no wonder it doesn’t sit well if you only grabbed one box. Let me say I held back from saying many things, I had never felt so humiliated but to be clear my hair is a copper color if she knew so much as she wants to act like she knows she should know well that copper washes out very fast. She’s very pushy on trying to get you to buy more and more which gets annoying all she will gain is to drive customers away like she did to me I’m honestly never walking into that store again I rather drive 30 minutes another way to save myself another bad experience.

Came here to purchase a bag of rubber bands for my hair (I wear braids). The lady at the register was so nice and pleasant to be around. If I am ever across town and need rubberbands for my hair, I know where to go.

I was treated very badly here. One of the employees were very rude to me. If you wanna be treated like a dog come shop here :)

The worst experience I have ever had at any Sallys, and this was my first time going to that Sallys, I have always had great experiences at other Sallys and that will probably be my last time at that one for a while, I walked in the lady asked if I needed help while she was helping another customer I said yes, I went looking around while she was helping the other customer, and then stayed up front just watching me like to make sure I wouldnt steal anything. And she had been done with the other customer. so I walked up there and asked her for help., the employee had a very heavy accent, which did not bother me and I kept my words simple in case she had issues understanding. But she understood very well, but would not listen to what I was trying to tell her, she kept cutting me off. and she kept trying to sell me something I did not want, and I kept telling her that over and over and over again and I kept telling her why I could not have that over and over again and then she got judgmental about it. I knew kind of what I needed and she just kept trying to sell me other things that I didnt want. I got tired of her cutting me off, and trying to sell me other things I said nevermind and thank you and I walked off . But what was sad is they had other customers in the store that needed help, she was the only one on the floor. But you can hear the others talking in the back room.

Walked in. Black lady at the register didnt say hello or can I help you with something like they normally do. Black Manger who has been working there since I was a child, 😂 didnt either. White woman walks in and she gets treated respectful. Why? Because they are still yessir master! 😂 I politely walked out because my God told me not to buy a thing! Bye! Felisha!

I frequent Sallys and all the ladies at every location are a great help but this specific location is by far my favorite. The ladies are very professional and helpful and they offer their advice when asked. Sweet and bubbly people who do not intimidate nor talk down to anyone trying to do their own hair. Very organized and clean place. I highly recommend all Sallys but if you want to sit and start a conversation with a stranger about hair, this is the place to go. (:

Bad service, one of the employees who is Hispanic was rude and didn’t even give me a bag because I didn’t buy what she recommended to me.

Prices are decent, but the service could be better quality. The employees make sure to tend to you, but arent properly educated on the products sold.

This location always has familiar faces and everyone is helpful.

This location is unprofessional. Be aware you need to figure it out yourself when it comes to coloring your hair. Theyre uneducated there and will not help you even if you ask. So inappropriate I will go elsewhere or travel to another location thats how bad it is.
