Leilas guidance and suggestions for everything from the front door and paint color, to light fixtures, to the walkway and front porch materials resulted in perfect results. I am a stickler for details and thankfully Leila is too. Every detail was considered and every task executed to perfection. We worked with Leila and Douglah Designs to remodel our kitchen, pantry, laundry room, courtyard, and to install new flooring through most of our first floor. Through each stage of this effort she and her team were engaged and took the time to get to know us, allowing them to guide us through the process while personalizing the design to what would work best for our family.An effort of this magnitude can be stressful but Douglah Designs seamlessly managed the logistics. They drafted detailed plans, met with us to make sure that we were comfortable with all aspects of project, received HOA approval, and of course managed the various teams who put it all together.The Douglah team and their partners were the best! They were thorough in their designs, materials, and never cut corners. We are at the very end of the effort and the results are stunning! The sophistication of the design is that it not only looks great but it feels like this is what the space was meant to be.As we end this project we are thinking of additional areas of the house that we’d like to update, based on the success with this effort we could not imagine not using Douglah Designs.

We started at 5 stars, as we always start at 5 stars on reviews.However, Luxe staff was so openly hostile that we literally had no choice but to take away 3 stars.The company staff literally worked against us, creating problems instead of solving them, and then the delivery crew charged full price for doing half the job.This place was grating. Like, imagine paying someone $1600.00 to continually punch you in the face. Thats this place.

From the initial contract to the completion of the project you will be totally pleased and appreciative of the calibre of the creative design and high quality construction work. The process is very streamlined. I remodeled a kitchen and 3 bathrooms, painted the entire house, and changed flooring, lighting fixtures, and hardware. The designers design your project based on your style and your budget. They are flexible and make excellent recommendations. The project is tailored specifically to your requirements. The design-build model allows for a seamless and cohesive process. They obtained all building permits as needed for my project which I did not want to do. My project progressed seamlessly and the construction part was far above my expectations. The construction crew were reliable and showed up regularly, stayed on target troubleshooting any issues that arose, and cleaned up beautifully at the end of each day. The quality of their work is excellent and they stand behind everything they do. Overall the process was not overwhelming, my end result is lovely and I get so many compliments on everything when I have visitors. You will tremendously enjoy meeting Leila and working with her, her designers and her construction crew. Overall they are the best in the business.
