Visited this place to pick out a soaker tub and faucet. Found a few that I liked and was told I would have a quote within a couple of days. Never got a quote after 4 days so I called and left a message for the woman that helped me in the showroom...she never called me back. So I waited another week, got transferred to voicemail again, and I left another voicemail for her. It has now been over 3 weeks and I have yet to receive a call back or a quote for the tubs and faucets. I don’t norally leave reviews (good or bad) but I felt that my order either wasn’t big enough for them to care or they based it off of my appearance (I had been painting our home so I had old clothes and shoes on with paint on them and my hair probably did too). Either way, I find it rude. Everyone seemed very welcoming and friendly while I was there but the fact that no one ever called me back or emailed me tells me that I wasn’t taken seriously or maybe they just didn’t want my business.I ended up buying my soaker tub, faucet, and plumbing at a different Lafayette store and I am very satisfied that I went elsewhere.

Picked out plumbing fixtures for a new house and they never bothered to send the bid to me. I guess my home wasnt big enough for them to care. Glad their business is so good.
