Not a lot of shipment. The merchandise I needed was not display. I had to get it off the top shelf. Mind you Im very short. Tippy toes I had to get on just to reach merchandise. At least they had what I needed.

Lazy people work here. I called to see if they carried an adult costume, all this girl kept saying was “we’re closed, you can call tomorrow”. Like you literally can’t tell me yes or no.. LAZY people, I swear! Not going there, I’ll just order my stuff off Amazon✌🏼

Went in to have several balloons inflated for my grandsons birthday party and also purchased a couple of mylar balloons to go with the others I had. They were friendly and quick. Its pricey but worth it.

They changed their hours without notice. They closed at 6pm without telling customers with pickup orders.

Went in late on a Friday evening. I was the only customer there.I asked an employee for help to find a specific item...but she was too busy gossipping on her cell phone to help me out...plus her conversation that I overheard was DEFINANTLY NOT appropriate to be heard in front of customers.They did have the item I wanted to purchase. I found it myself after having to search the store... But I was so disgusted with their lack of customer service that I walked back to my car and ordered the item from Amazon instead!I believe strongly 8n shopping locally, but only if I know Im appreciated as a customer. Which apparently I wasnt while trying to shop at this store!

Store was stocking shelves so it was a bit crowded in the isles. The staff was really nice, polite and helpful. They had a big bridal area and football items for the local teams.

Youre on your on in there, but Im accustomed to it. You hardly ever see anyone walking around offering to help you. I looked at one employee trying on pirate gear, just having a party by himself. Not once did he ask me if I needed help. But, its your one stop party shop. They have everything.

It was great!! I didnt get the young ladys name who helped me, but she made a great birthday balloon bouquet for my grandson. She is very kind and couteous to the customers. I know my grandson will enjoy the Great 8 bouquet for sure🥳🥳🥳

The wife is prepping for a baby shower and they had everything she was looking for. In my eyes that is worth a 5 star rating.

If you are there for balloons you must pay first then they will blow them up. I didn’t know and wasted 5 mins in the wrong line. Just a heads up!

I ordered balloons for a balloons release. I got them on time but when I received them they were tangled up. My family and I had to cut them short and we tried to save them but the knot the string made made it impossible to save

Every time I go to this store I swear I’ll never go back, the customer service is insanely bad on a good day but today was the last straw. I ordered a balloon bouquet for my granddaughters 4th birthday to be picked up 24 hours later. When I went to pick my order up, on my way to the party, I was told “oh yeah, we didn’t fill those, we ran out of helium”!! If someone had bothered to CALL ME or EMAIL me I could have made other arrangements, but no, just crickets and blank stares. Not an I’m sorry, we should have called, nothing. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

The staff has zero patience for the elderly and talks about other guests in front of guests. TERRIBLE customer service...my buisness has now gone to Amazon.Heaven forbid you ask for assistance because if you do you just get told what aisle they are in.Cant reach it? Then you have to go HUNT the associate down, the same associate that should have shown you where the item was and eliminated another trip around the store for your guest.NOT sure if there is any customer service training or any at all, but there should be because there is a lot of opportunity for it.

I’ve gotten balloons blown up here many times and I’m disappointed every time. All the staff are young and barely know what there doing and there seems to not really be any management. They are ALWAYS out of helium and NEVER know when they are getting some. The place is a wreck with over stock in every isle that seems to never disappear. Customer service is another problem they have. I DO NOT recommend spending your money or ANY of your time here. The whole place just needs to be shut down PERIOD!

This is the only party city in the area so youre stuck shopping here for certain items if you need them asap but good luck finding what you need here. The shelves are poorly stocked and disorganized. Ive been to smaller party citys before in the past and theyve been way nicer than this one. Ive gone into this party city a handful of times and the shelves always look the same, cluttered or bare. Unless you need balloons in a pinch I wouldnt waste my time shopping here. I would either go to Amazon or Party City online. I took some pictures of the bathroom but I cant upload them here its absolutely disgusting.

Ordering online is useless! Although placing an order takes a credit card, when you get to the store to pick up you have to wait in the longgg line only to find out your card wasn’t charged. Terrible system! Better to order from another online shop. The ONLY saving grace was the pleasant and helpful attitude of the staff.

I think I experienced the worst customer service of my life in this store. Three employees were standing behind the register and completely ignored me for a good 5 minutes as I waited in line, if you could call it a line seeing as I was the only customer. I finally walked up to a register where they continued to ignore me. I know they saw me and my family there, they were just carrying on a conversation. One girl went to answer the phone and then the other two employees (one gave me an unmistakable eye roll) directed me to the register where the employee was on the phone, so I left. The only reason I gave this place 2 stars is because they have a wide variety of party supplies, but if you cant stand bad customer service, you could always visit a dollar store and get products that are just as cheaply made for a better price.

Had everything we needed for a school pep rally

I found some items for a birthday. I recommend the ballon bouquets. They lasted about 3 weeks.

Went in and did a balloon order 2 weeks before date of party. Saturday before party I get an email that my balloon order is ready. I call and ask them and they swear I said 15th at 10am for pick up when I know I said 22nd 8:30am when they open pick up. Even called and confirmed when I wanted to add more. They wanted to make me repurchase ALL balloons again for the date I needed. I about lost my mind on them and the agreed to refund me. The kids hired are so distracted and unorganized. Now I’m praying my 3 year old doesn’t realize the balloons she picked out when my he the ones I buy elsewhere.

Went to store today they was out of helium I dont understand how a big store like that out of helium. When they couldve went on the floor and store use one sad so u will lose business cause u didnt want to suggest to store use a item. Sad Sad

I ordered 3 costumes online and they were shipped to my house! Costumes never reached my house and it said I refused delivery! So I thought I’d call the store and see you f they had these same three sizes in stock!! I was told yes so I drove 30 min to the store only to be told the costumes were not in stock in the sizes I needed!! This is by far the WORST customer service I’ve seen in my life!!!

So slow! Purchased balloons to be blown up in store and had only one other customer in front of me also ordering balloons. After the woman checked both of us out and began blowing balloons. She took care of the woman in front of me and I just assumed she was working on my order. After waiting for 30 minutes I asked what the hold up was, She said wanted to handle her online orders first before she got too backed up.??? What??? After tracking down another employee and showing her my receipt for the time i had been waiting only then did she say ok I guess I could go help.I waited 45 minutes for 5 balloons!!Ridiculous

Overpriced and No One to help. Always in a rush to get you out. Not enough people checking out and they dont honor all cupons. My last resort for party supplies

You need more professional employees. They tend to get into conversations with their coworkers, and dont pay attention to their surroundings (like people waiting in line to check out)

Couldnt find the decorations, the help was no help at all. It is over priced. Had to mix and match to get anything close to what we wanted. Asked if we could order online and have it shipped to the store...no you cant.

Also the website lists many things as in-stock and when I went to get them, the girl working there said they don’t carry those items.
