I cannot say enough great things about my experience. I went in needing A standing banner within 48 hours. I had no design and no clue what I wanted. The lovely woman upfront helped me pick out which banner, and also helped me design everything for the banner. I did not tell them any colors that I wanted or anything since my time limit was so short, I tried to be as easy as I could. They sent me over the proof and man did they hit the nail on the head. The banner is exactly what I had pictured in my head. Their designers absolutely nailed it, I could not be more impressed. It was perfect at my event and got lots of attention.

Its easy to write a good review when everything goes well, but when theres an unexpected problem thats when you find out really how good a business is.We ordered a couple of signs to replace some old ones we had, Marks team did a great job with the graphics and the proof was ready very quickly. But when I came to pick up the signs I noticed a problem with the color of some of the lettering. The signs needed to be re-printed and Mark didnt hesitate to do the right thing and re-print them. The final product looks great! and the turn around was very fast!Well definitely use Speedpro again and recommend them to others.

My company has used Speedpro Imaging on a number of different projects, including banner graphics for our own use, as well as trade show booth graphics and displays on behalf of our clients. We have been blown away by the customer service and product quality provided by Speedpro. The owner has given us a ton of advice about trade shows including how to prepare for them. He even showed us how to pack our display and supplies for shipment to Chicago. Mark also custom designed a hanging system for monitors in our booth after we found out that the trade show had restrictions on how we could position monitors in the booth. We have found ourselves relying on Speedpro as more than a print shop. They are more like a partner we rely on for expert advise. And they are extremely competitive with selection and prices. Speedpro has earned our loyalty and praise and we recommend them to any business in the area.

I have used GL Graphix twice now. Each experience has been great. The team there was extremely efficient and their attention to detail was amazing. They have really creative team and I was floored with the amount of projects they have done for this community and surrounding areas. I highly recommend Gl Graphix.

Zero stars for a zero experience. I asked for a simple quote for a vehicle wrap. Mark is the owner with whom I initially spoke over the phone and he was a bit terse, but I just assumed he was busy. When I later drove to the business, and met with Mark in person, all I can say is WOW!! After asking me what my budget was, there was a bit of awkward tete-a-tete which culminated in a honed characterization of surly petulance. I even questioned him why he was being that way. Again, I asked for a simple quote. If that was too much to ask, and/or my project wasnt in your scope, well, as you said Mark, I need to take my business elsewhere -- and gladly, sir. I inevitably did go with a company who, unlike you, clearly understands how to identify customer needs, and communicates without an ego or attitude.- - - - - -Follow-up to owner’s response: I didnt see any striving whatsoever -- nor any attempt at a relationship for that matter. Your treatment of me was humiliating -- was that your goal? By your other reviews, and NOT the automatic 5-star ones you get from your BNI networking buddies, I’m clearly NOT the only one with this experience and certainly enough for you to perhaps do an honest self-evaluation of the words you say and demeanor you impart?? Clearly you need to stay off the front line

I absolutely love working with Speedpro. Besides being a wonderful printer, I really enjoy working with the staff on generating ideas for a project. They are by far, the best large format printer in town. Always timely and the quality of the finished product is always amazing. Besides being good at their jobs, Mark and Sandy are an absolute joy to work with.

Love this company! Mark and the rest of the staff at Speedpro have gone above and beyond my expectations everytime I have placed an order. Everyone I have spoken to has always been so nice, polite, professional, and honest with me. I really appreciate getting emailed a proof to look over to make sure everything is correct before anything is made. If any, changes are made quickly, without any hassles or problems. I became a customer a year ago, when another company in Lafayette wouldnt (or couldnt) make a sign for me. Now Im glad the other place didnt work out!

The president is somewhat rude. He spoke to me on the phone about a piece I wanted printed. Not only was he resistant to print my small job, like it was meaningless to him, he did not take much initiative to work with me. Just a general negativity that was straining. My image turned out to not be high enough resolution for what I wanted, and I understand that. It was the presidents general tone and manner that caught me off guard.

Greedy franchise who only cares to win high dollar jobs, not willing to take on small jobs. Very unprofessional communication.There are many other fabricators in the Lafayette area that should be utilized over this franchise. A quick google search for superior fabricators will save you a potential headache.

Ive worked for two unrelated nonprofits and any time I need one to look good I go to SpeedPro. They treat you like family and do incredible work.

Marks customer service is worse than one would expect at Comcast especially if he is dealing with a small job or a woman. I was appalled at the way in which he spoke to the secretary/ I assume his wife. Then the way he treated my wife when our bill was triple what he had quoted. I will say he offered a full refund albeit after threatening to break the sign we had printed. Avoid this place like the plague there are other options in Lafayette.
