I purchased a travel trailer here about a month ago. While the trailer had some issues the folks here did a great job correcting the issues. I did read all the reviews and I’ll admit I was a bit worried but I wanted to buy locally. Thus far it appears I made a good decision. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Was at the RV show over the weekend, found a travel trailer we wanted to buy. Outback Ultra lite 29’ URL but Not one, and I mean not one sales person was interested in helping us! I guess all these ratings are legit. My money was ready and as green as the next persons. If I could give ZERO stars I would.

I didnt buy my travel trailer here, as they didnt have exactly what I wanted, but their staff is always incredibly friendly and very helpful. They walked us through multiple trailers, inside the showroom and out. Now that we own one, weve found the parts counter to be just as helpful and friendly, great people, great place.

Horrible customer service. We waited around for 30 minutes for some one to help us. As sales people walk past us with a customer, not even to say Hi or be with you in a moment. I went looking for someone to help us as a salesman came from outside, walked right past us, not saying a word. I asked if anyone was available to show us a camper since they were all locked, not even looking up from what he was doing, he says were all busy right now. Looks like youre too busy to make a potential sale and we will be happy to take our business else where.

Not what it was 8-9 years ago. Back then it would have had a much higher rating.

The worst customer service ever! My mother had the worst experience in a place of business in her entire life! She took her camper there for tires and brakes. Spent $700. She dropped it off on a Wednesday and was told they would get it done on Friday. Heard nothing as the week went on. She called on Monday, left a message on status and did not get a call back until Wednesday saying it was done. Went to pick it up and took it to her house, while getting it off the hitch seen that the level was broken. We knew it was not that way when dropped off. She used the level all the time. She called and let them know it was broken immediately, spoke with the owners son Jim. He told her to bring the level in so they can get one that would work. She took in the level and the guy (Jim) started writing it up as a sale. She said she wasnt paying for it since they had broken it while working on the camper. He snapped and said they didnt break it. He kept on getting more angry with her calling her camper old. (So professional ) The whole time his mother was watching her full grown son yell at a customer and said nothing. My mother then turned to walk out saying she was not going to come back for any services. He then yelled more saying he cut her a deal on the tires and brakes, she snapped back saying she didnt ask for any special deals. She walked through the warehouse and started hearing footsteps behind her moving quickly. She went to open the door to leave and Jim reaches around her, puts his hand on the door and whispers in her ear to not let the door hit her in the butt on the way it. Creepy and a bit threatening. She proceeds to leave and he follows her out, still yelling at her. All this over a level that was $8 for 2, she only needed one, so $4!! All that about $4 freaking dollars! Dont know how they are still in business with such horrible customer service.

The customer service here is terrible. They have 0 respect for the customer. Service department is a complete joke. One person will tell you one thing then another person will come tell you something totally different. I purchased a brand new trailer from them. I spent over $30K on this trailer so wasnt the top of the line but wasnt a base model either. The trailer is 1 year old and they have done all the service to it however I will find a new place to store and service the trailer. It is truly there loss since I pay for all preventive maintenance and storage. Loss of repeat sales just because they are incompetent and rude. If negative stars was an option I surely would have chosen that.

The service department is a joke. Our travel trailer has been there for 4 weeks waiting for a simple routine maintenance job. They cant or wont get to it. We are going to pick up our camper and take it somewhere else.

We ordered a mattress from them on 02/22/19. We have called numeous times and never had a call back you must keep calling until you get Jim or go in person and wait while he is doing something in the back.I called today demanding my money back and miraculously the mattress is in Jim claimed he called Tuesday after I had been in person and left a message neither my wife or I have voicemail.

Bought a travel trailer, they told us to be there by a certain time to pick it up and we waited 3 hours cause it still wasnt ready. Waited all that time and it was still dusty and I had to wipe it all out & sweep before putting our things in it. Now we have it and it leaks all in the bedroom area and the roof all over is cracked. They never did any seal/roof inspections before it leaving their shop. Now we have wallpaper bubbling, wood cracking and if youre out of area you have to wait longer on repairs cause your are not a priority customer. Called the store and they said there is nothing they can do. I must say I am very disappointed in the customer service. I do not recommend this company. Drive to Indiapollis where they have lots of options and make sure you do the inspection with them and have them check all the seals and look for any roof cracks. Top of the line TT my butt. 😡

I feel compelled to leave this review. If you enjoy disappointment,and conversation with rude,uncaring people,this is the place to go. I can’t comprehend how they can still be in business.

Our title was due in for new camper on 5-5. We still have not received it and can get no answers.

Horrible customer service. I have NEVER been spoken to in that manner. Once he started going off on me, I in turned defended myself. Sorry ass excuse for a professional. I hope people take into consideration some of these reviews before giving this business any time or money.

We bought a unit in stock on the showroom. The price they wanted was way high, but negotiated to within $700 of Elkhart. It took three weeks for them to deliver it! Then it took 3 weeks for them to get the title paperwork ready. I talked with an owner, he would tell me a day. I would stop back by (because they wont call you back). Finally the owner got mad, called me an A--hole then went and got my paperwork to get rid of me wow. Oh, and it took him 5 minutes to get it ready! We were on the forth week! Wow, we will never go back. Save some money and drive to Elkhart. I will next time. I have no idea how they stay in business.

“We bought our Heartland new, after over a year still waiting for the Rv to be repaired from water damage”, the water damage is inside and out now. 1st time we took it out west Two flat tires, and front water damage in the front. 2nd time we took out front damage not repaired but,were told it would be fixed. Went to pick up for our trip out west during 4th July 2017 unit still not fixed. We took out west for two weeks and had to replace all four wheel bearing. The unit leaked when it rain in the front. The rear bath room gets water on the floor when grey tank is too full. To top it all off got home went to unlock the door and my key broke off in the lock. As of July 18 the unit is still at dealer for repairs and they will not return my calls on when repairs will be done.

Its been over a year and my parents camper is still not fixed ...if it was possible for 0 stars thats what they deserve..and a good ass kicking in my opinion
